Worked with ClearWater twice, first on a not so enjoyable experience - main water leak that resulted in three repairs... not what a new homebuyer wanted to hear... the second experience was for a tank less water heater flush.Both time JR was awesome, his personality is contagious, knowledgeable (and willing to share that knowledge in answering questions) and overall a great guy to talk to...yes, the second time I requested JR specifically. Jason was at the second visit, and it was really enjoyable to talk to. Finally, shoutout to Desiree in dispatch, who has excellent communication and follow-up.if youre still reading and are curious of the price for the main line repair... 😬 could have been worse, thankfully my line doesnt run under the driveway.

Clearwater replaced our hot water tank and repaired our pressure regulator valve. We spoke to Maddie on the phone who was incredibly helpful setting up our appointment for an estimate. JR and Andrew came out the next day after our phone call and did all the work non-stop. They were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and did make me feel like my service was valued. I highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work and will definitely use them again.

I had the joy of being serviced by two employees of this dynamic company, ClearWater Plumbers. If the two plumbers I had come to my home is any representation of the company plumbers, customers, you can’t go wrong. I had the honor of meeting JR and Brandon. I needed a cartridge replacement in the guest restroom and a new handle kit, and in the master bathroom, a toilet valve kit was needed. JR and Brandon was beyond courteous, professional, and personably. I was a fan when they entered my home and placed plastic boots over their shoes without me asking. The rest was history. If you need reliable and professional work of a plumber, please give this company a try. If you are willing to wait, ask for JR to be your plumber. You won’t be disappointed. .

JR and Devon did a great job for us installing a whole house water softener and filtration system. Them, along with their apprentices worked hard, did an awesome job, cleaned up everything including replacing the mulch on top of the dirt they had to dig up. I’m a repeat customer of Clearwater so let me tell you why you should be. I’ve had them out to my new build for leaky hose bibs, apex piping problems and most recently a dead water heater. I placed a call on a Saturday morning and by late afternoon I had a quality water heater, and excellent service by Jr and Brandon! These guys communicated with me on every step, and offered me several options to help me stay in budget. I don’t even have to think about who I need to call when things like this happen. They ARE the real deal and you can rely on them to treat you fair and right!

I highly recommend ClearWater Plumbers! I don’t want to dive into too much detail about our housing problems, but I will say after using another well known plumber and getting ripped off with costs and poor quality of work ClearWater plumbers really came through drastically. Here are my pros and cons:1. Great customer service : Professional, clear, and thorough communication with Haley, Misty, and Luke. They follow up after every appointment to make sure everything was understandable.2. Great plumbers: I had the opportunity to work with Maxwell, Andrew, Tim, Zach and their apprentices. All of them have been a delight with their quality of work, professionalism, commitment, honesty, friendliness, kindness, and knowledge. I will say Maxwell went above my expectations when he went out of his way to follow up on research he discovered and followed up in a timely manner. I was very impressed with his good work ethic.3. Great Owners- I had the opportunity to speak with Amy, who is the owner, and she personally sent plumbers out free of charge to evaluate my situation. I’m so grateful she cares about all her customers and goes out of her way to lend a hand when the time is needed.4. Quality of work: I had a carbon filter installed by Maxwell, Tim, and Andrew and the work was superior. They had originally brought the wrong insulation to go around the pvc pipes and instead of just installing it they were honest in letting me know it was the wrong fit and then installed the correct one. All of the drilling of 1-2” holes into my crawlspace was clean and measured properly. I also had them take out a sink and cut the pipes. They were kind enough even to set the sheet rock back in for me so I didn’t have to do a whole bunch of extra work. They even cleaned up everything like new.5. Courteous and Friendly: never complained in the heat, always willing to help , and allowed me to ask questions on their visit.6. Work performed was always clear- always asked if I had any questions before they did anything.7. Reasonably priced- I didn’t feel ripped off. I felt the pricing was good and the quality of work and expertise showed.8. Text appointment reminders: They even provide a bio of the plumber who’s coming to your home so you know a little about them. They are very courteous in calling before they show up which so many don’t normally do which is so frustrating.9. Technology savvy- all quotes and receipts are sent electronically making it simple to find and store. I’ve had past plumbers write up receipts I couldn’t understand.Cons:None yet.I’m so glad Clearwater Plumbers came highly recommended by many of my friends. As a new homeowner in the state of Texas, I really didn’t know who to trust. Now I know who I can definitely trust with all my plumbing needs.

