We’ve been hiring Nate for about 4 months now to address any plumbing issues we come across in our home. He has provided quality work each time he has visited whether we needed something repaired or for installation of new equipment/appliances in our home. Nate is very professional and friendly, he is also punctual on the time he says he’s going to be here and always communicates with us if we have to reschedule. We will continue to support Nate’s business and will always call him first before anyone else.

Update March 2023: Nate turned out to be a stand up guy and was attentive to my issues.I was really reluctant to post this negative review because I liked Nate and thought him to be a good guy. However, my more recent experiences with him have been beyond disappointing.He also no showed on several appointments. I am now having to consider a lawsuit just to get what I already paid for.Im sad that I have had to leave a bad review, but it is an honest one.

Nate responded quickly to my call and showed up on time. He installed a kitchen faucet and replaced a leaky water valve for my refrigerator’s ice maker. Nate also helped me figure out how to tighten my fancy Bridgewood commode top at no extra charge. His work looks good. So far we are satisfied with his work and would use him again.

Nate helped my family install a recirculating pump at my house. Nate was very helpful and was able to work with me on schedule to do the install. He was very knowledgeable and was able to finish the job very fast. He is very fair with his price and his personality is very good. He and Angel made sure to clean up everything and checked his work twice to make sure nothing was leaking. I know I will be recommending him to my family and friends also will be using his services for future plumbing installs.

We were given Nates info by my brother in law who had highly recommended him. Nate came out and did an initial inspection, and gave us our quote.As soon as he had our approval he was quick to pull the required permits from the city and got started.What I thought was going to be a day and a half job (with other plumbers Ive used) turned out to be a 3-4 hour job.I couldnt be happier about the service and will be recommending him to all my friends.

Nate replaced my traditional electric water heater with a new hybrid heater (yeah!). Because hybrid heaters are more complex, the job involved running new lines thru the exterior brickwork of my home. He did everything to my complete satisfaction. Several months later, I asked him to replace 13 bathroom angle valves. Because freezing weather hit, at the last minute I asked to postpone the job, and he graciously agreed. Then during the work, I realized I also needed help removing 5 sink drains, and he agreed to squeeze in that extra work as well. That was a great help.Nate has been flexible, competent, considerate, polite, friendly, super professional and reasonably priced. A little slow responding to email sometimes. Very happy with his work & would definitely use him again. 5 Stars
