We have known Lonnie, owner of Plumbers Plumbing, for nearly 5 years. He is the most honest and responsible serviceman weve probably ever met. He was here yesterday at our house on a Saturday repairing a couple of sink problems and fixing a garbage disposal. His charges are always fair. He will be there when he says he will and this includes texting to let you know hes on his way etc. In addition, he is friendly and helpful in explaining the plumbing issue to us so we understand whats being done. If you ever need a plumber, and who doesnt, call Lonnie and you can rest assured that you will be treated like family.

They are excellent. The company, actually Im using them Again because we have a slab leak now and they came out and found that the leak was from a hot water pipe in the slab Plumbers Plumbing guided us exactly to the process what needs to get done Our insurance company is involved the the bathroom has to come out and he is working wonderful with us and our insurance company thank you

Excellent customer service. He was able to get my water heater working when two others couldn’t. Now we at least have hot water while we wait for the new one to be installed. He communicated well with me about arrival time and was very prompt. Very satisfied.

I highly recommend this company!! Very professional, I thought there was a leak in the pipes but Lonnie saw that it was just a clogged drain pipe. In and out in about an hour. He left the work area clean and dry which I appreciated.

We’ve been in Saginaw just over a year and have needed a plumber a few times. Lonnie is our go to for anything plumbing. Today he replaced our laundry room outlet box, did a fantastic job and you wouldn’t even know he’d been here. Fantastic plumber, great communication, always has the time for education and explanation and an all round really nice guy. We won’t use anyone else.
