We called Master Repair out to fix a leak we had in the wall between our house and our outside faucet.They let us know when they were coming and they showed up 15 minutes early.They were very professional and explained each step they went through. They left to get a part but came back quickly and our repair was done in two hours.I was very pleased that they cleaned up the area and except for the water you couldnt even tell they had been there.The price was extremely affordable and I have called them to return and take care of a smaller problem inside.I would highly recommend them for their professionalism and cost.

We have used MRP a few times now. Chad and Michael are both very professional and so far, under-promise and over-deliver. We had a pipe repaired that 2 other plumbers said would require ripping up our mudroom tile. Chad completed the repair perfectly without damaging even one tile. At a subsequent visit, Michael replaced our aging water hose spigots and our hot water heater. He explained the options for repair vs. replacement in detail, and very patiently answered all of our questions. Carol is great for scheduling, and it is so easy to reach her and get an appointment made. Pricing is competitive and service is excellent.

I highly recommend this business, and if you happen to get Michael as your plumber, youre in good hands. I needed a couple of P-Traps installed. I called and spoke with Carol who was very friendly and to my surprise was able to get me a same day appointment. I had several other estimates, but I was so impressed with the professionalism and how courteous Michael was until I hired him to do the job. He was on time and is very knowledgeable. He took the time out to explain in detail what was being done. Michael did an outstanding job and in my opinion is an asset to this company.

We have had two separate slab leaks and Master Repair Plumbing was by far the most thorough (they used air pressure and listening devices) which ended up saving us time and money with no demolition required. Other plumbers simply defaulted to jackhammering or tunneling without knowing where the problem was located. Jack and Jesse were very professional, offered options on repair (pros and cons) and cleaned up afterwards. These are the guys to call.

I have used Master repair plumbing now for four separate jobs after using either Levy and Sons or Ben Franklin for years. I am in north Dallas so dont hesitate to contact them because you think their location in Ft Worth is too far away. They come willing and on time and provide friendly professional service at prices significantly less than that provided by the big outfits with big advertising budgets. They installed a water heater with auto drain and leak sensor for less than others would even change out with a consumer grade heater and much less than the big plumbing houses for the same quality and work. They also replumbed my house through the attic after I got my second slab leak in a couple of months. This cost less than fixing the first slab leak with another plumbing house. Remarkable. Michael just removed a gas line for me going to a spa heater no longer in use. Super quick and easy and less than another bid had for just digging a hole around the pipe to be cut off. They are the epitome of old fashion quality and value. I wont use anyone else.

Fantastic service at a good price.Had to have the same service several years back. The previous company I used left a huge mess and a huge bill. Michael was able to save us money by retrieving a broken screw from our garbage disposal vs. recommended a new one. He also saved us money on repairing a sink stopper where he didnt have to disassemble the entire sink. He was also able to clean out a clogged drain that I thought had to be cleared by removing the pipes under the sink. The bottom stopper was over tightened and he showed me how to clear on my own the next time it stopped up. Would highly recommend Master Repair Plumbing!!

Cannot recommend this company enough! Michael came out on a Saturday morning for a last-minute plumbing inspection on a home we’re buying, and was incredibly professional, kind, and patient with all of our questions. After laying drop cloths and explaining what he would be doing, he was quick and efficient and came back with a full report and recommendations. We feel so much better about this home because of Michael’s assessment, and look forward to using them with our plumbing work in the future!

Michael was on time, very professional and courteous. He laid tarps in pathway to Master bath and installed a new pressure assisted tank and bowl. Checked to make sure old flange was in good shape (it was) and installed the new one. When finished he tested everything making sure it was working properly. Hauled old toilet away, picked up tools, tarps and bath was as clean as he found it. 5 Stars is all they give but Michael is at least a 6 Star Plumber. Master Plumbing is Lucky to have Michael working for them. When I need a plumber I’ll call Master and ask for Michael job well done! Thanks

Had a massive leak in main water line. Originally called out another service to see if they could locate the leak. The could not without further damaging the pipes. Quoted us a price that was pretty far up there. Called out Michael who also looked for the leak. He found two areas that were leaking. The quote he gave us was half what the other company wanted to charge. We, of course, had them come do the work. He was at the house and ready to go at the exact time frame quoted. Worked hard and was super nice. Took two days to fix our problem and now works better than before. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs any plumbing repairs. They are reasonably priced and do great work.

I highly recommend Master Repair Plumbing. I had some tree roots get into my plumbing that was preventing water to drain from my house. Michael showed up and cleaned out the lines in just a matter of minutes. He also talked about preventive maintenance that could avoid this going forward. He is ver professional and did not upsale. He simply identified the issue and what needed to be done and got it taken care of.I will call them again for future repair and drainage needs!

The Master Repair plumbers were scheduled to come to my house and make repairs on March 4th, they called to see if it was okay to come earlier, I said absolutely. They arrived on the 1st of March and at that point we had been without water for 12 days due to the sudden freeze. They repaired the leak in about an hour and they were as professional as it gets.If you are in need call this plumbing company immediately. Booties for their shoes, Covid mask, and a great attitude. I recommend them highly. I thanked them but I had to call the office and thank them again.

Called out one of the big name companies in Weatherford to diagnose and repair a leak under my pier and beam house. The quote I got was more than a little unbelievable, so fortunately I got a second opinion. Master Repair sent Jack out and not only did he find the leak, he fixed it for a THIRD of the price I was quoted by the other guys. He was polite, helpful and went above and beyond to check that everything held, there were no more leaks and even helped with an additional problem with another line. I highly recommend these guys and I wont call anyone else if I dont have to.

