    I had some plumbing needs... Flange leaking, toilet needed replaced, pipe leaking under sink, etc. The guys came out, worked on everything, cleaned up after themselves, and made everything work correctly again. They were skilled, efficient, focused on what they were doing, friendly, and tolerant of my hovering and questions. Joyner has been my go to plumbing company since I bought this old house, and they have done a great job fixing and replacing things as I homed in on each renovation project. Plumbing is expensive work, but they are fair in their pricing and their quality of work is exceptional. I highly recommend Joyner for your plumbing needs.

    Excellent service! There was a bit of confusion in the office regarding our address; however, the receptionist solved the issue in quick order and the plumbers arrived on time. They were careful and respectful of our house and pets doing a great job. Have use Joyner since the late 1960s and have never been disappointed.

    You could not ask for a better company. I called on a Mon. Morning and they came out asap. We had to have a pipe replaced and the next day the digging crew came and dug down to the broken stopped up pipe that had tree roots. I was kept informed by text about what was going on. The job was not cheap, but I know they will be here if there is a problem. We have used Joyner Plumbing since 1973. Always great.

    I would highly recommend Joyner Plumbing! We had an issue with an overflowing shower and toilets not running properly and they were able to send someone out the same day to fix them, which was greatly appreciated. Our plumber, Brett, was super polite, professional and explained everything he needed to do to have everything working properly again. We will definitely be calling again if we have future issues.

    Needed a pressure and hydrostatic test done on my home and these guys were able to come the next day and actually arrived early. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They didnt just give me my results but actually physically showed me the tests they conducted. In my opinion the testing was a little on the expensive side which is the only reason I didnt give 5 stars.

    Sharp dedicated plumbers took on a very difficult task with no hesitation. We needed to get a pipe moved higher up to get out of the way, to permit us to have deeper space for our new refrigerator. Now we can have that bigger fridge!While they were at it, we discovered this old water heater in our condo was made in 2007! It still worked but must have been living on borrowed time!So they ran back to the company and immediately brought us a great new one complete with a warranty backed up by Joyner. They did it so quickly and knew exactly what they were doing.When we first placed the call, they came out exactly at the time I needed them to come. No waiting.They were very courteous and didn’t waste time.You can’t go wrong with Joyner Plumbing.

    Last Thursday evening just after 6 PM while doing laundry, I flushed the toilet and realized that the main sewer drain to my house was almost completely clogged. I called and got the recording that you had closed for the evening. Friday morning at 8 I called to make an appointment hoping to get the problem resolved before the weekend since Im expecting company on Monday. I was told that your crews were booked up and would likely not be able to do the repair until Monday but you would try to work me in. Around 5:30 PM I got a call from your employee Brett M. who said he was on the way to my house. When he arrived alone, I recognized him from a previous service call about 8 months ago. On the previous service call he had a helper which made the job easier since to main access to my sewer line is the vent pipe on the roof. He worked until well after 6 taking 3 attempts to resolve my problem. I REALLY appreciate the great service from your business and employees like Brett helping me out before the weekend. I know what its like to work late on a Friday evening but I got the same great service that I did the last time. Youre lucky to have a great employee like him. Thanks again.

    We paid another company $1700. They wanted us to spend another $5000. to fix the toilet which was fine. The tub wouldnt drain. Joyner came out and spent 15 minutes cleaning out drain, done less than $200. Masters Plumbing was the 1st company. They wont even reply to my complaints. Joyner plumbing way to go!
