I called 1-Tom-Plumber Fort Worth on New Years Day (not expecting anyone to answer but hoping to leave a message for a call back the next day.) To my surprise, Lindsey answered! She was great; she promptly scheduled a visit for the very next morning. Her communication and friendliness were excellent. I was kept fully-informed of the technicians arrival time (David.) Upon diagnosing the problem, David patiently and carefully explained everything to me. He answered all my questions/concerns, was very professional and helped me understand the problems and my options. I dont usually have a great enough experience to both leaving a review, but in this instance, David and Lindsey impressed me so much that I knew I had to spread the word. Thanks for making the experience smooth and efficient.

A number of companies will say they are open 24/7 but for some reason when you call them on a Saturday, they’re “booked” and can’t get any one out until the next business day. Well, 1- Tom Plumber IS open 24/7 and they will get to you, be patient. Scott showed up at 7:00pm on a Saturday, after, I might add, driving from a job in Burleson. It took him about an hour and he was done and going to another job. Scott did a great job, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Trust me, do not sit around calling other plumbing companies and fall for the fact they will get someone out on a weekend. Just call 1- Tom Plumber and you’re done. I am very happy with the service, the repair, and thank you very much to Lindsey for your professionalism, kindness and seeing to it that I was able to get my repairs done on a weekend. I truly appreciate all your help.

I called 1-Tom-Plumber about noon one day because I had a very visible and growing water leak inside a wall in my garage. They came out THAT SAME DAY, dug into the root of the problem and stayed until the job was 100% complete. The two men who came out were professional, courteous and very knowledgeable AND maintained -- with smiles -- patience, flexibility and a can do attitude throughout the inevitable twists and turns of a repair. I couldnt be more satisfied, and would recommend them without reservation or hesitation to others.

David Carrillo did a phenomenal job, he took his time to locate the issue, corrected his portion of the job and recommended solution on what he saw in reference to our septic. I moved from Virginia to Watauga Texas a little over a year ago and was told by the city I had a leak on my side of the meter. Was told I needed a plumber but I could save money doing the digging myself and getting line exposed that needed to be worked on which I did. Had some other companies come out and I thought they were still high being I had done the digging. I called 1 tom plumbing to get in estimate. Lindsey was very nice and let me know that if there were any cancelations, since I called early afternoon, that she would have someone come out. I got a call from Scott shortly after that and explained to him what was going on. He said since I did the digging, we worked out a price more than fair. He and Joey showed up the following morning and got right to work on it. 45 minutes later the water was working again. My wife and I are more than happy with 1 Tom plumbing and would highly recommend Scott and Joey for anyones plumbing needs. We will definitely be using them again.

I called this company off their internet listing, and the customer service was very good. Service was provided the same day without me even asking for it. Scott and his helper solved the problem in a timely manner (stopped up sewer line), and payment was finalized. After comparing the charge, I found their price was high even though I was given a $100 senior discount. I was expecting a fee around $150 or less due to comparable bids, but I paid double that. However, I DID want it taken care of ASAP... which I got.

When the crap literally hits the fan, you want to call 1-Tom-Plummer to dig you outta the muck. I don’t know if everyone they hire is an absolute Godsend but David C. certainly is. This young man restored my faith in the hard working next generation. David came over and battled the beast of my clogged toilets and tubs, my whole house was backed up and let me just spare you the gory details but I must say it wasn’t a pretty site. After working for several hours he discovered that his efforts with the snake were futile as the original plumbing in this house was done by some kind of half witted toolbag. He quickly determined what was the least costly but most effective fix and got straight to it. This young man worked all day well through the evening and didn’t quit till the job was done and my house was flowing in the right direction again. He was cordial, polite, smart, considerate and kept me informed the whole time, a true master of his craft and at only 21 years old, I gotta say, my faith in the youths of this world has been restored. Thank you David! I truly appreciate all you did and your no quit attitude. 1-Tom-Plummer, keep finding talent like this and yall will be in business for life.

I cant recommend 1 Tom Plumbing enough. I had a leak in my bathroom ceiling and needed to get it diagnosed and repaired. The dispatcher Lindsey was a delight, and within an hour of calling they were on-site. The techs that showed up were Scott and Jared and they took no more than 20 minutes to fix what turned out to be a broken fitting on the drain line. Both Scott and Jared were phenomenal and extremely kind. Exceptional company, will use them if I (knock on wood) ever need a plumber again.

Great customer service, texted me when on their way. They introduced themselves and automatically got to work and asking questions. The Scott really knew what he was doing no doubt. He gave me someSolutions and ofcourse money is tight, so I choose the cheapest option which was to disconnect my water filter in order to have better water pressure throughout the house, since the lines were not connected correctly. I didn’t check take a picture of them digging and figuring out the problem but it did not save ugh! I tried to use another plumbing company called the Bakers Brothers, they are a joke and did not know or do anything that Scott did. I would never recommend Bakers Brothers to my family or friends or to anyone for that matter! I will be using 1-Tom-Plumber again if ever needed!! I called1-Tom-Plumbing because I had an intermittent leak after a handy-man had replaced the toilet insides. Jared Allen came out, accessed the problem and corrected it in a very short time. He was very pleasant and courteous and explained what the problem was. When finished he waited to make sure I no longer had the leak. I only paid for a service call. I definitely recommend this company to anyone with a plumbing problem.Forgot to mention. Jared gave me a new pink and white plunger and some coupons. He even put my bathroom cabinet back into the bathroom around the toilet!!!

This company is amazing. I had an issue with water coming up into my bathtub at my apartment. Scott and Jared came and tried snaking the drain and many other methods with no luck. They came back a week or so later and found the problem and my tub is once again draining as normal. Highly recommend this company and these 2 guys in particular!
