We needed our pipes checked quickly and Adrian just happened to be able to get us in the next business day. He sent a report with video almost immediately after performing his inspection. Communication was good before, after, and during his site visit. All offered at a fair rate. I would recommend his service to a close friend or family member without reservations.

The service provided by DPI is a must for current and potential homeowners. Just found a major issue for one of my buyers. The problem would only manifest after moving in and living there. Every Realtor should have this service in their toolbox. I’ve paid plumbers more than this inspection fee to dig up my yard looking for breaks. Adrian is thorough, honest and helped educate me as a homeowner and as a Realtor of over 18 years to better serve my clients! Worth every penny!