My wife and I were horrified to learn that part of the cast iron pipe beneath our slab had failed, and that the pipe had been blocked by dirt and rocks beneath our foundation. The joy of owning an older home!We received quotes from three different plumbing companies, one of which insisted on cutting up our bamboo floors and cutting a 3x3 hold in our foundation to diagnose the issue. Had we done that, they would have destroyed our floors, displaced us from our home—and, ultimately, had to perform the same job that Clearwater did.The second company wanted to charge us around $12,000 to dig a massive trench to reroute the compromised pipe, ripping up a huge section of our pool decking in the process.Nick (from ClearWater) was great—we felt extremely comfortable with him and his associate (whose name escapes me, unfortunately) within a few minutes of our initial consultation. And Nick was a great communicator throughout the process.The ClearWater team explained our options to us, and ultimately presented us with a more budget-friendly (but still very expensive) option. The best part? It didnt involve cutting up our floors or a huge portion of our pool decking. Instead, they recommended that we dig a 10 trench beneath the problem pipe and replace everything.As you can see from the photos, it was a monster job.Ill be honest in saying that there were a few miscommunications throughout the process, and we did get a few scratches on our flooring/stairs when the team replaced a massive, 22-year-old water heater on the second floor of our home (another part of this huge job).That said, ClearWater owned up to everything and went above and beyond to make things right. Theyre going to pay for a contractor to come take care of the damages resulting from the water heater installation project. Thats the type of integrity you hope for when you hire a contractor for a huge job like this one.The subcontractor just left our house a few hours ago, leaving behind a tidy, clean worksite and only a fresh patch of concrete to prove they were ever here. All-in-all, its a job VERY well done.Plumbing issues SUCK. Theyre expensive and, chances are, you have NO CLUE what theyre talking about.I can tell you from firsthand experience that the ClearWater team is honest, hard-working, reliable and worth the investment. The only thing worse than writing a big check one time is writing a big check two times—because the company that cashed the first check didnt take care of business.If you need the best, I highly recommend ClearWater Plumbing!

I’d like to start by saying that I’ve used this company on several occasions. Their work was always good and employees…both at my home and in the office…were polite and professional. I’d like to give 5 stars but here’s why I can’t:I had them come by to repair my toilet which was wobbling. I thought that the mounting bolts had come loose. The guys showed up and gave me an estimate of $285 to fix the bolts. When they removed the toilet, it was discovered that the flange where the bolts mount into was cracked and had to be replaced. The revised estimate was around $925!!! At the time I had overnight guests, the toilet was off, it was just before Thanksgiving, and I felt like I was kind of over a barrel, so I agreed to the work. But it sure left a bad taste in my mouth. Later in the day, when they called to see if the work was done properly, I said that yes but I felt that the cost was outrageous. Now, we’re talking about taking 2 hours to remove and replace a working toilet and install a new flange (a $25 part AT MOST). A very straightforward job that I was charged the equivalent of nearly $500 per hour to get done. The young lady at CWP said “Well we aren’t the cheapest but we’re also not the most expensive” to which I responded that what others charge is irrelevant to me and a weak argument. What matters is that I’m getting good service for a fair price regardless of what others charge.I can easily afford the bill, and I’m all for capitalism. Companies are in business to make money. But in my opinion, there’s a big difference between a making fair profit and being gouged. I guess what I’m trying to say here is that if you go with CWP, you’ll get the work done right by a good company but be prepared to really open your wallet up because it’ll cost you. I can’t say I won’t use them again, but I’ll be asking around to see if others can refer a good plumbing service whose prices don’t require a second mortgage.

From the moment Ben and Javier came to our door, they were friendly, polite, professional, and extremely considerate. They made sure to wear booties inside, and even put booties on the wheels of the machine they used to check our clogging drain. They checked every drain in our home, flushed our water heaters, caulked one of our faucets, and gave us advice about the product we should use if any of our drains were to clog again. They were very thorough and engaging! It was actually a pleasure to have them in our home, which is not something you usually say about plumbers. I would highly recommend ClearWater Plumbers based on how Ben and Javier represented them. Great employees!

We had 2 issues--a tub in one bath and the toilet in another. JR diagnosed the problems immediately and was able to fix the tub that day. A discussion of options for the toilet led me to follow his suggestion to buy a new one. He recommended a brand and explained its advantages. I bought it online at Home Depot (cheaper than the in-store price!) When he came back to install the toilet, he thanked me (!) for getting what he suggested. He and his trainee were super nice, polite, and neat. Would definitely recommend and reuse.

