    I can’t thank SND Plumbing enough for their generosity and professionalism. I recently won their giveaway, and they came out to install a brand-new water heater free of charge. Our old unit was on its last leg, and I had no idea how I was going to afford such a major repair. Because of my multiple sclerosis, I’ve had to leave my job, and expenses like this were a huge worry.The team was incredibly kind and understanding, working efficiently and making sure everything was done to the highest standard. They walked me through the process, answered all my questions, and left the area spotless when they were done.This was truly a blessing, and I’ll forever be thankful for their kindness and professionalism. If you need plumbing work done, I can’t recommend SND Plumbing enough—they genuinely care about their customers and their community.Thank you so much for making my life a little easier during a tough time!

    Good Plumbers, Good People, Pricing Model Needs WorkWhat they did right:1) I approached the business through Yelp and the business manager got back to me immediately.2) He listened to my concerns, needs, and requirements. Then he verified his understanding and took notes before dispatch.3) His plumber called me within an hour.4) His plumber gave me an ETA and after some discussion about the work requirements said that he thought he had the right part in his truck.5) The plumber did the job correctly.What they might have done better:1) Pricing, pricing, pricing.2) The plumber did not have the part on his truck and had to run to the store to get it. Maybe a daily morning inventory of commonly used parts would improve efficiency.3) The plumber left the cover off of my water meter. I was the last call of the day and it was getting dark, but attention to detail beyond just the core plumbing job is expected.My initial review was written a few days after the work and I was upset at the cost. This is a revision based on the totality of my experience with SND Plumbing.The Business Manager called me after the review to learn:1) What SND Plumbing could have done better2) Potentially salvage a customer relationship3) Hopefully leave the phone call as friends even if we agreed to disagree.What SND Plumbing did Outstanding:1) They are not in this business just to make money, they are a people company that cares about people, and they proved to me that they will do what they can to make things right for me and my family.

    SND Plumbing is fantastic! And working with Steve was great. We had a sewage line break in the front yard. Steve came out and found the break in short order. He then gave me the option of digging the hole to get to it and save $1,300. So, I did it which was great. They then came out and made the repair and filled in the hole at no additional charge which was awesome! Steve and SND will be our plumbers going forward!

    Josh with SND Plumbing has worked on two large projects at my new house. Both projects were completely quickly. My plumbing knowledge is only slightly above zero and Josh is very patient and clear with his explanations. Hes also extremely professional and easy to talk to. He understands the importance of his work for each customer. Overall SND has been reasonably priced, quick, and good at what they do. Calling them back for my second project within a month (each project was unrelated to the other) is the biggest compliment I can give.

    Josh was fantastic. Needed a shutoff valve replaced on a toilet. He was able to arrive at our house for the repair within the hour. I ended up having him replace every toilet shutoff valve just as a precaution. Josh was quick, efficient and just a great person to talk with and ask questions. SND has earned a new lifetime customer.

    Outstanding experience start to finish, from fast and easy appointment booking to a short arrival window (2 hours instead of the usual 4), everything was easy. Didn’t even have to call to book. The plumber arrived on time and was courteous and knowledgeable. He had all the right parts in his van already. We had tried a different plumber for the same issue and they told us they couldn’t find the part and we needed to buy it, then they would return to fix it, but not Mother. Josh was in and out quickly and stuck to his initial quote even though a couple of other small issues came up (they were fixed expertly and quickly). He left the work area clean too. Highly recommend this company

    For someone with enough plumbing experience of installing one sink faucet, SND plumbing was a blessing to my wife and I.It all started with the gurgling of the toilet, then the sewer backed up, shower back up. We hired three plumbers before calling SND all to have the problem coming right back after just a few weeks. SND was the only one that finally took the time, investigated and worked with us to determine the real cause.We had to replace our entire plumbing system underneath the foundation, and SND did a wonderful job.Five major wins Id like to point out when we worked with Steven at SND:1) Punctual. Steven showed up when he said he would. Sent communications and quotes to us when he said he would.2) Patience. Steven took the time to explain everything in detail, answered all the questions in detail so we had a clear picture of what was going on, and the best and worst-case scenarios.3) Honesty. Steven could have patched up something or gave us a temporary solution and make a quick buck. But instead, he strongly nudged us to get a foundation inspection first to help identify the true cause of the problem. He wanted to FIX IT for the next 15+ years instead of just something temporary.3) Considerate. Not only it was a messy job to us and the tenants (trenching, digging, crawling under the foundation, all while it was raining), there were hours where we couldnt turn on the water or flush the toilets. Steven worked with us and my tenants closely to make sure we knew what to expect and when, so we could plan accordingly ahead of time.4) Fair pricing. We did compare different quotes. SNDs pricing was very reasonable5) Confidence. By interacting with SND ahead of the project, it gave us the confidence that they were the right choice. SND is also confident with the quality of their work, so they applied many years of warranty to this large project.Thanks Steve and SND!

