I had an issue with a sink drain that my AC condensate line feeds into. I called Hawk and they promised a team could come over same day - Awesome news.Jason and Cody showed up exactly as promised, identified the issue and had the work done and things back to normal in short order. They had everything they needed and left the work site neat and tidy.Cody had been here previously and fixed another problem - he remembered the job and asked if that had given us any more problems. It was a nice and unexpected follow up.Competency, efficiency and personal interest in their work count in my opinion...

These guys replaced my complete AC/heating system, duct work and made a cat walk from the garage all the way back through the house in less than 2 days. Highest regards for Hawk Plumbing, Heating and A/C. First encounter was when I spoke with Mike the Service Manager, on a Friday afternoon. He sent Cody and Ryan to our home exactly when he said they would be here, on Monday right at Noon. We needed an A/C Drain Line Replacement. Assessment was made quickly as to what was needed, Quote was given, and they made the repair immediately. We could not be more pleased. When you are new to an area, you really roll the dice, but we got it right the First Time with Hawk Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. Thank you all so much.

Cannot say enough great things about Hawk! AC went out and called Hawk based on a recommendation from someone at work. Two other companies had been out before and handed me a quote without even looking at the system. The experience with Hawk was completely different. Zach took the time to get some info from me then checked the system, found the problem, and was able to fix it asap. Everyone we worked with, both on the phone and in person, was professional, helpful, and kind. You just know when you are working with good people. Based on this experience we will never look for an AC or plumbing repair company again...we will just call Hawk.New addition…Just had Hawk out for a plumbing issue and again they came through! Jason and Anthony were excellent and found the problem and fixed it asap. Just can’t say enough about this company and their employees. I truly trust them and won’t use anyone else. From Mike at the office answering the phone to Dwayne coming out less than 3 hours later with a courtesy text stating when he would be here, this company has far exceeded my expectations. We have a 4 year old home and the AC was no longer cooling. We had the AC company from the original install come out the week before. Needless to say what they said was wrong vs what was really wrong once Dwayne accurately diagnosed the issue/s was completely different with the exception of an issue with the TXV. However, after Dwayne removed it he could show me where it had been manipulated and was not aligned how it would have been originally. So in hind-site, the system was probably initially frozen up due to not enough air flow, working hard in the high temps, which caused the TXV to not function properly. After it was manipulated by the original company it was cracked, stuck and now needing replacement. Dwayne has been in HVAC for over 35 years and was so knowledgeable. He communicated very well and explained everything clearly. He was able to give us a temporary fix until the part comes in and 6 hours later we had a completely cool house after being without AC for a week in 100+ degree weather. Thank you again Hawk Plumbing, Heating and Air & thank you to my colleague who recommended this company. He said he has used them for over 30 years and is a local FW guy. I will never forget to call Hawk plumbing first! After receiving a very high quote from another plumbing company to replace my broken hot water heater, I sent a message to Hawk and I received a call back the next morning. Ryan came out and installed the new water heater and replaced the old pipes and came up with a solution to run the new drainage pipe. Ryan took time to explain what needed to be done and the quote was much less than the other company. He answered all of the questions in terms that I could understand. Ryan did excellent work and I am very pleased with the end product!

I have used Hawk Plumbing since 2015 for our plumbing needs and their service has always been spectacular! This time around it was no different.One of our hot water heaters had been on the fritz for about a year, maybe even a year and a half, the other one was just fine until yesterday, when it completely stopped working. I called Hawk yesterday and spoke with Josh about replacing them. I have a house full of people living with me, so it was imperative that I try and get this rectified immediately. Josh got right to work! He had plumbers out here johnny on the spot the next morning. The plumbing team (Jason, Anthony, and Junior. Yay!!!! Shout out to these guys!!) started their work around 8:30 and finished around 1 o’clock. My husband went up and checked everything and not only was the work complete, but it was also very clean and tidy. I would recommend Hawk to my neighbors, my friends, to anyone. Mark from Hawk Plumbing, Heating & AC has been so helpful! After a no-show appointment from another plumbing company I previously used, I contacted Hawk Plumbing, Heating & AC about a shower leak. Mark came out to check on the situation and today capped off water lines so the shower insert can be removed. After that is done he will be returning to determine the leak source and repair it. He will install new fixtures after the contractor puts in a new shower insert. Mark is polite, easy to communicate with, and willing to work with my contractor’s schedule. He is definitely helping to make a stressful issue more manageable!

Great experience and great service. I had a leak under my kitchen sink so I called Hawk plumbing and they were able to schedule an appointment the following morning. The technician Mike Smith came out and took care of it in less than an hour. He even ran to home depot for a part and got back in a timely manner. I thought I was going to need new pipes but he was able to adjust a few things which saved me money. He was professional and did a wonderful job. Will definitely use them in the future.

During the most recent heat wave the air conditioner stopped working at my house while I work out of state with my parents living there. After reading the reviews on Hawk Plumbing I called and spoke with the office manager and explained I live out of state, my elderly parents reside there, and have been complaining about how hot it was getting inside.I was extremely pleased to hear they prioritize calls for the elderly and she thought they could be there within 2 hours. As fate would have it they showed up early. Amazing!The technician spoke with me over the phone and explained what the problem was and asked if I had any filters there so he could install them. I have an older unit so they had to be ordered but he said hed come back to install them if needed. My parents loved him as he was really nice and didnt try to upsell them or be pushy.When I called to schedule the appointment I was given a $30 coupon. The next day I received a call from the manager explaining the discount was not applied and that theyd be mailing us a check for it. I thanked them for their honesty as I wouldve never known it wasnt applied.I highly recommend Hawk Plumbing because they showed up fast, fixed my air conditioner at a fair price, the staff was extremely helpful/friendly, and for my parents to give the technician praise seals the deal for me! From start to finish I could not be happier.Thank you for taking care of my family. Ill use you for all my air conditioning and plumbing needs!