This is our second great experience with Clearwater Plumbers. We had a leak in our hot water lines and called to see about repairs. The team came the next morning, gave an estimate and we set an appointment the next day for repairs and to install a new hot water heater to replace our old (22 years) one. We were very happy however when they called and said they could come later that day and get started. They got most of the work done and we had hot water that evening. They completed the job the next morning and we were very pleased with our technicians Bryson, Ben and Isiah. They worked hard, were professional and respected our home while they were there and cleaned up nicely after the job was finished.

In the past, we’ve used the services of one of the well known plumbing companies in DFW, but this time I decided to do business with a local firm and it was a great decision! Terrance and Conner were the utmost professionals by first showing up on time, all the way down to the small courteous details such as wearing shoe covers, not bringing heavy equipment through the house, and walking it through the side gate instead. Unfortunately, most people that work in a service industry don’t use any common courtesy, but these guys were on point! We had a clog in the main line and they had it cleared in no time. They also informed me about preventive measures so it doesn’t happen again. The price of everything has gone up, but its always worth it and feels good when someone performing a service at your home is genuine, kind, professional, transparent, and leave no doubt in your mind that the job was done right! I’ll definitely be calling them again for our future plumbing needs.

They have been out on 4 occasions, each time they did the job needed, and did it professionally. One time, the contractor doing cabinet work commented that these guys were the cleanest plumbers he had worked with. So, I will borrow their slogan and say, You otter call ClearWater for you plumbing needs.

One plumbing company said they could not help us, and recommended we call Clearwater. Evan and Jason were professional, communicated clearly, and saw us through to the end. Clearwater performed their services with professionalism and diligence and we are grateful. It was an epic issue with multiple breaks throughout our plumbing. Today, you can barely tell we had an issue. We highly recommend them.

Ben and Bryson were fantastic, prompt, communicative, and really hustled to get my hot water heater replaced on the same day they came out to give me an estimate. First time using ClearWater and their customer service and quality of work is second to none! When I first called, lines were busy and I left a message that was returned promptly. A service appointment was set quickly to evaluate my repair in a very reasonable time window that matched my availability. Logan gave me a call when he was on his way with an estimated arrival time. After inspecting my repair and giving me an estimate, he began the work. Throughout the process he gave me updates on how it was going and let me see the repair before he filled the hole in my yard and replaced the sod. In the end, I couldnt tell work was done in my yard. Shortly afterward, I was emailed my invoice as well as pictures he took throughout the repair process. That evening I received a follow-up call on the service. Excellent communication and notification via text so we were always in the loop. We were facing a tricky Bath Remodel. We needed to remove a Jacuzzi jetted Roman tub and replace with a plain tub. It was the same brand and tub size, but the original install of the jetted tub in 2012 was not done correctly. Brian K. at Clear Water Plumbers found a solution that would allow us to replace the tub correctly with minimal time and expense. I have used ClearWater Plumbers on a few occasions. They have been fair and honest every time. The first time we called they told us what the problem likely was over the phone and my husband was able to fix it easily saving us an unneeded expense of them coming out to do it. My latest experience was amazing and it was because of Brian and Alex. They showed up on time with mask and shoe covers. They wore the mask the entire time (several hours). Brian told me all the details of prices and what diagnostics he would do to fix a plumbing leak before beginning. He spent a couple hours making sure the leak was fixed, he didn’t just assume it was fixed and leave. I also was about to get a new built in refrigerator. The water ruined my last one in a years time. Brian came up with a solution of a reverse osmosis system. He installed it making sure no one would see any trace of the line that needed to be run across the kitchen. They cleaned up everything before leaving. They answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I’m so impressed and thankful.

I got lucky admittedly and they were able to get out here really quickly, my toilet was leaking and the two gentleman that came Chris and Zack were very nice, very professional they came wearing masks I didnt even have to worry about asking about that since I am an older person. They were very careful with everything assessed the situation gave me my estimate I made my choice to replace the toilet since the old one was rotten. They replaced it took away the old toilet everything was so neat and clean, everything was super easy and they were very nice to deal with didnt feel like I was having any games being played at all. I called to preemptively replace a hot water heater that was getting close to its last days. I was able to schedule a non-emergency appointment in less than a week. The tech, Potter was exceptional. He was fast, helped me understand what was involved with the installation and gave me options! After a few hours the water hadn’t gotten hot again. I called the office and Potter was back out to check on the heater yet that evening (5pm on a Friday!). He was able to determine that the internal thermostat wasn’t working and quickly replaced it. I was so thankful he was able to come back same day. Very please with the service all around.

