Doug responded same day and came out for a free estimate within a couple of days. He made a very reasonable quote for a pretty big job... Removing and replacing incredibly old cast iron pipes that were leaking. A few days after the estimate the job was done in a visit that was literally only a couple of hours. He was prepared for the job, bringing what he needed with him and was courteous and very informative regarding the job he did. Then as were wrapping up, he literally blows my mind... He said the job was a bit easier than he thought and dropped the price! That never, ever had happened to me before and Im sure it will never happen again... Unless, of course, I need Doug for another job. Ill never use another plumber. The quick attention, reasonable prices, educating me and, most of all, honesty is second to none! Thank you again, Doug! I recommend him to anyone for any job!