Hawk worked with us to get the best unit selected for our needs. The actual installation was faultless, and when they finished I had trouble finding anything to vacuum behind them so I didnt !Fernando is a perfectionist doing his work and I really like that work ethic. There has been only one problem, Hawk told me this unit would be quiet, but they did not explain that I would have to look at the thermostat to see if the unit/fan was running. We also have been very pleased with all plumbing repairs done by Hawk technicians. It is great to only place one service call that corrects the problem the first trip.

Im head of maintenance at a busy hotel in downtown Fort Worth. We had a pretty good leak from our riser on the first floor going to the forth floor. Had about a dozen guests without hot water. I called probably a dozen of your big name, commercials in your face all the time plumbers that advertise 24/7 emergency service....everyone of em told me the earliest would be 3 days later...came across Hawk and told myself after this last call, Ill give up and just have to wait those 3 days...needless to say, Hawk was out at my hotel working on the repair in less than 2 hours from when I called. Their work was efficient, it was cost effective and they were very professional. I have them set in my call list for my go to plumbers now. You wont be disappointed

During the most recent extreme cold temps. my two heat pumps were not performing to the degree that they should. In fact one was constantly flipping the breaker. Since we have had poor service from a couple of companies in the past, I asked my neighbor if he could recommend a service company. There was no hesitation. He instantly said he has been using Hawk for many years and he would not consider anyone else. I placed a call to Hawk and they very professionally set up an appointment to get someone to my home within a few hours. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and communicated his findings so that we could understand the issues. He offered some options for corrective action and then efficiently took care of the problem. There was a very nice follow-up call from their main office to make sure everything went well. There is no doubt that I have now found my future HVAC and plumbing service company.

Hawk plumbing has incredibly nice staff, the manager josh was really friendly. I asked hawk plumbing to come to my home and fix a leaking pipe, the guy changed the pipe to a straight pipe and called it a day. A couple days later, the pipe was on crooked and they had to come back out and fix it, this time it cost me more because it wasnt entirely done right the first time. Its fixed now thankfully. They are super nice and very reasonable in pricing, they made it right and Im happy with that.

I was concerned about an AC condensation issue so I contacted Hawk and I was pleased to hear that a tech could come out the following day. Zack, the tech, was great. He arrived on time, showed me and explained to me some minor functions of the AC unit that would help me in maintaining a good working AC unit. Zack fixed the condensation issue, and he completed the work within a reasonable time frame.I appreciate the fact that Zack was very pleasant and very patient in answering all my questions. Everything from initial email/phone communication, to the install, to the follow up communication, to the minor service calls were all handled in a professional manor. I dont normally like to deal with larger companies that advertise because usually over priced (gotta pay for that advertising right?) and suspect quality of work because they concern themselves with volume more than quality more often than not. But when I was looking for a company they were the first to respond, the tech called, then the supervisor called with good detail and what turned out to be an accurate quote in line with what I would expect. Hawk kept in constant contact with me about this and rescheduled me accordingly. Im glad we made the investment as the previous owners did not install the filter correctly and huge amounts of dirt clogged the system and the rest went right into our house. Fernando and Cesar were friendly and helpful. They took me into the attic to show me the issue and why it happened, fixing a minor problem on the spot. They suggested a system cleaning (not ducts). Short version - we had foundation issue had company raise slab on west side of house they required a plumber do a hydro-static test on sewer after the lift to verify no leaks. They send a plumber out he is at our property less than an hour says there is a sewer leak. Didnt really like this guy so found company closer & one that specializes in leak detection to do an isolation test. He was at our property about 4 hrs & charged me $500, said leak was in combination under slab in master bathroom. Gave bid for repair. Was not impressed with the bid price so got recommendation from friend - he said use Hawk Plumbing. Zack master plumber came out 1 day & said looked pretty straight forward & he would get a bid - we decided to use them after seeing the bid they started Thurs before Christmas. Zack & helper arrived on time, I left the husband to handle that day. Zack said he would not start jack hammering the slab until he viewed the leak on his camera. He spent hours looking for a leak & did another hydro-static leak test & found NO LEAK. He explained all he was doing to my husband & let my husband watch all so he knew everything was as Zack had said. Hawk charged me less than the supposed leak specialist I had hired to isolate the area. So in my book Hawk Plumbing is an straight forward, honest company. The guys were very personable and professional. They went above and beyond trying to fix my issues. My bathroom is so old and out of date they went out of their way to find old faucet handles for my shower. However, they are no longer made. I will call them back to install a new water heater.

The experience weve had with Hawk has been incredible. We looked into Hawk for AC after we had a terrible experience with our own home insurance sending out some shady company with shady technicians to break our AC unit just to charge us..After hearing amazing reviews from our neighbors about Hawk, we decided to have them take a look at our (now old) AC unit. We already knew it was on its way out, but the techs that Hawk sent to our house were worlds apart in customer service compared to any other HVAC specialist weve had come into our home. We had amazing help from everyone that was sent/called, but Ruben needs to get a huge shoutout. Even talking to our neighbors who suggested Hawk mentioned Ruben (she didnt remember your name but she knew lol). His knowledge, ability to explain things laymans terms, customer service, and overall attitude and honesty towards his work has to be recognized.Overall Hawk AC (Ruben) educated us about all the outdated venting issues and increased airflow around the house like crazy. Ruben and Chris also installed a new AC unit in the back and towed away the old one. And they also called to check in and stop by to double check everything. With the level of service we got I would totally recommend Hawk!
