Team Loy/Cory returned with their experience and precision, and repaired the backfall; during the repair they found and reported to me complexities that required additional remediation - communicated it promptly and clearly, giving me the chance to approve it - and then followed through with care and consideration. Team Trey came out post-repair to add a small solution mod under the house requested by the engineer, also providing excellent communication; I had daily questions for the Front Office - Shannon and Cameron provided outstanding value with timely, accurate information and scheduling. Great Team!Outstanding troubleshooting and assessment of a difficult under house issue. Clear and detailed discussion of the issue and solution(s). Trey and Brian had 2 different trucks and tag teamed my job. Trey came in first and located the blockage with his camera but the run was over 150ft and his equipment would not reach it. He called in the big truck and they got me all fixed up within 24 hours. They were super responsive and even helped me deal with the city to eventually get everything buttoned up. They both did a great job and I’ll never call another plumbing company again.

I had another company come out yesterday charged me $500 up front before he touched anything and said it could not be fixed that it needed to be repiped at a cost of $12,500. I called Service Squad and I was told that they were going to send out their (go to guy) Brian Bretz and they were correct. He came out, he was very personal able, professional and very knowledgeable. Brian repaired the leak in my wall. Thank God for this young man! If your in need of a plumber call Service Squad and specifically ask to send Brian out!

They came inside to do a test to clarify the issue. They ran the scope again so that I could see the break for myself. Jakeob gave me 3 different estimates. Edit to add: I used Service Squad to completely upgrade my sewer system. It was a stressful process because of the work, expense, and time involved, but all the employees (Jonathan, Brian, Jaekob, Nathan) were exceptional and really listened. Shannon was awesome in resolving my questions and concerns while the work was in progress.Initial review: Nathan did the pressure test after foundation work. Very polite and knowledgable. No issues with water pressure. Unfortunately, he couldnt check the sewer clean-out due to the way houses were built in the 70s (turned out it was buried, but old cast iron). Nathan gave me a suggestion and estimate to consider if I wanted to install new clean out valves. I would recommend this company.

This is the second time I have used Service Squad and Loy Culbertson but the first time I have created a review. The experience was excellent. Unfortunately due to another contractor not arriving as planned Loy was unable to complete the work but “no problem, we can reschedule”. He installed the tankless water heaters quickly and removed the old ones without creating any mess. He then came back to help adjusting a recirculating feature and everything was part of the installation even though the extra trip was my fault. Very knowledgeable about his products and professional in his work. Happy to answer any questions. I can highly recommend Service Squad and Loy Culbertson specifically.

Im not sure how they find such amazing technicians, but each time, I am speechless on the customer service - which I know sounds weird to say about a plumbing company. Honest and great at their craft - I cannot recommend Service Squad more highly!We had multiple quotes from other plumbers saying we needed extensive work (almost $10k) to address our issue. Brian was our technician from Service Squad Plumbing. He was fantastic from start to finish! We had failed a sewer test that we had done in preparation for our foundation experts visit. I was so stressed out when I heard the news. We have been trying to sell our home in Texas after relocating to New Hampshire. So finding a sewer leak under the slab, while trying to show the house, and having all of this going on while being halfway across the country, you can imagine I was pulling my hair out!But Service Squad to the rescue! They got us an appointment same day as the failed sewer test from another company. Then got us on the schedule that week for a camera exploration, and finally got the actual repair done within 1 week of the exploration. It was amazingly fast for the current season.Also, Brian was so helpful through all of this. He kept me apprised of everything that was happening at every step of the way. I got informative phone calls, voicemails (when I missed his calls), and emails with pictures/videos of what was going on.Honestly, without Brian, and the whole Service Squad team, I would have been in tears from all of this. Service Squad Plumbing, specifically Jakeob and Nathan are rockstars. This was a big job at a single-family home on a slab that needed the cast iron pipes replaced under the slab. From day one, Jakeob did a great job giving the initial assessment and explaining the options that were available for the circumstances. A few plumbing companies were contacted for estimates but Service Squad Plumbing, Jakeob, did the best job communicating what needed to be done. The great communication continued throughout the process while the work was being done. The job was completed within the estimated time frame that was initially given.Jakeob and Nathan kept it professional the whole time as they fought against the Texas weather. There were so many days of rain during this project, it was constant battle against the rain entering the tunnels under the slab, the steamy sauna feeling of the air when the sun would come out and the swarm of mosquitoes that apparently also enjoyed the tunnels. They did a great job and I’ll be contacting them again if I have any future plumbing needs.

I have to praise the EXCEPTIONAL customer service I received from Wendy Leduc at Service Squad Plumbing as well as that of Loy Culbertson, the plumber who did the sewer leak testing under the slab of my home. Although I did not end up using their services, it was not due to anything wrong on their part. Potential buyers for my old home requested a hydrostatic test and chose this company for that purpose. The results of the hydro test indicated leakage, and a leak isolation test has indicated that a complete re-do of the entire system is necessary due to its current condition. The buyers terminated their contract due to the results and I have now chosen to pursue the work with a plumber with whom I have a long history. Should I ever need another option in the future, however, I will definitely call Service Squad Plumbing and I highly recommend anyone reading this do the same. They are well organized, efficient, extremely friendly, and their pricing is competitive. It will be worth your time to talk with them about your needs.

Everything was explained to me and they found the problem quickly. Mike was originally suppose to come out but Dillon came instead. He was very helpful in locating the problem and repairing it all. It did take a few days for the excavation crew to come back out and recover the the pipes that were exposed. Overall we were pleased with the service!
