Best plumbing service EVER! Fixed both of my issues in no time at all. Terry is Very knowledgeable of the trade and how to fix problems that occur in an older home. Courteous of my home, cleaned up so well that you couldn’t tell they were here, except no more plumbing leaks. Definitely keeping this company information and will be using them again! You’re wasting your time and money if you don’t call them first! I really wish there was a button for more than 5 stars, Terry and Johnny deserve it!

Had leaking spouts. Called them around 9am and by 2:30pm, they had the spouts replaced along with a couple other problem spouts around the house. Same day.Terry and Johnny walked me around and explained all the issues, what needed to be done, and then a review of their work. I had a water heater leaking issue this morning and I called Plum Shield Plumbing. Since it was urgent, I requested for the quickest possible time. In less than an hour, Terry and Nathan showed up and they recommended to replace the unit. They gave me the quote and I found it to be reasonable. So, I immediately requested to get it done ASAP. Terry called the vendor while Nathan was draining the old unit. With them being a tag team, they completed the job within reasonable time and it was professionally done. Terry and Nathan were so respectful, very knowledgeable on the system and updated me on what’s going on. These two gentlemen were awesome and I would definitely recommend them to whoever I know that will have a water heater issue in the future. A 5 star is not enough for them, they deserve 10 stars. Plumb Shield exceeded my expectations entirely! From an emergency call in the middle of the night on a Friday to having the problem completely resolved the next day Saturday morning.At&t is out installing new fiber lines and they drilled through my sewer pipe. Terry and Nathan located the break with their camera and it was directly in line with the holes at&t dug.Because they were so quick to get it taken care of, they were working on it the same time At&ts contractors were back on my street.It was smoother than I couldve imagined being taken care of, not just to get my plumbing functioning again, but also have Terry and Nathan help me to explain to the contractor what had happened so they can see it was their fault and reimburse us for the price of the repair and diagnostic.I will be calling Plumb Shield with any plumbing needs if they happen to come up again!

The receptionist was able to get us scheduled for same day service and sent Terry out to us shortly after we called. Terry was absolutely amazing! He discovered our waste line was blocked by tree roots and causing backups in the house. Terry was great in explaining everything that was going on and what needed to be done to get it fixed. Terry & Johnny came out soon after the call and tenaciously searched for the source of my water issue. Did much testing and ultimately found a very small leak inside the wall of the shower. They removed the bad length of copper and replaced with new. Problem solved. Kept me informed of all tests they were doing, showed me what and where the leak was, and did the repair immediately thereafter. They cleaned up the area where they were working and that issue is finally behind me. They were polite and considerate in covering their work boots so nothing was tracked into the house. Our new year started out crappy (pun intended) since sewage was backing up into our house. We called Plumb Shield based on the ratings and being veteran-owned, and we were not disappointed. Considering it was New Years Day, they were reasonable in the cost to temporarily repair the blockage. With two cracks in the exterior plumbing, the job isnt over, but Michael was very professional, helpful, explanatory, etc. We will be getting the further work done with Plumb Shield because of the impression he made on us. Ot was 10pm, and I noticed all of my toilets were full of water and gurgling. We tried all the basic stuff youd try first and to no avail! 24-hour ANYTHING is usually SO pricey, which I get, but it still sucks. Terry and Nathan went above and beyond to address our plumbing issues, even working on weekends to ensure our problem was resolved promptly. The dispatch team was equally impressive, always quick to respond to our inquiries and coordinating details with Nathan and Terry - and we even texted after 6pm and on the weekend.We initially found Plumb Shield through a coupon, and were so glad we did. After being ghosted for over a week by another unnamed company given to us by our home warranty, we took matters into our own hands and found Plumb Shield Plumbing ourselves and Plumb Shield tackled the deep sewer line collapse caused by extensive tree root damage, handling the situation with care and expertise -- and did it quickly!The repair process was seamless thanks to Nathan and Terrys dedication and professionalism. They not only tracked down the well hidden issue and fixed the problem quickly, but also ensured everything was done to a high standard with little extra things done to ensure future-proofing problems. Even the crew handling the digging were skilled who meticulously restored everything afterwards, right down to the smallest details of wiping and re-wrapping the hose. Details matter.We felt Plumb Shield Plumbing / Terry and Nathan actually cared about what they were doing and we didnt feel like we were just another project. Our old garbage disposal failed today (Saturday 12/23/23) so I installed a new unit, however, the discharge pipe no longer lined up with the drainpipe (longer unit). I attempted a few work arounds, but this was beyond my skill level. After calling four other plumbers, I called Plumb Shield Plumbing (at 3:20pm). The other plumbers were closed for the Christmas holiday weekend, and the one who answered the phone said they might get to us next Friday. With friends and family coming to visit Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, we need our dishwasher, garbage disposal, and the sink drain. Terry and Nathan were dispatched to our address, and they arrived within 40 minutes of my initial call, and they got straight to work. After re-configuring the discharge line, they thoroughly checked my disposal installation, and then checked the entire system for leaks. Everything was watertight and working perfectly. I believe the entire repair took these two professionals less than 30 minutes, and the result looks neat and clean. I could not be happier with Terry and Nathan of Plumb Shield Plumbing! They saved this DIYer in my time of need! These are good people, and I have added them to my Contacts for all my future plumbing needs.
