    I was in need of a plumber to fix a running toilet issue that I was having. I called and left a message requesting a call back to schedule an appointment. I placed this call on 12/21/24 not excepting a response until Monday the 23rd. To my surprise I received a text message reply the same day. Now That’s Service!On the morning of my appointment, I was called by the plumber saying that they would be heading my way shortly, well within my allotted time frame. As I was opening the door the plumber and his helper were both putting booties on over there shoes. My thought was at once, what a very considerate thing to do.The plumber assessed the situation, explained clearly what the issue was and gave me 2 different options for repair. I was exceedingly impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness in resolving my problem. Needless to say, I was very pleased with the service and felt like the cost of the service was reasonable and fair.I will gladly use J5 Plumbing again and highly recommend there services!!

    We called J5 Plumbing for a leaking toilet we had. Scheduling was very easy. Corey and Jordan were the technicians that took care of the service. Corey explained all possibilities very well before starting. Once they were done, they cleaned up and explained what was done to fix the issue. They were both very professional and sweet to my two little kids that were curious about what they were doing. We will definitely choose J5 plumbing for any future plumbing needs.     Great service! Found a leaky faucet outside today and needed 2 indoor leaks fixed as well. Called and spoke to Kelly, she got me a same day appointment with Anthony and Justin.     J5 Plumbing did a great job quickly troubleshooting and solving our hot water issue right before we hosted guests for the holidays.     Highly recommend J5 pluming. We had our water heater and sewage give out the same week and they took care of us within the same week. Very responsive, punctual, friendly, and nice!     In a frenzy of panic due to a home gas leak, I stumbled into J5. I was about to leave out of town for a month, and they were able to come out within 2 hours of my call on a Sunday to fix the leak. Jenny, the dispatcher was incredibly helpful, responsive, and agile to the situation. Ray, the plumber, was professional, relatable, understanding, and fair with the quote, work performed, and documentation. I am always weary of plumbers from horror stories I hear, but J5 changed my mind. This is not a paid advertisement, I’m just impressed. I will certainly be giving J5 my money in the future for any other home disasters.

    My experience with J5 started when Kelly in the office was able to get a team out to my home within the hour! Corey and Jordan were the technicians who came out to snake my clogged drain that my ac condensation line drained to. He is knowledgeable and friendly, gladly answering all my questions and offering advice as well as taking time to look and advise on some of the other plumbing questions I had about my home. I appreciate how quick they were able to come out and for making things a pleasant experience, I plan to call back for any future plumbing needs

    Our first time having J5 out for plumbing issue and was very impressed with the quick call back. I left a message Sunday evening and received a call at 8:02am on Monday morning to get on the schedule for the same day. Corey and Jordan called ahead to let me know they were on the way, were early, came prepared with parts they thought were going to be needed, and quick with replacing the sink basket that was loose and leaking. They even took the time to check other parts of the sink to make sure nothing else was leaking and answered my other plumbing questions.

    We had a Highland Homes and L & S plumbing build our home and were experiencing multiple issues that we finally had at least one issue identified - the company had put in a 3/4 inch line in the attic intead of a one inch and the wrong shark bites. Despite two years of fighthing with their warranty company and visits from mutliple plumbing companies in the area who could not identify the problem and kept telling us it was the PRV, Corey was the first one to take the time to actually look for the problem instead of just wandering a round in the attic, he actually moved some of the insulation and looked at the pipes. He then went to the neighbor’s house and confirmed. He did not charge me a penny as he could not believe what I had gone through with L & S and the other very well-known plumbing companies. For that discovery alone, J5 is worth their 5 stars and more. Will plan to continue to work with them.

    Anthony and Michael were professional, knowledgeable and on time when they came to my house to flush out two tankless water heaters and to replace several cartridges on some leaky faucets! They even removed a couple of wasp nests (no wasps in them) that were inside the water heater panel. I would highly recommend this company and especially these two great plumbers!     Very happy with J5 Plumbing! My mom and I have used them for a few different jobs and are always satisfied with their work. Very responsive, honest, and do a great quickly! They helped get our replace all our piping after the big freeze in 2021 and all our pipes burst. We called them recently after trying to get our main line repaired through our home warranty and their contracted plumbing company. The project was taking too long and prices kept changing through them, so we called J5! They came out quickly and provided an estimate, and completed the job in a few hours and without having to tear up our sidewalk and driveway as the previous company wanted to do. Very happy with J5’s service and would recommend to anyone!

    Transparency, honesty, reliability, professionalism, and respect were at the epicenter of our experience from start to finish with J5. We called towards the end of the week expecting to get scheduled the following week, but to our surprise, J5 sent a plumber over to our house within a lightning speed of under 30 minutes and for a free, zero obligation quote. Corey arrived and could not have been more kind, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He put booties over his shoes, then carefully and meticulously assessed our situation. He presented us with the lowest cost options on recommended next steps, without being the slightest bit pushy. He quickly resolved the issue exactly as promised and cleaned up the work area immaculately, leaving it cleaner than it was initially. The repair involved a toilet, and he even took the time to clean out the toilet bowl with a brush! You will be hard pressed to find anyone more pleasant than Corey and J5 with whom to do business, especially in this day and age--very refreshing and gives me hope in the world. Highly recommended!!

    I called J5 due to my house flooding on 1/16 after several days of freezing temps. They came late that evening, discovered frozen pipes and fixed it all in the same night.     OK, heres my final thoughts on J5 Plumbing. I left a message for them this morning around 6:40. I was outside with my dogs and missed the text from them that came in at 7:24. (Their office doesnt open until 8:00!!!!!) Est time to arrive...10:00. Update at 8:27...on their way now (WOW!!!!) Both gentlemen were courteous, answered my questions in a straight forward way, updated the ballpark estimate once they got the pipes exposed (water leak a couple feet away from the house) and explained what they were going to do to fix it, and notified me they had to go pick up some parts. Back, installed everything and checked for leaks. Had me go in and check faucets and toilets. Collected their money and left around 10:30. I wont hesitate to call them again if I have a plumbing need. Great experience!!!! On a scale from 1-10, Id give it 100!!!

    Had a bad rupture in our backflow valve after latest hard freeze. Corey came out and originally said the valve itself cracked and whole unit would need replacing. He went to get a new valve, when installing the new one he found the problem was actually an O-ring that got pushed out of place by the ice. He could have put the new valve in and charged me, instead he put the O-ring back and changed me half the price which I am more than happy to pay. This is not the first time - they are always up front with me and that’s why I will always call them. Love supporting a local small business as well.
