    Jonathan and his team did a fantastic job!The entire cast iron pipes under the house had to be replaced. The quote was very precise. The dig team did a great job laying down plywood on the lawn and patio. The entire job took about a week and when finished you could not tell anything had happened.Forget the large Corp companies they charged for coming out and camera inspections.This team is the way to go. Thanks to all!!

    These guys are great! Showed up super fast and immediately got to work and were determined to solve my very complex backed up plumbing situation. I hadn’t had water for 7 days.     Cody did a great job assisting with my drain clean out. He was very professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing and educated me on things I could do to prevent my drain issue from happening again. My drain was so long that he had to bring in assistance to unclog it. I can’t remember the name of person who came to help, but he was just as professional as Cody and they worked well as a team. Rescue Rooter has done prior work at my residence iand everyone has been very professional. The work they do is always top notch!

    I was very happy with the guys that did the install. I wish I had wrote their names down. I told them they did a great job. They even helped to get our account number for our lowes card.     I had a gentleman here by the name of Jack burn. And I must say this man was the most attentive and caring about customers satisfaction and happiness that I have ever seen. Mr. Burn went out of his way in more ways than one to help. He was honestly more concerned about customer satisfaction and ensuring that we could negate future problems with a little bit of preventative care.This was the first time Ive ever used ARS. And I can guarantee you it will not be my last. They are located in this office in Richland hills my city and I will never choose another plumber going forward they have a customer for life.

    We had a slow draining tub that turned into a toilet backing up and big mess at a rental property. We called ARS as I read thru their reviews and decided to give them a chance. From the lady who set up appt to the text message updates it was great. The company sent out the absolutely wonderful technician Nickolas. We have ten rentals so we deal with our share of contractors and plumbers etx. Nickolas is amazing! One of those rare professionals that you just know you are in good hands. Any plumbing issues we have, he is our go to guy now. I am beyond pleased with the quality of service we received. Nickolas is a five star employee

    This was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. I was contacted quickly and scheduled at my convenience.     The guys that came to replace our hot water heater were very nice, polite and professional. They did their work checked everything after to make sure things were working as they should.     Senior citizens can trust and count on Rescue Rooter to take care of them and to give fair prices.Our Rescue Rooter plumber was professional, caring and knowledgeable. He was so helpful. My mom is up in age and she lives in an older home that needs a lot of updates. Cody, our Rescue Rooter, came in, assessed the situation and made an immediate assessment of the problem and didn’t charge her an arm and a leg. These days, this kind of service is hard to come by. They didn’t try to take advantage. I’ve used them for the last 10 years, and I wouldn’t dream of letting another company come to my home or my mom’s.Rescue Rooter is a company we can trust.

    The plumber tech Riccie Gray showed up promptly at the the appointment time. He was very polite and professional. I needed a drain leak repaired from an upstairs bathroom tub. He was able to promptly detect and locate the source of the leakage and do the repair. He was very attentive to listen to my concerns and questions concerning the repair process and did address and answered each in a professional manner. Overall a good experience.     We contacted ARS for looking into our aging furnace and air conditioner. Jonathan paid us a visit first to assess the conditions of the furnace and the AC. He explained very well what was wrong and why replacement of those were needed. The next day Tony came in to discuss the issues and how ARS planned to go about doing what needed to be done. It was decided that both the furnace and the air cooling systems needed to be entirely replaced. He then placed various options before us and tried his best to make the option we chose affordable for us. Tony was extremely knowledgeable, well-spoken, courteous and friendly. The next day Tiko and Jairo came in the morning and worked through most of the day setting up the systems. They went about their job very professionally, and seemed very skilled at what they were doing. They explained everything to us patiently after everything was done.Very satisfied with ARS.

    The two installers did a great job,installing a new water heater in my attic, even though the heat in the attic was awful. They never complained, took water breaks when needed, both were very polite and friendly, and cleaned up after themselves .     I called after noticing some toilets bubbling and Will was out and diagnosed the problem same morning. He showed me the camera feed as he was running it through the line and explained where the problem was. He gave me options for repair and applied a coupon. He even pointed out an area that would be the city’s responsibility and talked to them on the phone. Will was polite and knowledgeable. They are the first call we make if we have plumbing concerns.     The team that put in the water heater were complete professionals. They were very courteous. They were informative and insured that we knew what was going on and what was gonna happen.
