He has done all this work from the smaller jobs to the big jobs with remarkable professionalism and efficiency.What really stood out was their clear and consistent communication. Outstanding experience! Jacob, our Plumber conducted a thorough inspection, showcasing all possible plumbing issues. He had extensive knowledge of water heaters which was a big concern of ours. We didnt have an emergency, but we did need service, and EPN responded readily. Jacob was efficient and capable in installing the flood stop on our water heater, and readily walked me through how it worked and how to know when the batteries would need replacing. It was a good experience and well gladly call them again for our next plumbing need.

They arrived when they said they would, were respectful and thorough, and they cleaned up after themselves. Also appreciated all the communication before, during, and after the job. I can’t express how outstanding my experience was with EPN. We had a plumbing emergency hit on a Saturday night at 9:30pm. Before reaching EPN, I had called so many so called “emergency” plumbers that night and none would answer or return calls. Then I came to EPN and Brandon was the ONLY business that answered the phone! Brandon told me Jacob would be out in an hour after his preceding job. Brandon kept his word and Jacob showed up. It was 11:30pm. We had a TOUGH job and Jacob worked so hard trying to get it cleared out. Ultimately Jacob and Brandon both had to return the next day with more powerful equipment to clear the line due to tree roots. Jacob was hard working, courteous, persistent and driven. He was not giving up. He showed us what he was seeing and explained to us throughout the process. When the job was completed the price was exceptionally reasonable. Every time provided and commitment given was upheld. They made an unpleasant circumstance a very tolerable experience. We will definitely use EPN again. We also now have their annual maintenance plan!P.s. two days later and none of those other emergency plumbers have even returned our messages!

What a great company! My first encounter with EPN, LLC was when our home was flooded and we needed the pipe fixed. Jacob was fast, efficient, and friendly. Then, as we were remodeling our home immediately following the flood, we got estimates from Jacob and the owner, Brandon, for both tank and tankless water heaters. Jacob made excellent recommendations, so we went with a tankless system. Jacob & Dustin came out, did all the prep work to relocate the system according to new codes, installed the system, and dealt with all the inspectors and issues that came up. They took care of everything! Were extremely pleased with the work that Brandon, Jacob, and Dustin have done for us. We feel like weve made friends along the way, too. EPN, LLC will be our go-to for all our plumbing needs going forward!Dustin and Ryan came to our home on 1/26/24 to repair the leaking water connector valves going to our washer and refrigerator. The work they did was excellent, and both of them were so helpful and friendly. They just reinforced how much we like the people who work there. THE BEST!
