Condy Hammer and the Icon Plumbing crew have been working on my home for years. From simple repairs like garbage disposal installation, shower & sink installations, toilet repair all the way to more advanced repairs including slab leaks, sewage line repairs and more. There is no one else I trust more than Icon plumbing to take care of any plumbing issues at my home. They have always been quick to respond, completely transparent and financially fair with all my repairs and upgrades.

I had to replace cast iron drain lines for the whole house. We had a few problems along the way, but Condy worked to make sure everything was made right. His work schedule is unusual, but that was never a problem. In the end, the job was done well.Part way through the process, we had a drainage issue on a Sunday, with a house full of guests. Condy came out quickly, and fixed things almost immediately.

Responsive, great work, reliable. I love that hes available for evening work around my crazy schedule. Ive used Condy for over four years now. My master bath always took forever to get hot water due to how the house was built, after he added a pump thingy in the downstairs bath hot water got there in no time. He installed my tankless water heater - affordable, quick installation and its been a God send. Always hot water - three can shower at the same time in washing clothes and dishes. Had a small pipe burst, came out quickly and fixed it no problem. Was also very helpful with a hot tub gasket leak. Ive referred him to my neighbor and parents and they were very pleased as well.

Absolute top notch... Incredibly highly recommended....Condy and Johnny worked very clean and quickly to resolve my bath, and kitchen clog problems... Condy was referred to me by my handyman. Both of my outdoor faucets needed to be replaced. They were prompt responding to my call and provided a next day service. Condy was effective in communicating the problem and any forgoing issues that could occur during the replacement however we did not have any issues and it took him no time at all. There was no mess left behind in my yard and no more outdoor showers...and to be honest he did a better job than the builder and the home is only 5 years old...Thank you Condy😃

The only plumbing company I will be going to from now on. I just wanted to change the flange on one toilet in my house. Had a large reputable company provide a quote. They stated that since I have old cast iron pipes the job is not doable without breaking into the foundation and swapping out pipes. The cost was not doable...I called ICON on a Friday night. The owner himself came out on a Saturday to get the job done. He was able to show me that the cast pipes are still in decent condition. Got the job done at a fraction of the cost without breaking into my foundation.Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Most importantly I am confident that I can trust them.

Had a main sewage line back up and the home warranty company was saying they couldnt find anyone to come out and fix it (weekend emergency). Called Condy (owner) and he answered almost immediately. I had a hot water slab leak in my garage. I had to pay for the repairs out of pocket. I contacted several plumbers and everyone wanted to jack hammer and charge $3500 and more. Condy gave me the option to reroute the line at 1/3rd the price. He did the job and I paid exactly what was quoted. Hes my new guy for any plumbing need that might happen in the future.Thx Condy.
