My wife and I chose David Luttrell and are very happy we did. We needed our dry rotted front porch boards removed and replaced. We also needed the underneath framing fixed because some of it was also damaged. If you call him he will give you a written estimate within 1-2 days. He did it all a week later and it took him 2 days. He stayed to the estimate even though he did some extras. We had specific materials and trim we wanted so it was important to have a good listener. Call David. You won’t regret it. He has automatic text messages that confirm his appointments and he is always on time.

We are so pleased with the work done by Fort Worth Home Repair. In a world where customer service seems to be in decline, this company has it! They communicated with us every step of the way, they were prompt every day, as well as friendly and knowledgeable. We only had them replace some window trim on our Hardie board sided house this time but were definitely looking forward to using them again in the future. Weve been looking for a reliable, capable handyman and now weve found them!

They made sure all repairs were done right and triple-checked the work before they left. I still had an issue with my kitchen sink after they left and as soon as I sent pictures they were back in less than 24 hours to make sure it was fixed. Our kitchen garbage drawer was failing and becoming increasingly difficult to pull out and push back in. I found David L of Fort Worth Home Repair through an internet search and Im so glad I did. He was incredibly responsive and fit me into his schedule for the next day. He arrived on time, assessed the problem with the cabinet drawer, purchased supplies, and repaired the problem within one hour. Very fairly priced and the drawer works perfectly now. He showed up on time with excellent communication when we was expected to arrive, he was friendly and knowledge. He evaluated what he needed, recognized he did not have the proper tools and scheduled a follow up appointment for a few days later on the spot. He showed up on time at the second appointment and did the install correctly with no problems. For the amount of work he did for me, I feel like was he is fairly priced. I will definitely be giving David Lutrell and Fort Worth Home Repair more business.

My brother and I (recently established homeowners) were very pleased with the work completed by Fort Worth Home Repair. Before contacting FW Home Repair, I had a contractor working at my place whom I had to dismiss for many reasons. I had a few projects left undone (installing the bathroom flooring and toilet and installing a gutter). FW Home Repair completed these projects for us and did so very quickly. I am very pleased with the quality of their work, their prompt communication, professionalism, and sincerity to help. I plan to use their services again in the future if anything arises at my home. I called them to replace a dishwasher heating element and a possible supply line valve replacement. Their team arrived on time, and the work was done correctly and efficiently. “Nacho” was polite, courteous and clearly experienced. My only feedback is maybe having team members carry extra company uniforms and ensure they have a full set of tools/equipment for the job. It’s no problem for me. But some folks like to see a fresh uniform, boot covers on in a house, and fully equipped.

I have used many handyman guys over my time. I have never found one to be as good as FW Home Repair. They are very reliable and stand behind their work. I will say -they are a bit expensive SO if you are looking for cheap -this is not the business to use and remember you get what you pay for a lot of times. BUT with these guys they are on time, return calls, and will basically do anything you ask them to do and I KNOW that the job will get done and be completed to my satisfaction. With this being said- they are certainly worth it. I make a to do list every few months and they come out, survey what I have ,then and come back to knock it out and Im so thrilled when its all completed. They are the best handyman company out there. I plan on using them for much larger projects when those come around as well because I know they will be fair and honest with anything I need at my home and it will be done right. David the owner really wants to make his clients happy so he goes the distance to make sure you are satisfied before leaving.

I hired Dave to put a chimney cap on my 2 story chimney. He got it done quickly at a good value. So, I asked him if he could tackle another job. He got it done when he said he would and even though it took him longer than he estimated we worked out a fair deal for both of us. He stuck with it! So, Ive asked him to tackle yet another job replacing rotten trim around windows on the outside of my home. Hes starting Monday. Hes my go-to guy from now on - because he does what he says hell do, when he says hell do it at a fair price for both of us. And, he gets back to me when I leave a message! More than I can say for anyone else.

So Im at my Dads place helping him and my stepmom out for a bit when all of a sudden one of the wind turbines on the roof started an annoying squeal when the wind blew. He cant get up on the room, she cant get up on the roof, and I certainly cant get up on the roof. I jumped online to see what kind of handyman I could find in the Azle area and came across David and Fort Worth Home Repair. He was going to be in the area and said hed stop by and take a look for us. David just left (after greasing the squeaky turbine) and I have to say it was a pleasure doing business with him. Hes friendly, capable, and charges a fair price. I recommend him to all in the area who want to get that little thing done that they cant do themselves and dont know someone else that can or will.
