    Called Royal Flush for a clogged sink and they were able to come out same day. Scott was the best. Not only did he fix the clog quickly, but he educated me about some of the plumbing issues and clog prevention without making me feel stupid.He also made suggestions for improvements without making me feel like I was just being upsold the whole time.A little pricier than some other quotes I got but, in this case, I’m happy to say I got what I paid for.

    Royal Flush is an extraordinary group of workers. At all levels I spoke with or talked with several employees and all good people. Shout out to Richard- who is humble, knowledgeable, has a true servant’s heart and treated us, our home and the work like he was family always willing to go the extra step, calm, just “get it done” and done “right” sort.Ours is an older house built in the 50’ or 60s with cast iron sewer. We knew we had roots … and when they totally clogged half the house leading to the master bath and we accidentally snapped the cleaning cable off in the pipes trying to fix it ourselves we knew we needed professional help. However, who to trust such a large job? We received estimates from six companies. Royal Flush had one of the most reasonable quotes! Hands down Richard’s willingness to answer all the crazy questions as we weighed our options and worked through all the brain trauma from what we were facing and he was patient with us… never pushing or causing us to feel any pressure. No hard sales pitch. It’s a lot talking about tunneling 40’ under two bathrooms to totally replace the sewer lines. We appreciate Kevin stopping by to determine alternatives to help us also be able to get the kitchen and laundry done so it was a complete replacement of all sewer lines. As well as his consideration for us on some slight changes to the quote. Those things were a positive tipping point for us. We felt like we were being treated fairly and respectfully.After looking at the long cracks in the old cast iron that came out after 70 years of use and the massive infiltration of roots I know we made the right decision to replace it all and an even better decision on who to use to do the work. Royal Flush!We were well taken care of. I can not say enough good things about our experience.

    In less than 24 hours from calling Desmond and the team at Royal Flush Plumbing fixed and repaired issues with broken, leaking pipes underneath my rental property. He also fixed my hot water heater that was leaking small trace amounts of carbon dioxide. Desmond was very responsive and diagnosed the situation quickly and correctly.     Well, I finally found myself in a plumbing situation where I was in over my head. My daughter in law recommended Royal Flush, as she had dealt with them numerous times at both her previous and current place of employment. I called them early in the morning and they were able to schedule me in within 20 minutes of my call. Richard was the plumber that showed up. I cant speak highly enough about him and the service he provided. Instead of up selling me and trying to convince me of an expensive repair he took time and educated me on a way I could fix the problem myself. While some may think this isnt a smart business decision, others will understand that they have gained not only me and every one of my family members as a loyal customers, but I will recommend this company to ANYONE that needs plumbing work.A exceptional experience from beginning to end.     Dustin and Wes are the only plumbers I will ever use again and I recommend asking for them directly. From beginning to end Royal Flush Plumbing was the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. I have posted a picture during the work and then after the work was completed and it looks like no one ever dug a 200ft trench through my yard and driveway, and a 35ft tunnel underneath my house. They were incredibly professional and started the work within days of giving me the estimate (when all other companies were 2+ weeks out).I recieved 15+ estimates and after speaking with all the different companies Dustin and Wes made me feel like I could trust them more than anyone else. They explained everything in detail and tried to give me the most fair price they could. In the end their price was half of any other estimate I received, I asked what the odds are that price would go up and they said it would Not. Less than 2 weeks later and several unexpected costs the bill stayed the same and the work was done flawlessly. I could not be more happy with experience and hope anyway who replaces their sewer lines calls Dustin and Wes at Royal Flush Plumbing

    Royal Flush is the plumbing company of your dreams! After 4 plumbing companies, we can look no further and so can you. From Christie the office manager’s greeting on the phone to expediting the plumber that morning to Scott the plumber’s friendliness, above & beyond service and even going to the store to get special caulking for our marble floor was refreshing and unexpected, especially from our recent experiences.     Ashton was the plumber that took care of the work, and a gentleman by the name of Taylor was his right hand man with 1 Corinthians 13 tattooed on his right forearm. I didnt know what it meant but he told me in one word. They did an excellent job, explained what he had to do to fix my problem. After a quick run to get the part, within 30 minutes, finished, and they let me talk their ears off at no extra charge. I would truly consider this guys again before anyone else, and Ive used another plumber before.