    I am so very thankful that I found these people...they are so fair and honest and really quick. It was Christmas weekend and my front water faucet ruptured due to freezing temperatures, there was a huge puddle in the front yard and I was worried. Id already called 3 other plumbers but even though they advertised as being open 24/7 I knew it would be difficult to find someone on Christmas eve. I waited until early morning the day after Christmas and what an immense relief when Steven answered the phone on the second ring!He was so kind and reassuring and true to his word...he had Nikko at my front door before 2pm that afternoon! I never saw a plumber that neat and tidy! And he left just as clean after digging around in the mud! He also was so very polite and kind and answered all my questions! The price was most reasonable and the van he drove up in looked meticulous. I will always call them for any future needs and I truly highly recommend them. I think customer service in general has taken a hard hit...but this company and these people treasure it and spend it lavishly...on me...their customer! I trust them and highly highly recommend them!❤️3/2/24Once again Im indebted to these wonderful people! This time Steve had to come out for a line clean out. Both of my bathrooms were out of order. He went above and beyond to help me. His pricing is awesome and very helpful if youre on a budget (I almost cried when he told me the final cost)! He also took pictures for me to present to my local public utilities company as this is really a problem that they should fix, unfortunately, my previous experience with them is less than favorable! He arrived on time, wore protective shoe covering, had a red carpet outside my front door, looked at the issue, explained what was wrong and what it would take to fix it, created a temporary fix that day, ordered the remaining needed parts, and set up the next appt. I paid for everything on the first visit so no money needed for the follow up of installation later.Today Josh reached out to let me know he was on the way annd arrived to install the ordered parts and checked and explained everything. I am beyond thrilled. I signed up for a year of membership so I can call them anytime and get help quickly. This is my go to plumbing company now! We recently built our custom home and after a nightmare experience with our General Contractor’s subpar attempts to address a carbon monoxide issue caused by our hot water tank installation, Rick stepped in as the expert we desperately needed.Every time the wind blew from the south, our carbon monoxide alarms would blare, forcing us to vacate our home. Despite our GC’s repeated fixes—including a longer vent pipe and a wind cap—the issue persisted.     I contacted SND plumbing because after another company came out, I still had a leak and water in my garage. I explained to Josh what the other companies had done and I told him the leak was behind the wall where the washer and dryer are located. I expected Josh was going to have to cut through the wall. He contacted me a few minutes later and said he found the issue. Such an easy resolution, very disappointed that the first company created this problem for me.     Steven with SND Plumbing is amazing, actually beyond amazing. We had an unknown leak coming from our upstairs bathroom so we started with reporting it to our home warranty company that scheduled a plumber to come out the next week, but we wanted a second opinion as we had not had the best of luck with Select Home Warranty technicians that usually had a goal of denying claims and we wanted to get the leak under control sooner rather then later. In the end we had 3 plumbers come look at our leak. Steven was not only the best, he also saved us a lot of money!!! SND Plumbing seemed like the best option based on research, reviews, but his ability to actually diagnose the leak without any invasive work of tearing out walls like 2 other plumbers suggested, really made him stand out against industry peers and other companies.First Plumbing Company: Large Plumbing Company sent out two very young new plumbers and they suspected leak was from toilet, but to fully confirm that they wanted to cut into the downstairs ceiling drywall to confirm and fully scope the problem for $300 and that didnt include any repairs. I ended up passing and waited for SND Plumbing.SND Plumbing: A short period after arriving and investigating things Steven was able to determined the location of the leak without cutting into walls. Instead of cutting into walls he went into attic, got in an uncomfortable position to get a visual under subfloor that allowed him to confirm the leak was coming from toilet base. I had actually priorly requested the other company try to locate leak from the attic but they made excuses. SND shut off the toilet valve to prevent any additional leaking until he could order parts and return to fix it after the water restoration company completed their process.Warranty Company Plumber: This plumber was pretty set on thinking leak was coming from the shower and suggested we rip into shower wall and also cut hole in downstairs ceiling to determine leak. She also noted the caulking on shower side of toilet was coming off and suggested leak might be from us splashing water out. She took some pictures and submitted her report to the warranty company. The warranty company failed the claim and said based on evidence that we were splashing water out of the shower, causing caulking to come off toilet and in return causing water damage. If we hadnt had SND Plumbing diagnose issue first our water leak would have continued while our warranty company played games, and it would have lead to lots of costly repairs if that plumber broke into our shower walls and tile, but instead we were able to show the findings by SND Plumbing and our warranty company covered a portion of the claim.In the end we are so happy and blessed we went with SND Plumbing. Stevens professionalism, knowledge, experience, patience, and high mindset all lead to a wonderful experience. He is now my go to plumber as long as I live in the DFW area. He is also extremely respectful and keeps things clean by laying down plastic tarp for work area and cleans up after himself. Additionally, I make all service men wear shoe covers and most do not like it, but Steven was happy to wear them and each time he went outside he removed them and put them back on when he returned. Most service techs do not understand that they should do that and will wear them outside then return back inside defeating the reason I make them wear them in the first place.I also really like that the plumber was the owner of the company and he cared about the quality and integrity of the work verses the other plumbers. Go with SND Plumbing, I promise you will not be sorry.

