Had them out to replace my toilet and kitchen faucet today. Tom was very nice, pleasant to work with. Installation was flawless. Previously had Lees install my furnace, A/C, hot water heater, and whole house humidifier. They always do great work.

Our 24 yr. old furnace bit the dust on 12/09/20 and I gave Lee Mechanical a call that morning and Dave B. was at our house that same day with a quote on replacement and time frame on installment, which to our surprise was the following morning. Thank You Dave! Installers John and Steve did a great job and the wife is very happy, and so am I. Out with the old, Tempstar 7000, In with the new, Lennox EL296.

We had our laundry faucet and washer shutoffs replaced. The plumber, Todd, explained the details of what he planned on doing and how much it would cost. Todd was very professional and answered any question I had. He did a great job on the installation and thoroughly cleaned up after the work was done. He explained what he had done and how to work with a new faucet (no need to lean into the handles anymore to shut off the water). He also explained about the new devices used to address water hammer which were installed. A very good experience from Todd and the folks at Lee. I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

A few months back we were having some issues with the heating/cooling unit in our condo, contacted Lee Mechanical and someone came out and checked everything out. Contacted someone else within Lee who worked with the all in one type of unit we had and got the correct unit ordered. A serviceman came and took out the old unit and installed the new one, short and sweet, gave us a few tips on care and maintenance. So efficient, in less then 2 weeks from the initial call it was installed. Everyone I worked with or spoke to was helpful and professional!! I highly recommend!

Several days ago, I accidentally cracked the tank of the toilet and water started leaking. I started searching for a plumber who could come asap. I finally found Lee Service in Kenosha. The women I spoke with was familiar with the area in which I live. She was able to find a staffer who could arrive between noon and 2pm. Stress level started to go down. A few hours later, I got a call from the plumber who asked if he could arrive before the designated time. HURRAH! stress level gone. Kevin arrived shortly after and started the job. He thought he might be able to just replace the tank and headed out to find one. Turned out they stopped that model several years ago. He got a new toilet to install. He was thoroughly professional as he went through the process. He kindly answered all my questions and within a relatively short period of time it was installed and running perfectly. He cleaned up everything and answered any last minute questions.The bill was well worth it not only for the quality of the product, but also for his excellent skills and cordial personality. I am spreading the good word about Lee and Kevin to my relatives and friends.

I’ve used Lee many times for plumbing and electrical without any issues - always on time and professional. I had them out a year ago to replace an outside spigot and needed my other one replaced. Called and was able to get an appointment the next day. The same plumber from a year ago came out and completed the project within an hour. I took a star away because I am very disappointed in their new pricing structure. The same job cost over double (almost triple) what I paid a year ago. I needed the work done so I went ahead, but will be looking at other options next time. It almost feels as if Lee is trying to leave the residential business by charging so much for a job that took an hour.

I could not be happier at the outcome of our appointment. Having trouble with electrical. A problem not easily found, Kyle worked a few hours and found the problem, made repair and all is well now. My water heater went out due to an error on the machine. The service was quick and they had someone out there fast which was good. They also gave me a timeline of when I’d need a new one and gave me a rough estimate on how much it would cost. So it was good to get a heads up. The error itself was minor and only consisted of doing a few things, thankfully the guy there showed me how to fix it if it came up again so I wouldn’t need to keep calling. Professional and good service. The only reason I give it 4 stars was the price for an hour of them to look at it was very expensive…. But Im partially to blame and it’s just the cost of doing business.

After trying myself to clearout the main pipe in the basement from it backing up I ended up having to call a plumber and Im very glad I called Lee Mechanical. they were able to send someone out to my house within a couple hours of me calling in the morning. They sent Kevin and he was fantastic! He provided excellent service and was able to get it done in a timely manner. I will definitely be recommending them to people in the future.

We suffered significant damage to our basement due to the recent flood in our area. I called the folks at Lee Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric to help with getting us back up an running. First Dave Gauthier and Robert helped by installing a new hot water heater. Daves knowledge and willingness to share it with Robert was refreshing to see. Before they even got here, Dave had already figured out how to reconfigure the gas line to accommodate the new hot water heater. We were very impressed by his forethought thus making for a seamless installation. Next, I called for some electrical work. Kyle McGovern came by the same day that I called. He addressed all of our issues and fixed them. Kyle even took the initiative to clean-up work done by prior handy people. Very impressed and will be calling Lee Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric to come and check out the furnace shortly. We have a lot of confidence in their work and much respect for their service team.

Matt looked at my project on site, wrote up the estimate, Julie approved it, I made a full versus partial payment based on the past quality of work, signed the contract and set up an install date. All done efficiently and effectively with enthusiasm.Matt, Nick and Mason installed my new water pressure tank, gages and copper tubing for half my basement in an efficient and professional manner. They worked straight through the day and beat the impending snowstorm. Periodically during day they checked in with me and showed me their progress. They thoroughly explained why they were using the size tubing so everything was in alignment with current code. I liked their work and asked for rough estimates on three more projects I will have them do in the next few months. Julie and the others in the office were always polite and efficient. I look forward to working with everyone at Lee in 2021 and beyond. I have 2022 projects in mind.