    We have an older pier & beam home that had galvanized pipes throughout. Started having problems with leaks AND our water heater went bad. KB came out to give me the original estimate.     Desmond saved us! In the midst of the chaos and high demand following the freeze, he responded and had us back up and running quickly. He was extremely professional, thorough, and courteous.     I am so grateful for Desmond from Royal Flush Plumbing. I was panicked when my wood floors were warped from water damage.     I am new to a Fort Worth so a friend of my Uncle recommended Royal Flush to me and specifically mentioned Desmond.     Desmond was outstanding! It was late Friday afternoon of the Memorial Day weekend. He agreed to look at my leak after he finished working on a house up the street.     A few years ago, after my foundation was repaired, I called Royal Flush , my repair gentleman, Jessie , gave me a honest quote, years later I need a plumbing company to give me a quote on my hot water heater. I called Royal Flush first due to my first impression, hoping that Jessie was still with the company. He was and he showed up for my appointment. Well, after much deliberation on different options, he spent the entire day here to replace my hot water heater, lots of different repairs with under sink pipes, etc. He worked nonstop. He is very honest , and I will never use any other company! Do not look anywhere else for your plumbing needs.

    We had a hot water line break in a house built in 1972.Desmond came on the same day I called him and his crew came on Wednesday the following day. Both of his crew were very professional and so nice. They answered my questions in detail when I asked them.We had 6 hot water lines that had to be replaced and routed into the attic so we would not have any more issues with line breaks because of house settling.Desmond gave me a fair price for all the work they had to do and some of it was not anticipated.This will be my go to plumbers going forward.     I had 2 plumbers out prior to calling Desmond. Neither if these plumbers could find the leak despite a thorough investigation of my home and lawn. I got Desmonds name from my irrigation guy who had other customers who had used Desmond and were very satisfiedwith his work. Long story short, Desmond arrived quickly after my call and within 5 minutes located the leak. His crew arrived the next morning right on time and the water line to my home was fixed within a few hours. They were very professional and efficient. He and Mark were excellent and oversaw the work to make sure it was done right. Their crew carefully removed the sod and replaced it so my lawn wasnt left a mess despite all the trenches and digging. They even watered the sod after replacing it. They cleaned the patio and moved my patio furniture and flower pots back where they were. The job site was clean and neat after they left. Their price was reasonable for all the work required to do this main water line repair. I highly recommend he and Mark for any plumbing. They are honest, reliable and professional. A hard combination to find these days!

He unplugged the drain for my air conditioner vent and I’m most appreciative because it was getting really hot in my house.     I cannot recommend Royal Flush Plumbing enough, and in particular DUSTIN and KRISTI who truly saved the day when I had almost given up hope. I had an occult yet massive leak at my house that several plumbers could not find over the course of 10 months. The last 2 plumbers recommended re-piping the house to bypass the yet-unfound leak. Royal Flush Plumbing initially recommended that as well, but Dustin kept searching for the leak, even on the morning he came to start the re-piping. He studied the layout of the house and the path of the pipes in our pier and beam structure, and he figured out that there was a pipe going under our back deck which must have been connected to a sink several renovations ago (there is no active plumbing there that we can see or that was present when we bought the house). He capped the line, and the leak that was wasting >40,000gal water/mo all of a sudden stopped. I am so grateful to him for his dedication, perseverance and ability to think outside the box so that he prevailed where 9 other skilled plumbing companies had previously failed (and saved me $6000 in the process!). The entire team is to be commended. They are hard working, honest, and truly care about helping you out with your plumbing problems. Kristi, the office manager, ALWAYS returned my phone calls in a timely fashion. They were so busy after last weeks storms, but they never forgot about us, and promised us they would find the leak.     Royal Flush plumbing is the example of old-school good service. Quick to answer the phone, quick to send out a plumber, and honest with their recommendations and repairs.I have used them twice, and both times Dustin came out. In November for a water heater replacement, and a second time this month (April) for a water leak. Both times he was at our property within an hour of calling the main office line, and quick and professional on-site. Prices are fair, and he takes in to account the amount of effort to fix it when he provides his quote. For example, he discounted us the water heater install because I had done the tear out of the old water heater and prep. After the install/repair is done, he double/triple checks the work to make sure the issue is fully addressed.If you want good, honest plumbing for a fair price, feel free to give these guys a call!

    Our pipes were clogged causing water from our kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom to back up into the tub. I called in the evening and they scheduled a tech first thing the next morning. I got the curtesy call that Drew was on his way right around when I was expecting it.     On a scale of 1 to 5, this company gets a 10. When no one else could get there or get the job done this company did. The owner took my call at 10pm, listened to my long story about the pool contractor that ripped my sewer line out while doing a 2 foot dig for a pool. He was there first thing in the morning at 9am and done by 4pm. They rerouted my entire line, fixed several things that they didnt even have to and provided excellent service throughout.