    Having to get a plumber is never ideal. However, if you do, you need to call SND. I made a mistake from the beginning and didnt call them. I engaged with a competitor who hosed me for thousands and the problems were still not fixed. I had to call SND to save the day and indeed they did. Not only are they so kind, professional, but honest and informative. Their experience is prevalent as they are problem solving and they dont just throw a dart at a board in hopes it is the problem. They educate you as they are going throughout the job. They had a big job to do by replacing the sewer lines under the house. They were thousands less then their competitors for they dont work on 28% commission like Shrader Plumbing does. Their technology was fantastic and didnt disrupt one plant, after having to dig a lot of dirt out from under the house. Their whole team made you feel comfortable and by the end of the job, they became family. I had a concern after their work was complete and he was out the next day, troubleshooting, and there ended up being nothing to fix, but their commitment was validated. Save yourself time with no hardships by calling them. I dont give these reviews are lightly, but you will thank me later.

    Ive used Steven and SND twice now. The first repair was one we had a long-time coming. We had to dig up half the yard and the driveway and fix three different breaks in the main line that existed for too long. Steven explained everything clearly, charged a fair price, and his communication is excellent. The second job was replacing our water heater. Again, excellent job. Highly recommend!

    SND Plumbing does exceptional work at a fair price, and I highly recommend them. Steven did extensive work on my bathroom remodeling project, and every bit of it was done right. He carefully worked around post tension cables in my concrete slab to reroute water lines and relocate a shower drain, and installed a new shower valve and several shut-off valves (including the ones for the washing machine and dryer) that needed to be replaced. He works carefully and has great attention to detail. SND shows up on time and stays until the work is done. Ive used about four different plumbing companies over the last 15 years and SND is the first one that I can confidentially recommend.

Ive owned countless proprties between homes, farm, and ranch properties. Ive dealt with countless contractors over the years, and SND Plumbing stands out as exceptional.I had an emergency on a Sunday and called them. They could have easily taken advantage of the situation by sending someone unqualified and charging me a ridiculous price. This wasnt a simple fix, either. It involved manually digging in the mud, lots of wet mud, to find a leak in the city water intake, and then pumping out excess subsurface water, which took nearly 20 hours.Rick, from SND Plumbing, was incredibly professional, and willing to get his hands dirty (very dirty), He returned the next day to complete the subsurface repair and thoroughly test the connection to ensure it was secure, resilient and capable of transporting water at normal operating pressures (70-80 psi).Rick aka SND Plumbing, were the most polite, efficient, and productive plumbing company Ive ever worked with.