Having a slab leak, or any leak isn’t something that makes ya wanna run out and write a review.However, our home was built in the early 80’s (1983) and leaks are going to happen.We have used Master Repair Plumbing now 4 times in the many years we’ve owned our home.These guys know what they’re doing. They find the problem, fast. And fix the problem, fast!Plumbing problems stink! Thank goodness for Master Repair Plumbing!

I tried to get several quotes but nobody could get as low as them, and when i hired them...they sent them out fast and it was complete, foundation patched back up before i got home from work. My friend has a commercial friend plumber that told me to make sure they did certain things. They sent pics of their work, commercial plumber said it was correct, everything is working again....sooo happy with this company!! Thank you! May hire them for my add on 😉

Excellent job repairing a leak under the slab. They found and repaired the leak quickly using two small holes through the slab to replace a 9-ft section of damaged pipe. They were courteous and left the area clean.

I will NEVER Call Another Plumbing Company Again!!! Jack & Jesse Are THE BEST EVER!!!!!!! I Had A Leak Under The Bathroom Floor In A Pier & Beam Foundation Home In The West Meadowbrook Section Of Ft. Worth Built In 1939. The Home Has No Access Under The House From The Outside. Jack & Jesse Had To Tunnel Their Way Under The Foundation To Find 3 Sub Floor Beams. They Dug A Little At A Time Until They Got To The Leak Location. They Replaced A 6 Section Of Rotten Galvanized Pipe. This Was Done On The Cold Water Line. The Hot Water Line Had Been Replaced With Copper In 2001. By 5:15 PM They Had Finished The Repair & Refilled The Hole & Leveled The Surrounding Dirt. I Could Not Be More Pleased!!! Ask For Jack & Jesse And You Will Not Be Sorry!!!!!

Chad from Master Repair Plumbing is the man. I had another plumbing company come out to take a look at a leak that was coming out of the exterior of my house below the kitchen sink between the slab and the bricks. This company said it was a leak in the slab and quoted me $10k to jackhammer through and make the repair after charging me a super expensive diagnosis fee. My insurance thought that quote was high for that job so they connected me to Master Repair Plumbing for a second opinion. Chad came out and quickly diagnosed that the problem was a leak *above* the slab and made the repair on the spot for the same amount as the first companys diagnosis fee(which was entirely coincidental). He also told me that if i did actually have the leak in the slab where the first company thought it was, Master Repair Pluming wouldve charged less than HALF of what the first company was going to charge.I asked the first company for a refund and they wanted to send their people back out again because they had a hard time believing the fix was that simple. So i scheduled Chad specifically to come out at the same time they were coming out to have everyone on the same page. Chad performed a static water test in front of the other company at my house, explained how he found the problem, and proved how they had misdiagnosed the problem which ultimately saved me thousands. The other company admitted their error and im getting a refund for their expensive misdiagnosis fee.If you have a slab leak, want someone to explain in detail what theyre seeing, show you, prove it with a static water test, AND not afraid to come out again to back up their work in front of another company, give your business to Master Repair Plumbing. They are honest and wont gouge you.

Michael was outstanding! He was on time. He wore a mask. (Not necessary, but highly respectful.). He wore booties which my new floors appreciated. He installed 2 garbage disposals, with all associated plumbing, an air switches for the disposals, 2 touchless faucets, and a touchless soap dispenser. Everything was clean when he left and I could not be more pleased with his work. I only gave him five stars because they would not allow six. Hiring professionals is always a gamble. Assuming that everyone at Master Repair Plumbing is like Michael, your risk dramatically decreases with this company.

I just took a nice long shower in our bathroom that recently had a stopped sewer line, and wanted to thank Mike at Master Repair for his hard work.Fortunately, he was able to come out the same day we called! The stoppage ended up being 100 from the city sewer cleanout, and it took some back and forth with a camera and cable to clear it. But Mike was tenacious and patient. Plus, he was such a nice guy! He even gave us an estimate for the sewer line replacement well need eventually (old clay pipe + tree roots, sigh).He says he doesnt read these, but I hope someone else in the office passes the message along.

Was unfortunate to have a slab leak. Had been leaking for quite some time before I knew I had a problem. I do not live in the metroplex, but out about 50 miles from Ft Worth. They came within a day, detected the area of the leak using sound equipment. Other plumbers I had previously contacted told me they would HAVE to cut through my floor and very possibly through sections of my interior walls to detect location of the leak, so I was relieved to know I could avoid that extra damage to my home by the use of sound equipment!They located area of leak and it was about 3-4 ft in from an outside wall. I asked if they could tunnel under the house to fix it and not go through my kitchen floor, which is how most slab leaks are repaired. They said that was possible and they put in a call to the guys who do digging for them. It was going to be another 5 days before they could come to do the digging with the equipment they have to handle such a large hole.Five more days would have been difficult for me and my husband to deal with no running water in the house. So Jack and Jesse took on the job themselves right then and there! By that evening the leak was repaired, the hole refilled, and we had running water! They took great care to leave our yard in good repair also! Couldn’t even tell a hole had been dug!This is a family owned plumbing company. They treat their customers like family also and have compassion for the serious issues that arise that put homeowners in a bind.I recommend them highly!Top-notch!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
