Emergancy repairs to Projects and remodels. I have recommended them to my family members and coworkers. This is the most professional and fair plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve had them out twice so far and they’re doing a big project on my bath tub. Everyone that came out to the job was very professional and respectful. The owner, Mike stopped by daily to check on things and walk me through each step. They are incredible with communication, letting you know when they are coming to your home/leaving/estimated time of job completion for the day. They spend extra time cleaning the job area and making sure everything is tidy before heading out. Overall great experience.

Would 100% recommend using this company and Alek. We had an improperly installed toilet, he came out and quoted us for the repair. He was able to come by the following week to complete the job. Very professional, respectful and did a fantastic job fixing our issue. He even helped fix a small issue with our sink at no extra cost. Will definitely be using his services again.

Mike and his guys are outstanding at what they do. In addition to all the things they do, for us they were replacing a city required back flow preventer. This device requires a licensed plumber and permit for installation and a visit from a city inspector after install. When finished I couldnt tell they had been here(meaning they cleaned up after themselves and left everything the way it was when they showed up), except now my valve passed and the city stopped harassing me about it. Ultimately I chose him from a referral from a trusted a friend but after working with them I highly recommend anything they do.

We live in a historic neighborhood so much of the infrastructure on the homes is quite old. The reputable plumbing service we used for 30+ years gave us a quote to “fix a broken pipe and replace necessary other pipes and fixtures” for $15,000 - $25,000 (it included tearing out an exterior brick wall and replacing it with new brick; not guaranteed to match the original brick). Service Company got creative and repaired/replaced the known bad pipe for less than $1000 and advised there was no reason to make additional costly repairs until or unless they become problematic. It was a common sense approach. Service Company is now the only plumbing company we use.

I had a wonderful experience with this company today. The workers here are so friendly and helpful, specifically Johnathan the manager and Alec. Typically plumbers will refuse to give advice over the phone because they want the $$ for the visit. You guys were so transparent with me about costs. J & A tried to help me every way possible over the phone without sending someone out. I (as a college student) appreciated that so much. They even sent me pictures to help me further understand what I was doing to my drain. (I got a tool stuck while trying to remove clogged hair ) I’m so happy I called them. I will definitely refer everyone I know and make this my go to plumber for the future.

I can’t recommend Service Company Plumbing enough! We had them out this week as Part 2 of a major home repair, and they made the process a breeze from start to finish! Mike (the owner) was super helpful in explaining what repairs needed to be done, and his estimate of the cost was spot-on; Jonathan kept in communication with us and made sure we were being taken care of; and Elijah (who did the actual work) was awesome, worked quickly, efficiently, and kept us appraised of what he was doing the entire time. It’s SO hard to find a reliable and honest plumber, but we will be using Service Company Plumbing for all our future needs. If you value integrity, professionalism, and courtesy, these are the guys to go with!
