Excellent, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Conrado diagnosed my problem and clearly explained my options, including both repairs or just replace the system. Due to the age of my system and coat to repair, I decided to just replace. Jerry and Jason did my install. They arrived on time, wore booties/masks the entire time, etc. They started at 8a and were done by 3p. Before they left they walked me through the entire system, clearly explaining what everything was, how it worked together, and what I should be watching for. Overall a really pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

He provided a complete checkup and cleaning of the system including in providing a concise status report of the system. Was very courteous and explained what was done including photo evidence of the system and parameter readings. Excellent service.

I simply cant use enough words to describe excellence and extreme attention to customer service that I have continually received! Just yesterday Chris TJ and George were here putting in an entire new system and went above and beyond the entire time! 30 solid years of service with Calverley and Ive never ever had a bad experience. My crew from yesterday couldnt have been any better if they tried! The work was outstanding it was done expeditiously and they were just generally GREAT people! Great service from Sam!Our blower motor went out the evening of July 10th.We called and scheduled service that evening and they were out on the front end of the 4 hour window we were given.Sam quickly diagnosed the issue and drove to Fort Worth for the part. Quickly returned and installed.Up and running in less than 18 hours of calling in.With July temperatures it is greatly appreciated.Great communication and service.Highly recommended.

We use Calverley for years for our air conditioning. Last year we got a new hot water heater with them. And today was my first experience with a service call in plumbing. All of my encounters have been top-notch and impressive. Joe took time to explain everything to me today, and provide options. Great company. Great people.Tim saved the day when our AC went out. He was out to fix it asap and we were able to sleep in our own house!

Sam and Jorge were incredibly helpful and kind to us when they came to fix our AC. It was a classic June Texas heat wave and they arrived within an hour or so. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue and had our AC back up for us and the dogs in no time, and were also eager to give us tools and advice to prevent the issue moving forward. Could not recommend them enough!

They are complete experts who came into my home, identified issues with previous wiring mess ups and fixed all problems and spent time making sure all areas were compatible with outside unit. Then spent time showing me how to operate my new thermostat when home and while away with saving $. True customer service this morning was given by both men and if I could give them 10 stars, I certainly would because they deserve more than 5. Woke up to my AC not working and called calverley first thing. I had Aaron and Brett come out and set me up with new equipment outside to get everything up and running again. They had wonderful communication and explained everything throughout the process. Moises and Zach showed up early in the morning, and worked tirelessly to get our new system installed. We replaced an aging Rheem Classic XII blower and Tappan in-cabinet stack with entirely new units, a multistage system with a new smart thermostat. They were well-organized and stuck around to explain the work and the new thermostat controller as well. So far the experience has been a good one, and definitely welcome after our old system went out on a 100 degree day.

I was informed that I had a problem with my A/C unit and the rest is history. I have a new Water Heater installed by Eddie and Robert completed timely and efficiently. My HVAC system was installed by two of the best guys I have ever had to do work at my home, T.J. & Chris. These two worked in the heat of the attic never complained, remained courteous throughout the tedious task of removing an existing system and replacing it with a new better efficient system. I worked on a large scale plumbing project with Chad Stanley over the past two weeks and he was incredible. It was a commercial project where we had to keep the facility open during the repairs. To prevent any issues inside our facility, they tunneled the plumbing from underground and made all repairs without disrupting our business. He is professional, well spoken, and seems to have a genuine passion for his trade. Im very glad and thankful we trusted him for our project.

My AC unit stopped working last night in this Texas heat at 12am. I called and got them scheduled to come out as early as possible. Tim called and showed up at 7am. He was able to fix my unit in no time. He also inspected everything, cleaned it all up, and charged me a fair price (especially after hearing what all the competitors were wanting to charge me). This is a great and honest company. Because of how great Tim is, I signed up for a membership where they offer great deals and come out and inspect 2x a year to help with being proactive so that you don’t have an emergency! In addition to fixing the issue, they put down tarp to protect my flooring and updated parts that were old but not yet broken. Our AC technician, Robert, was AMAZING! He was able to solve our AC issues, was very thoughtful, friendly, and cared about us as customers. We felt comfortable having him in our home and would recommend him and the company to family and friends. Robert, if you see this, thanks SO much for all your help!Update: We have had two technicians come out since Robert. All four have been great and easy to converse with. The second technician replaced the AC motor, which cost us ~$750. A month or so later the AC wasnt getting cold, so we called Calverley. The most recent technician, Sean, quickly diagnosed the issues as 1) an old capacitor needing replacement and 2) a new compressor needed. That along with the refrigerant would be $13,000 to fix our AC. So yeah, $81 for their time/diagnosing the problem, and $15 a month for their membership program, which Ill need to find a way to cancel as apparently its time for a new AC unit. Friendly people, just out about $1,000 with them over the past couple months and a new AC unit needed.