They fixed 2 no problem, explained why 3rd item was OK, fixed 2 additional items from their inspection. Thanks for the quick work. We are feeling the love from Lee Mechanical! We had 30+ year old HVAC systems& desperately needed a brand new furnace and ac unit. We had a fantastic experience with Lee Mechanical from the beginning. When your heat is on the fritz in the middle of winter, you freak out, but Lee did the perfect job keeping us cool. First, a tech came out to our home to see what was going on with our current system & made sure we were ok until we could install our replacements. Then we had the absolute pleasure of working with Dave Bennett, who helped us choose the right HVAC systems for our home, as well as setting up a payment plan. He explained everything, and made sure we never felt overwhelmed during the process. Finally, when the day was finally here, the two technicians who had the crazy job of uninstalling our dinosaur furnace and ac, and installing the brand new, super shiny, fancy ones, were the most professional and polite gentlemen. I can not sing my praises of Lee Mechanical loud enough! THANK YOU SO MUCH for a fantastic experience!

Lee fixed our air conditioner on a 90 degree day! Our AC went out. We called David at Lee and he had someone out to our house immediately. We werent even home. Lee plumbing is the go to place if you need any type of gas or plumbing work and want to have a professional on time experience. Prior to calling Lee i tried 4 different plumbers/plumbing companies and i regret that and wish i would have just called them from the start it would have saved me both time and money. Nick and Robert have been my Lee experts i have dealt with and they have both been very informative professional and understanding of helping me through my process. Everyone at Lee from the office (Nora) to the project manager (Dave) to again the installers (Nick and Robert) have been amazing to work with and they will always be my first call from now on.

Great work by Lee Plumbing. Pretty simple toilet install but the flange was below floor level and slightly on an angle, so I just wasnt comfortable doing it myself without risk of leaks. Tom Lee came and did the work. Walked me through exactly what he would do. He was quick and efficient, explained everything in detail, then cleaned up when done...almost the white glove cleaning treatment. Super professional, friendly service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for top notch plumbing services.

Im giving the Heating and Cooling part of this company the 5 stars...Not the Electrical and Plumbing. Dave and his team did an awesome job with the furnace. Extremely fast, friendly, and professional. Dave explained everything that was involved with the purchase and warranties. While his crew made sure we knew all about the new furnace and thermostat. We also had called to get estimates on electrical and plumbing. It took over 2 weeks to get one estimate and we never did get the other one.

Nick came out from Lee plumbing to hook up a new sink and garbage disposal after our new counter top was installed. It looked like a simple straight forward job, however, the hole for the faucet was drilled to small. Nick took the time to try to get it to work correctly and when he couldnt, he waited for the counter top people to come and enlarge the hole. He was professional and thorough, making sure everything worked properly and cleaned up afterwards. Plus he is just a really nice person. I highly recommend Nick at Lee Plumbing!

Generac generator was installed on July 21st, and while I was out-of-state I lost power due to a storm for 3 days. The generator started and never skipped a beat! Lees Heating Division recently replaced my 23 year old furnace with a Lennox. The quality of this furnace is surpassed only by the skill of the crew that did the install! They were polite, cleaned the work area and were extremely skilled installers. And the new Thermostat that came with it is amazing! Its like an iPad mounted on my wall that my wife and I find extremely easy to set and maintain our desired temperature. Weve experienced this level of service in the past on both the plumbing and electrical side . . . Im so glad its the same with Heating & A/C!

I rarely write reviews, so hopefully this is a testament to how good these guys from Lee Mechanical are. They installed for us a Generac generator which was extremely challenging since we have a finished basement and the electrical panel was located on the opposite house corner from where the gas line is coming in. We obtained several bids and the one from Lee Mechanical was the most competitive one. The technicians were very professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and they left their work area, which spread over the entire basement, super clean.In summary, we have been 100 percent satisfied with Lee Mechanical’s service and definitely recommend them.

I needed it fixed A.S.A.P. Due to tenets I rent to. Lee plumbing was there the same day.With lots of work to do . But had Me up and running the next Day. Also repaired two air Conditioners units on roof.. On my other building they installed a new hot water heater. And in Febfrozen pipes on the weekend after hours I called Lee Plumbing emergency number and they called me back they were there in about two hours. I Found Technicians to be professional and polite. They now take care of All my proventive maintenance needs

After the install, i noticed a noise in the furnace. When service came by to inspect, they found the furnace had issue prior to ac install. We noticed our toilet leaking on Friday night. I called Monday morning and we scheduled a time for someone to come between 2pm and 4pm. At 1pm Kevin called and said he was running early and if he could come early. He was here 5 minutes later. He diagnosed the issue in 5 seconds, it was a failed wax ring. He fixed it and checked it and its great! I had a great experience with Lee Plumbing and would highly recommend them!

My wife and I initially had a plumber here to look for a leak. We were charged 125.00 and were guaranteed nothing was wrong. A few days later, we had a major leak and a bunch of old photo albums were ruined.They sent someone over to find the leak, and they did within 10 minutes. Two weeks later, they repaired it within 90 minutes.After a couple of billing errors, Julie and Todd worked hard to put my mind at ease and take care of me. Thanks Lee plumbing!

I received a call from Lee Plumbing, Heating, Cooling & Electric the same day I requested a quote through BBB. They came out shortly after the call to complete the work that was needed. Excellent customer service. Kyle came to my house and got the electricity working in my garage, removed broken/ exposed wiring from storm damage. He was courteous and explained about circuits & the type of wiring needed based on the amps. He also put up a light in my main entry way- he had to put in a metal housing box as there wasnt one previously. He was also kind enough to use the medallion that I wanted to go against the ceiling. I will definitely be calling them if I have any new electrical problems in the future as well as recommend them to my friends in the area.
