I had a slab leak that I needed to get repaired. I called and Ryan was assigned to the job. He came out on Thursday evening went through the particulars and he gave me an estimate. He was straight forward and honest about what the job would involve and quoted me a very fair price. He scheduled the job for the next morning at 8:30 and he was here on sight at 8:15. He did some troubleshooting to find the leak and once he did the repairs took a couple of hours. Overall he did very good work. I will definitely being using him again for any plumbing issues that may arise.

2023- Outside spigot was broke and leaking if used from a small crack. They came out next day and fixed the problem in under 20 minutes and since the problem was easier than expected they took $50 off of the original quote!2024- Bubba came out again to fix a 3” 90 elbow that was leaking. It turned out to have lots of roof debris in it. They cleaned it out and replaced the 90 elbow and made a safer connection from the condensate drain to the pipe just above the 90 elbow. I’ve attached a photo of how much debris it had as well as the outcome of the new install!

Carrissa, his wife was so helpful and accomodating trying to fit us in their tight schedule. Larry is very meticulous and does not cut corners. He uses expensive high tech pipe sealer machine that doesnt need soldering. He helps me understand the process, explaining how things work...it was very interesting. He makes double sure that nothing leaks. He ran the heater and checked every system...this man is thorough!Hes not the cheapest nor is he the most expensive, but after 30+years experience, Id say hire him, hes good!

Contacted Larry Stinson plumbing after failed results with 2 other plumbing companies. One axvertises constantly on TV in the DFW market and the other is long term in Hurst area. Both companies sent rookies who werent knowledgeable enough to investigate our problem and couldnt find the source of the leak. We paid for nothing on both of them. Corey began by looking at several possibilities and we opted to replace 2 old shut off valves, one of which had a tiny leak. He didnt give up and found moisture on the opposite wall on the condensate drain line below the clean out. He documented process with pics and replaced the silicone on the clean out. Once that was done, a large crack was obvious. Checking the pics, that pipe was already cracked but less obvious. He cut out the pvc and replaced the line. I have waited 4 days to verify results and very happy that the leak is no more. No more water trailing i into the kitchen area. Thank you Corey and Adam for not giving up til the job was done. We appreciate you!

The good, shows up on time and plumbers are very helpful. The bad, I was quoted a price. When plumber came I needed a part. I signed about four docs on plumber’s iPad thinking I would get a copy of the docs I signed with bill. I asked for a breakdown on the bill and the price of the part repeatedly and they simply will not provide it. The price of the part was on one of the four iPad docs I signed. I am not arguing the price I just want an itemized bill or just to know the price of the part. In the future will use again but will be more careful signing iPad docs presented to me.In response I had the caps they were not replaced. I was just not able to get on. Cory was and I appreciated that. Also there was another cartridge purchased from you, to see if the other brand new cartridge was faulty. Neither cartridge was faulty. All I ever wanted was to know how much the replacement cartridge cost from you. I thought the water pressure check would have been part of the one hour service charge. I may be wrong. All I ever wanted was an itemized bill. I signed several documents on the plumber’s iPad without clearly seeing what I was signing. I appreciate your response but still do not have an understanding of the charges.

I would like to thank Bubba and the booking receptionist. Both were amazing and communicated very clearly.I had a single valve mixer-cartridge on my shower replaced within 40 minutes of Bubba taking a look at my leaking shower, I too suspected this is what was needed for repair but never having don’t the job myself, I wanted to watch the process.It was straight forward for the most part. Bubba did mention as he provided me the estimate, ($340’ish), it could be a little more expensive if he was unable to get the nut washer that secures the valve to the shower body. As luck would have it, the nut was on there real good and had to be cut. This was a $60 fee to cut and replace the nut.After a few minutes of sawing the old brass nut, and a quick pry the nut was loosed from the shower and old valve was removed.He performed a quick clean on the inside of the existing valve body to remove old sediment. Once cleaned, inserted and pressed in the new valve in, reassembled shower handle components to valve. Added necessary thread treatment to new nut. Tested and worked.Total Bill was ($402), seems a bit high.It was not a plumbing emergency and I’m thankful it’s fixed, both agents I worked with were impeccable and great at communicating and customer service, but the price was a bit of a shocker!

2 gentlemen showed up to my house within an hour of calling today, 5/12/2020. They were called due to the washing machine drain being clogged. They tried to go through the drain itself, to no avail. Then went onto the roof to go through the vent pipe with a longer snake, 75 ft. And still could not clear it. They, then, got a pressure hose and were able to clear out the blockage that way. These are the perils of owning a 60+ year old house that likely was never serviced before we moved in. They were very professional, yet kept a friendly demeanor, a good balance. The cost was still under $300, less than most quotes, and no fee for a site visit, which no one else I spoke to offered. Overall, they were less expensive, and fixed my issue as quickly as they could, even cleaning up after themselves! I am extremely pleased, and would recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing service.