I want to commend Calverley Service Experts for the great service technicians they have. Yesterday, Marcus called me 45 minutes prior to his arrival to give me the heads up that he was enroute to my home. When he arrived, he immediately recognized me as he had been here before when I was having a problem with my thermostat. Marcus asked follow up questions regarding his last visit. While checking my heating unit, he also looked at my entire system and found the UV light was out and needed to be replaced. Although Marcus did not have the light on hand, he quickly set up a follow up appointment for today and returned to replace the light. I appreciated Marcus professionalism and attention to detail. I also appreciate Calverley for sending a technician that was already familiar with my units history. This really adds to their level of great customer service.

Late Friday, 09/08/2023 my home air conditioner stopped blowing cold air. After calling and being dismissed from an AC Company I had a maintenance contract with, I called Calverley. I was scheduled for 12-4 PM the next day, but was moved, with my consent, to 4-9 PM because of a very busy repair schedule. I frequently called Karley Simmons/Customer Service for updates. Karley was always friendly, professional, and honest. Karley went above my expectations when she found and emailed me Maintenance Membership Plan information. Sam Hernandez/AC Technician was friendly, professional, and honest, explaining how he was troubleshooting the AC System. Quickly finding issue, Sam gave me options for part replacement. After discussing maintenance membership options, I purchased the Member Plus annual maintenance plan. Although having my home swelter in hot Texas temperatures for a day was uncomfortable, I can honestly say the repair and service saved the day. I highly recommend Calverley.

Edit on 10-22-23Issue resolved by management.While the below incident did happen Id like to change my review because of management contacting me to resolve the issue. I was contacted by a field supervisor and I discussed my concerns about what happened. I fully expected them to back their findings and offer nothing more than an apology but when the supervisor AGREED with me and said they had a newer trainee who should have looked for other solutions vs go right to the most extreme measure to fix our problem. He asked me what would make this right with me I said we wanted the $580 we paid that day refunded. I was contacted about ten minutes after our conversation and the supervisor talked to management and they agreed to it.We were very frustrated and it was nice to talk to someone in charge that understood and didnt want us to have any negative feelings towards them and wanted to make things right.We needed an emergency plumber on Saturday September 16th for two toilets that stopped up before our grandkids bday. Calverley showed up and proceeded to snake our toilets, take one off, and run a camera down and told us we had a blockage and cracked pipe about six into our toilet line. We were charged $580 that day and quoted $22,000 to jackhammer the bathroom and garage to repair a cracked pipe. We had a second plumber come out from another company on Tuesday for a second estimate and opinion and within 30 minutes they located a grease buildup clog in our line from the kitchen sink that was about the middle of the living room. Once the clog was forced out the toilets ran fine. The price for this? $300!! The second plumber told us theres NOTHING wrong with the toilets and we dont have a drain in the garage (where they were going to go jackhammer!?). Ive called Calverley and asked to speak to a supervisor and wanted a refund for what I called fraudulent business practices. Ive yet to get an answer and was hoping theyd make this right then Id not bother with this review but they chose to be silent. Im filing a complaint with the better business bureau and also looking into legal action. I would definitely not recommend this company and they should be ashamed of what they attempted to do.

Benji the technician was great today, was able to take care of a backup in the water line that flows from my AC system during a routine maintenance checkup, saved me a lot of heartache and $ catching a problem early before it turned into a serious issue. Very happy with the maintenance program as well as the technicians that have come out for maintenance checks. Benji was knowledgeable and helpful today, and the other two technicians who have come out were great as well.

Today Asa and Erik came by to service my unit for the Fall. These guys were awsome. Shared all the important information regarding keeping my unit working properly. Ive never had a bad experience with any of the technician since having my unit installed. Great company....Great staff/technician...very knowledgeable about what they do.......

The technician (Bryan)and the comfort advisor (Michelle) did a very thorough and comprehensive job inspecting and servicing our a/c systems. They are very service oriented, and take great pride in their work. I would definitely recommend them and Calverly Service Experts.

Marcus was on time and was very informational about what he was doing with the AC unit. He was also dressed nicely in his uniform. He explained some things for me to watch for to make sure my AC was operating properly. Marcus also explained the service agreement and I said I wanted to discuss it with my wife and we would like Marcus to come out and explain further so that we can decide whether we want to sign up for the agreement. Marcus impressed me with his professionalism and knowledge of job.

Jason was here today 5/30 and was professional and very thorough. Great customer service attitude and took his time.Kyle was the lead tech on the install and did a great job - the crew was professional, polite, took their time to make sure everything worked properly and answered all of our questions. They had a second group join them to help speed things up too.5/16 -different tech Kyle T was out to check our system. Very professional, courteous and was diligent in our effort to help balance some of the airflow between a few of our rooms.
