After calling multiple companies, I was so grateful to get in touch with Rescue and Restore! The were kind over the phone and booked me for a next-day service. Their prices were competitive and they were upfront about the potential cost whereas the other companies wouldn’t even give me a ballpark estimate. Not only did they service the toilet but they went above and beyond to repair a couple minor problems throughout the house.This is forever my plumbing company, I have them saved in my phone and will be calling them for all of my plumbing needs!Thank you Chas and Isaiah for coming to the rescue!

Chas and Isaiah were great’ I called them after getting quoted well over double the price from another plumbing company to replace my water heater. They came out the next day which was Friday reviewed it and provided a reasonable and honest quote. Came out Monday got the job done and thankfully we have had no further issues. I had a challenging experience with my bathroom shower remodel, but these professionals truly came to the rescue. We started nearly a year ago and encountered one problem after another. Our last contractor was both unethical and incompetent. After searching for plumbers in Benbrook, I found this company. He visited the same day to provide an estimate and later returned to help with the tub and shower installation. They explained the proper installation procedures and, despite several setbacks, managed to complete the job exactly as we wanted. Throughout the process, he and his team remained professional, knowledgeable, and committed to quality.

I appreciate them walking through the process, as this is our first home and everything is a learning curve. We have an old home with lots of cast iron pipes, so I do anticipate seeing them again down the road.

I have had my house since 2021 and have always had issues with my downstairs toilet. These issues gradually grew until they finally were causing issues outside of the toilet, including flooding my house. A friend of mine recommended Chas and his team to come inspect it. This would be the second plumber I had come and try and diagnose the issue. The last one didnt find anything wrong. Once Chas got there, he listened to my concerns, including issues I was having with my kitchen sink. He evaluated the situation thoroughly, making sure to get the details he needed to make the best diagnosis and decision possible. In that process he was able to determine a high probability of the sink and toilet issues being connected and how to resolve them. He helped me understand the possibility of insurance pitching in to contribute to funding the repair too. After his evaluation, Chas gave me the bad news of how extensive he thought my issue was, including a requirement to tunnel underneath my slab foundation to replace the plumbing from the 60s. Throughout the process Chas was honest and communicated clearly what he was doing and why. He didnt make promises he couldnt keep and made sure to set expectations clearly of what the process looked like. As well, during the repair, more issues emerged, and he was clear in communicating what it was and why it was an issue. Overall, like many projects on an old home, there were unexpected turns and problems, but Chas navigated them confidently and with clarity and honesty. He was able to fix the issue and after 1 week in, I have not had any of the original problems with my toilet or sink that have been there for years. By the end I trusted that Chas would make the best decisions and provide the best recommendations to me that were available. If I have another plumbing problem in the future, its nice to know I will have someone I trust to help me out.

R&R has never tried to upsale me on service or equipment and I consider their prices reasonable.Now for the compassionate part. My wife is in the early stages of dementia which leads to unpredictable behavior. In the last 3 weeks Rescue and Restore has been to my home 3 times to clear the sewer of sanitary pads, wads of toilet paper and socks. The third time R&R gave me a freebie. They did that out of the goodness of their heart. Rescue and Restore is a good honest company with heart. I highly recommend them.

I discovered a leak at my water meter just before leaving for work today. After the BWA confirmed it was on my side of the meter and with only a day before the holiday weekend, I scrambled to find someone available. Preferring a local independent and being fairly new to Benbrook, I looked through Google reviews and discovered Fort Worth Rescue. After leaving them a message, Chas responded back promptly. Understanding the situation, he agreed to be by the house in about 20 minutes. Almost to the minute, he was there getting to work. Moreover, with me at work, my wife was left to handle the situation. She had nothing but the highest of praises for Chas and his assistant, saying they were polite and professional despite an obvious detor to the end of their day. Service was quick, proper, and affordable with a friendly attitude in a stressful situation. I hope I dont need a plumber soon, but without a doubt, Chas and his company will be who I use.

Chas was awesome and suuuuuch a huge help!I hired him to remove and replace a bathtub. It sounds simple but it ended up being a TON of work. This was partly because the tub was made of super heavy cast iron, (probably from the 1950s), and partly because of the wack plumbing job by whoever installed it.The entire project ended up taking so much effort from him and the guy who works for him, I literally felt bad I got them into that mess. The tub had to be sawed into pieces in order to be removed, and they even had to go into my crawl space to get it all out. In addition to that, all of the plumbing behind the shower wall needed to be redone. He did that, and then helped me out by fixing the pipes(valves?) so that the hot and cold water would be adjustable from one knob instead of the two old knobs. He also raised up the shower head for me which required a lot of extra work. It was more challenging than normal because there wasnt anything inside the wall to attach it to at first. He had to add in a 2x4 to the inside of the wall and go buy some other pipe attachment.He did all of that, and didnt raise the price on me even once. From this review its probably obvious that I dont know much about plumbing. So you may be thinking that for all I know he could have way overcharged me from the beginning. But I know for sure that he didnt. I got quotes from multiple companies, and talked about it with a friends dad who flips houses. My findings were that Chass prices were pretty standard, and he just happened to be available the very next day.Im glad it worked out that way, because he really ended up being amazing. He showed up on time, was courteous, answered all my questions, and didnt seem to mind doing those extra things for me. Also, I never felt like I had a stranger in my house when he was working because he was just an overall very friendly person, and not in a creepy way.Anyway, Chas did a great job and I highly recommend him for all of your plumbing needs.

My experience with the team at Fort Worth Rescue and Restore Plumbing was excellent. I had an emergency plumbing issue on a Saturday and they were able to fix my issue within a matter of hours after calling them. I was able to talk to a real plumber with one phone call without being put through a dispatcher or a scheduler. In addition, they were punctual, polite, and worked clean! We had a water leak in the midst of the winter storm. I got on google, called several places and none were available for days or weeks. Chaz answered and said he could make time to come by the same night. When he showed up he was able to immediately diagnose and fix the issue for us. We had another pipe burst and leak at our business and even though that wasnt on his schedule he made time to come by and help as much as he could. He came again the next day and fixed it to where we could have running water at our spa again (which is a necessity there). He is seriously a God send! So incredibly thankful for him. Hes great with communication, always answers the phone, texts back, and shows up. He knows what hes doing and makes time to help you as quickly as possible. The best plumbing service! We’ve had Chas come out twice to fix emergency water leaks. Both times he came out quickly (within an hour or two), completed the work quickly, and charged a fair amount. He is the only person I will call for plumbing issues.