However, I will say This Other Guy makes a better 18th century historical figure than a 21st century plumber). This Other Guy installed my water heater INCORRECTLY! No wonder it was problematic for 2.5 years! Mr JR of Clearwater not only corrected what the Other Guy got wrong but stayed on the phone for an hour & a half with the manufacturer to ensure my H2O heater is running optimally. Please. Please. PLEASE! Take it from someone that suffered for 2.5 years with an improperly installed H2O heater: You Otter Call ClearWater - 1st!

We have used ClearWater Plumbers for years now, at two different homes and they have always been easy to schedule with quick appointment times. The work is always quality and it gets the job done. We had a gas leak during last years crazy winter storm and their team was able to almost immediately figure out how to get it taken care of and have our heat back on. Nate in particular has been to our home multiple times. He is friendly and professional and clearly knows what he is doing. Clearwater has done a few jobs for me - always on time and always do a good job. This time I needed quite a few items taken care of: a new water softener, an instant hot water heater for a shower that was slow to warm up, a new reverse osmosis system for the kitchen sink with the hot and cold water spigots, and lastly new plumbing fixtures in all our toilets. Bryan and Nick did a superb job. They arrived on time, and carefully did each item well. I love how they made my reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink disaster proof. My old one (installed my Olivers Pure water - NEVER use them) leaked an caused a fair amount of under the cabinet damage. Clearwater installed an automatic shut-off valve and an alarm so that will never happen again. The new plumbing fixtures in the toilets rid our house of pipe noises. As a courtesy, they drained our water heaters for us. I also signed up for them to refill the water softener 4 times a year which will really save my back from lugging those heavy bags from the store and lifting them to fill the softener. Bryan and Nick were very pleasant, kept clean work areas, wore the shoe booties on the carpeted area and did their work efficiently and well. I would rate them A+ and recommend using Clearwater without reservation.

I was raised in New York by a Master Plumber and when I relocated to Texas a few years ago, I was worried that I wouldnt find anyone that could compare to my own family and boy, was I WRONG! Brian Kohutek and his team are a valuable resource that I will trust ALL my plumbing needs with! Not only was Brian patient and respected my need to run his estimates by my father, but he then took the time to explain how and why certain things are done differently in this part of the country due to different soil conditions, City ordinances, etc! He presented me with several options of varying cost based on what I requesting vs. what I actually needed and he ended up SAVING me money by providing me safe, cost-saving alternatives to getting the work done in a more efficient way! His team made sure that even though they were digging up sections of my front yard to replace/re-route my drainage lines, that by the time they were done, you couldnt even tell they had done any work!!!! For a project that could have cost me tens of thousands of dollars and weeks of headaches, Brian and his team cut the cost in half and had the project completed within a week! Everyone at ClearWater Plumbers provided excellent service. The receptionist Brook was very thorough when setting the appointment. A small leak under the master bath sink had been detected by an inspector and a prompt repair was necessary as a condition of the sale of the Condo. Brook scheduled an appointment for the very day that I called. I was out of town at the time and she took down all of the numbers for the Condo Manager, the Realtor, etc. Trey and Greg were prompt with coming to the Condo, analyzed the situation, called me for approval to proceed and promptly sent me the invoice. As I was out of town and in a meeting, I called the office after 5pm to leave a message about making the payment. Even after hours, they returned my call and I was able to pay and receive via email a documented and paid invoice for my Realtor to present to the Buyer.

I finally caved and decided to have my only tub/shower upstairs fully replaced. I had lots of anxiety for a couple years about doing it, but after talking with the ClearWater team, I was reassured and felt more confident about the big project. They were highly professional in their approach to the physical part of the project (being clean and efficient in the actual installation process) and also patient and understanding in the communication part (answering all questions and educating me in what they were doing and why). I would easily recommend ClearWater to anyone with plumbing needs. Thanks again to Brian and crew!

Brian and Patrick came out today to install a soft water loop and plumb in a softener/filter system. They did an outstanding job. They paid a lot of attention to detail in making sure the lines were nice and straight so I now have a showpiece install in my garage that is a joy to look at. They showed up when they said they would, called ahead, and were the nicest/knowledgeable plumbers Ive ever run into. I will definitely be calling them again for my next project or issue. I cannot recommend them enough.
