I had an outside leak due to some root growth that had been previously repaired a few years earlier. Denise was quick to respond and helped schedule repair the same day. Eric arrived on time and repaired the leak in less than an hour. Both Denise and Eric were professional and helpful in resolving the problem.

I recently had Chris respond to an issue I had with the water hook up to a new bidet seat I was trying to install. After Chris resolved that problem, I then had him finish the job and install the bidet itself. Chris did an excellent job throughout. Normally I have dealt with Eric (owner) but found that Chris is just as pleasant to work with and competent. This why I am a lifetime customer.

Shane quickly located the leak, got the parts needed and worked diligently until the leak was repaired, as well as replaced an exterior spigot that was also leaking.Very professional, fairly priced, and trustworthy. Guys! I cannot say enough good things about Eric at Northwest plumbing. We were dealing with the contractors that our home warranty was sending out and they were totally trying to rip us off. I was stressed beyond belief dealing with them so we cut them out of the mix, called Eric for a second opinion and he was phenomenal, reasonable and efficient; plus a local guy! Within 2 minutes being in our home he correctly diagnosed a slab leak and encouraged me to reach out to our insurance company. With in a couple days, I had authorized the work and he completed the job. Super amazing person! So very pleased.

Our water heater sprang a leak, luckily we have an alarm sensor on it because whoever built the house, foolishly put it in the attic. We called Northwest Plumbing as we have many times in the past. Eric was out to our house within an hour of calling. He removed the water heater from the attic, and replaced it. Eric and Denise are always professional and very responsive to our calls. I was very impressed. I requested quotes from 15-20 local area plumbers. Only five replied including Northwest Plumbing and Air Conditioning. It was a small job and understandable that so few replied. We only wanted to install two new faucets and two soap dispensers. Eric the owner came by within 2 hours of my call and gave a quote to do the job. His cost was considerably less than the other few who did come by or reply and the quote was free. When I was ready to do the job a week later, he was able to come by quickly and complete the job to our total satisfaction. You would be crazy to go with some other plumber!

I know this company does good work! however I was not treated very well as a contractor. I called and spoke to Toni and we had a great conversation. I was excited about having a new plumber doing some work for me. She talked a good game and I was sold. The owner came out and looked at the job and gave me a quote. I had another job for them to look at as well. I sent the plans for the second job. Then I was informed that all they do is repair plumbing. When I asked about if they were going to do the other job that they bid for me, she said she would get back to me and then never called me back. I had to hire another plumbing company to do the job and they charged double what I had figured for the job and that came right out of my pocket. If that is how you are going to do business then say so up front.Dont come to my job and give me a bid and then back out when I get the job.As a plumbing repair company they are top notch and I highly recommend!

Great service from a hometown company. We have used Northwest for years as a plumbing company, but when our AC unit started leaking, we called them to the rescue. Called at 8:00 am Monday morning and was told they would be out by 11:30 that morning. They were here at 10:30 and by 11:00, the problem was fixed and we were up and running cool again. The repairman was friendly and professional. The charge on the repair was very reasonable. Thank you Northwest for another job well done. AAA+

We have used them for a couple years for AC now. William does a great job. He doesnt push sells, he is actually there to repair your unit, not just try to get you to buy a new system. When it does actually need to be replaced, he will let you know. We had our outside unit replaced today. Very happy with the install and cleans everything up before he leaves.
