My wife and I had a really great experience with Bella Ts! Our (traditional tank) water heater finally crapped out and we wanted to upgrade to the tankless. Bellas was very easy to work with and all of their pricing is listed upfront on the website. No annoying upselling or haggling or bait and switch. The prices were extremely competitive and after talking to 4 other companies theres no better value than Bella Ts. Justin did all the work himself in a single day (including removal of the old water heater and all the repiping and venting) and did a fantastic job! The new water heater looks great and he explained everything to us before he left and answered all our questions. I had him knock out a few other smaller projects as well and they were all done extremely well. Finally, Justin really knows what hes doing and is just a great & honest dude overall. Bella Ts is the epitome of the local mom and pop company doing quality work for a fair price. I am definitely calling Bella Ts for all future plumbing/water heater work!

Bella Ts is AMAZING! Ashley was super easy to get scheduled with. Fantastic experience all around! Cant say enough about their service, and attention to detail. Had Justin come out for knocking pipes. Original determination was a faulty water meter (rare instance where that was only 1/2 the problem). After the water meter was replaced, and knocking was still occuring, contacted for a follow up visit and Justin replaced the PRV which silenced the knocking for good. He was super friendly, clean (picked up after himself and his work), and was attentive to his work. I now have silence from my pipes for the first time in years. Best customer service experience Ive had to date with any service provided. Pricing was extremely reasonable and actually came in less than I had anticipated. I was extremely happy with the service provided, the communication all around, and am more than confident that the next time I have a plumbing need that Justin will be able to take care of it! Highly recommend! We had a leaky old cast iron pipe in our basement that had been dripping for I dont know how long. Justin came out quickly and gave us a quote. He even patched the hole he located on the pipe at no cost while we waited for a quote. Once agreed, scheduling was quick and easy, Justin arrived promptly and keep me updated throughout the repair. He even fixed something else we didnt know was leaking. Happy to have a new local plumber. Thank you!!

Had a very pleasant experience with Justin and Ashley for a water heater replacement. I called them Sunday night when I discovered my unit needed to be replaced, and I received a call early Monday morning to discuss details and schedule an appointment. Justin ran into a small delay but communicated this early. They upgraded me to a 50 gallon tank for the same price, and the work was done efficiently and with a minimum of hubbub. He took the time to explain a few things afterwards and was very pleasant to interact with. Highly recommended!

Best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber. Justin was knowledgeable, honest, on time, and good at what he does. The big box store quoted us 5,500 for a job that would have cost about 400 with these guys. Ended up costing even less since the problem wasn’t as bad as expected once we dug up the pipe. I have no doubt the other company would have done unnecessary repairs and charged us an arm and a leg anyway. Thanks again Bella Ts!

If you live in Carbon Valley area and need a plumber, Justin & Bella T’s should be your only call. My almost three year old sump pump shorted out right after several days of heavy rain, putting my crawlspace at risk of flooding. Justin was here the next morning right when he said he would and had me back up and running in less than an hour.Justin was super professional, courteous, and took the time to answer all the questions I had about the bad pump and preventative actions I can take. 10/10 recommend Bella T’s. Will be using Justin & Bella T’s going forward. Thank you again, Justin!!

With the brutal cold temps we had this winter in Colorado, I didnt realize just how cold it was during that spell of -20 degrees. I turned on my water hose to wash off the patio and heard water flowing inside my house. I knew right then I had a busted water spigot so I called Bella Ts Plumbing. Ashley answered right away and said she could have her plumber (Justin) out around 2:00 PM and he was ringing my doorbell at 2:01! Their prices are very fair and he fixed the problem within the hour he said it would take. The plumber was very friendly and courteous with shoe covers and introducing himself. I would ABSOLUTELY use them again but hope I dont need them for a while! : ) If you need a plumber, do yourself a favor and call Bella Ts Plumbing. See photo of burst pipe Justin replaced.

Edit for extra positivity: had them come out today to look at something that didnt end up even being a problem (sorry!). They were still nice and understanding about it and looked at another thing while they were there. And they had showed up literally right on the dot. Still great. Will call again.Great experience. They got back to me fast and came out the next day to fix an issue where my bathtub cold wasnt working. Reasonably priced and now I can finally use my bathtub againEdit: had them out to fix some weird plumbing issue with my dishwasher supply. They fixed it and put my new dishwasher in. Awesome job as usual.

Justin has gone out on his own after working for a plumbing company we used to use. We called him to tackle a leaking faucet which ended up being more complicated than we anticipated due to issues with getting replacement parts. Justin came back to our house multiple times and was patient with us as we repeatedly had problems getting the correct parts. His communication is great, he is on time, he cleans up after himself, and is honest and hardworking. Hes our go-to-guy from now on!

We are new to CO, approximately six months in our home in Longmont. Extremely fortunate to have found Bella T’s Plumbing who came highly recommended on NextDoor. Woke up one morning to no hot water, quite positive that we needed a new water heater since the house we recently purchased is almost 10 years old.Made a call to Bella Ts and Justin came out and proceeded to show us that the vent outside of the house was blocked with dead moths which shut off the water heater. We were informed that we may need a new water heater sometime in the future. However, we were not charged for anything, which was very surprising.Justin has since installed a recirculating pump on the water heater, fixed a drain line, installed a Moen Flo on the main line and detection devices for several of the sinks throughout our house.We are impressed by the quality of work and the reasonable price for all the work done.We will definitely be using Bella T’s for all our plumbing needs.Thanks Justin.
