Swat plumbing was our 2nd option plumber from American Home Shield. Matthew actually did the testing and found the problem as well as another gas leak inside our house that the previous plumbers missed. Matthew was polite and very professional. There was some miscommunication on timing and with the city, (and it was over Christmas week) but Matthew was great!Thankful to have the gas back on!

Randall was great. I was in a pinch at 1 am and he came out from 2-4 am and fixed the problem. He was very professional and did a great job. Had to pay a 250 24 hour premium that was well worth it and reasonable. In the middle of the night he didn’t it cut corners and did the job right. Will definitely use them again!

After a failed appointment with another plumbing company (tried to say that the unit was unrepairable), I requested that my home warranty company sent out another company to look at my leaking water heater. I was impatient and called them before they could call me, but I spoke with Shay (I hope I spelled correctly) and she was able to put me on the schedule for tomorrow. Within 30 minutes of that initial call, I had another woman call from SWAT and said that they had a cancelation and was able to get me in today! Within another hour, Andrew W. showed up and was able to figure out the issue and get it taken care of.I am so thankful for everyone that assisted so quickly and especially Shay and Andrew W. for going above and beyond! Ill make sure to call for my plumbing needs!

Andrew from SWAT was quick and efficient when diagnosing the problem with my tankless water heater. It was a small part that order and installed in a matter of days! SWAT plumbing was also kind enough to accommodate me to the best of their ability when the part arrived. I would definitely use them again and hopefully get Andrew. He knew what the water heater needed and installed it in less than 5 minutes. I have hot water again!

Their First appointment was Monday, when I mentioned my anniversary over the weekend they went above and beyond to accommodate, had a team member stop by after their last call which was close by me. Randall Mackey was sent to my home the day after I called. My pilot light was out on a water heater & the handle in the Master Bath shower was corroded. He took care of both quickly but also let me know that because the handle was a Delta & I was replacing with Delta to call Delta at the #800 on the box. The new handle would be put on warranty & Delta would replace if anything ever failed on it. Well, they did that but are also going to reimburse me for the $61 it cost me to buy the new handle. I had to submit the photos of the corroded handle & my proof of purchase! I would not have known that. That is superb service!

Jason was AMAZING! He came out to our house and fixed a plumbing issue that 4 other plumbers were unable to. He was so professional and friendly and I would highly recommend his work to anyone. Super pleasant to work with.However, I would be cautious about SWAT Plumbing as a whole. They had another plumber come out beforehand that handled things very unprofessionally. He was probably having a rough day. That being said, when I called to report what had happened, SWAT was quick to send somebody else (Jason) out.Overall would recommend based on this, but know service will vary depending on which person comes out.

We bought our home back in 2020 and after two weeks after we moved in we had a massive leak in our master closet which was underneath our guest shower. We didn’t use it for a long time because it leaked every time the water ran, even after we reached out to our home warranty and they sent someone to “fix it”. It was not fixed, it leaked every time. After a year we finally replaced the shower head and spout thinking that would solve the issue. We never used the shower but we have used the bath a few times to give our little one a bath. This week it apparently secretly dripped overnight quietly as I didn’t know anything was wrong until the next morning there was a 2x3 foot part of my closet ceiling that was SOAKED and falling apart. Our warranty company reached out to SWAT and within an hour or two we had someone come out to survey the damage. The next day we had a plumber come and he was able to pinpoint the damage was not that bad, it was simply that our shower head wasn’t sealed properly and neither was the overflow drain - which explains why it leaked every time we used the bath/shower. The plumber today was in/out in less than 30 minutes, but I can honestly say the work is done! My husband took a shower and not a single drop fell through the holes. We will definitely use them in the future if we have any other issues!
