When we purchased our house, we were unfamiliar with Fort Worth and, based on reviews, we chose a certain plumbing service. We havent regretted our decision. Even though its never ideal to be on a first-name basis with your plumber (implying theyre frequently at your property), Ernest has proven to be a lifesaver multiple times (our older home comes with its own set of plumbing challenges). Hes always punctual - or gives you a call to update you on his location - and conducts himself in a professional, courteous manner while explaining the issue. Though quality plumbing services arent cheap, I find this companys rates reasonable and the quality of their work consistently excellent. I recently faced a plumbing emergency during a holiday weekend. I reached out to Ernest and he managed to make a same-day repair. What could have been a disaster was swiftly and efficiently resolved thanks to his efforts. I cant recommend them enough!

There was a leak under my kitchen sink that needed attention due to previous work performed. Mateo & Sons Plumbing Services went the extra mile, dispatching Conner the very next day. Conner arrived on time, quickly fixing the primary leak and promptly identifying and addressing another potential issue. His friendliness was commendable and he was able to answer any queries I had. Truly, their service is excellent and they fully stand by their support. Ernest, Marvin, and Conner again arrived to handle the task of replacing the old pipes under my kitchen, upgrading my worn-out garbage disposal, and renewing all the water shutoff valves throughout my Fort Worth residence. Their professionalism was evident and they kept me informed throughout their work process. Initially, it was anticipated to be a two-day job, but they managed to complete it in one day with exceptional results. The cleanup was also top-notch, considering the number of items they had to remove. I am extremely satisfied with their work!

Within a short time, the shower door was deteriorating, and when we contacted the company for help, they failed to take responsibility for their substandard work and instead offered us a high-priced repair quote. They stepped in and replaced our faulty shower with a superior soaking tub, all within the budget of the previous companys repair quote. The available space for the new water heater was quite tight, but Raymond went above and beyond to make everything work in the limited space. My water heater broke down so i needed a speedy replacement. i reached out to multiple firms, including large retailers and independent plumbers, and ernest from a certain plumbing service gave the most affordable quote. he offered me the choice of purchasing the heater myself and only paying for the installation or letting him get it from his supplier. i took the measurements of my old heater and found a similar one on a popular retail site. however, when i gave ernest the dimensions, he was able to get back to me with a cheaper price in less than half an hour. whats more, he would pick up and deliver the heater to my place. ernest was able to accommodate me the very next day. he came early, even called to check if it was okay for me to have the work done earlier or if he should stick to the scheduled time. he installed a new shut-off valve at no extra cost and did a great job cleaning up the closet where the heater was located, including the dirt and dust that was there before he arrived. ernest did an excellent and professional job installing the water heater, and i was very satisfied with his work. its challenging to find skilled, honest, and professional plumbers, but i will definitely be reaching out to this plumbing service for any future needs. i cant recommend ernest enough.

Jared was assigned to unclog my kitchen sink drain and he ensured the line was completely free before he left. This was crucial as the stubborn blockage needed multiple rounds of snaking before it was finally totally cleared. During another visit, the entire team- Marvin, Conner, and Jared, did an exceptional job setting up my new boiler. They kept me updated during every step of the process, informed me whenever the gas or water would be turned off, and maintained the cleanliness of the space, leaving it just as it was when they began. They managed all this even in the midst of a snowstorm. I couldnt be more satisfied with the service provided by these plumbing professionals.

Ernest is straightforward, takes the time to explain things, is always reachable, punctual, and offers reasonable prices. When our wall-unit boiler malfunctioned and left us without heat or hot water, Ernest made us a priority. He came out immediately, even attempting to repair the old unit to provide some warmth, but to no success. Within a few hours, he provided a quote for a new combi boiler. His pricing was mid-range, but the quality of installation and intricate work involved in these types of units made every penny worth it. Other plumbers in Fort Worth were not available for a week and would take two days to install the unit, but not Ernest. The very next morning, he sent an excellent team of three, led by Conner, who were punctual, friendly, intelligent, focused, and efficient. They completed the entire job in one day, despite the rainy weather. They were considerate enough to lay thick paper on our floor leading to the utility room to keep our floors clean during the process. This thoughtful touch was truly impressive. Ernest does not exploit his clients; hes honest and ethical, and employs a team that follows his lead. My neighbor, who has worked with him on several new home constructions, highly recommended him. Ernest has a large team, allowing him to prioritize emergency jobs over plumbers who work solo. Hes always reachable and punctual, which is a rarity these days. Another major advantage is his acceptance of credit card payments, while most plumbers only accept checks. This can be particularly beneficial for larger jobs, allowing you to make installment payments and accumulate card points. In particular, Amex will add an additional 1-year warranty beyond the boiler manufacturers. I cant recommend Dunn Plumbing enough!

He opted for the most effective technique, not necessarily the quickest, to install the new valve and hot water heater. The whole process was done in a matter of four hours. Once Raymond showed up, he rapidly identified the source of the leak. We were immensely relieved when they pointed us to a plumber who would complete the repair in no time. Sure enough, a few hours later, Raymond arrived and promptly fixed the issue. While he was at my place, I also pointed out a minor leak behind my toilet that was bothering me. Despite having another assignment lined up, Raymond agreed to fix this issue as well. His work was excellent and I was grateful for his willingness to help on such short notice. Raymond was amicable and his work was top-notch. Moreover, his fees were quite reasonable. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a dependable and fair-priced plumber.

He asked all the pertinent questions needed. I must also commend his office staff especially his nurse Gentle the name speaks for itself because she was just that. Ive been pleased with Dr. Lawal I know some may have other experiences but I can only speak for the encounters I have had with him. I am pleased with the care he gives my mother.

My water heater unexpectedly quit on me, with the pilot light giving up the ghost and refusing to spark back into life. i rang up mateo & sons plumbing services and in no time, like within 15 minutes, they were at my door to check out what the issue was. sadly, the conclusion was that i needed a new water heater, but these guys didnt waste any time. They quickly started dismantling the old one, draining it and moving it out so the new one could be brought in. whats more, they managed to do all this on the same day my water heater decided to quit, which was really impressive. the level of professionalism, dedication and commitment to customer satisfaction shown by raymond, marvin and ernest was absolutely top notch. Theyve definitely earned my loyalty!

I encountered a plumbing emergency! The main water valve in my home started leaking and I was unable to shut off the water from the outside. Fortunately, I was at home when this happened and was able to manage the leak. Upon calling Mateo & Sons Plumbing Services, they immediately dispatched their team. The external curb box water main pipe, which controls the water flow from the outside, was damaged. They had to dig it up slightly and cut it open to turn off the water. Thankfully, once that was done, the urgency of the situation reduced. Raymond, Ernest, and Conner were able to replace the faulty valve that was causing the leak. These gentlemen were polite and focused directly on rectifying the issue. In no time at all, everything was back to normal. I would definitely suggest their services to my friends.

We got our hot water tank swapped out a while back, and let me tell you, it was an absolutely smooth process. the whole thing was installed just as theyd told us, without a single hiccup. then, just recently, i spotted a teeny tiny leak coming from one of the attached pipes. it wasnt a major issue, just a small drip, really. still, i chose to report it, and so i sent an email explaining the situation. not even an hour later, i got a call from their office to set up a plumber visit. and get this - within half an hour of that call, ernest showed up and sealed the leak. i mean, how often do you come across that kind of service? phenomenal!!
