    I have always had great experiences with MPE Services. The fan motor went down on my HVAC UNIT. Called this morning at 9:30. It is now 1:15 and they have completed the repair!! You can not beat that.

    Cindy was very thorough dealing with our electrical issues we were having at our home. She quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and got the local utility to fix their problem that stopped our lights and power surges. We also had a bad surge protector that was causing a breaker to constantly turn off that she found so we are able to use the outlets on that circuit now. Thank you Cindy for giving us a peace of mind today!

    My mom is 92 yrs and her air conditioning went out when the temp outside was terribly hot. I called MPE that morning and they were there, had it fixed before lunch was over.     We had an issue with half of our home having no power. Days before we had smelled what seem to be wires burning ( y’all know that smell). My husband had called and set up an appointment for 2 . After arriving they went straight to work . Our problem was in our attic and 3 melted boxes. That would’ve caught fire at some point. They were able to install new boxes and wire. We are grateful for their service and knowledge . Having small kids at home and four legged kids . Definitely a weight lifted for my family. Thank you all !

    Weve used Shoals MPE since we moved to Alabama in 2015. We recently had a need for a 220V outlet installation. It was our luck to get Cindy Tapp and Ryan (dont know his last name). They really know what theyre doing and even came up with a different plan to save us some money. Both employees are personable, respectful, and trustworthy (we left and they had full run of the house). We loved every minute they were here. Should we need more electrical work, well ask for Cindy and Ryan by name.

    Chance Gore did an awesome job on fixing my daughter’s gas hvac. He found out the part was under warranty for me got the inspector out there for me and got the gas back on.     Very thankful that MPE was able to get my hot water heater replaced on the weekend. Communication was a bit hindered by the weekend call center (first call got disconnected, second call was told only weekday appointment was available, got a call back to arrange for weekend service since it was urgent) but I understand the necessity. I have used MPE a few times now and each time the ones providing service have been great. I value their expertise and professionalism. Many thanks to Timothy this time for letting my boys watch him work and getting our problems sorted out.

    This company is great to work with. They were quick to answer my call with help. They sent ISAIAH and Michael to rescue me from a disaster. Had a clogged up sink which turned out to be a broken drain line which was clogged up which had to be replaced because it was in the wall. They were quick with their decisions what had to be done show me the videos and then tell me I had two options which one did I wanted to. Well underneath in the crawlspace they discovered that my water heater was leaking water and a water pipe was also leaking this is an old house and I just bought it six months ago I was so thankful that they were able to look at the whole situation and tell me what was wrong I was able to fix everything at one visit instead of multi returns. These two guys did a great job answered all questions that I had and explained everything in detail and what they would do. If I ever need help again I will definitely call these two guys to come to my rescue once again. Thanks so much guys you’re the best appreciate you very much!

    I was having trouble with my toilets and slow drain of showers. I called MPE and they were out the next day. Brock and Brian came out and worked for hours to get my drains cleared. They were super professional and worked around sleeping babies and everything to get the job done. I appreciated them working me in so quick and staying until the work was done.     Called MPE to get my Generac 22kW whole house generator system serviced. Chance Gore was the technician that came to our home. He was right on-time and performed very thorough service, inspection, preventive maintenance, and test of our generator and transfer switch. I was very impressed by his knowledge of our equipment, his professionalism, the neatness of his work, and his politeness. I purchased a service contract for the generator system and the cost is a very good deal for this level of service.

    Had to replace my heating/cooling system this week. MPE made it easier. They gave me several good options, answered all my questions, and worked around my schedule. The communication was excellent and the guys installing were so polite and even cleaned debris from underneath my house and replaced a door into my crawl space. They made sure everything was working to my satisfaction before they left. We only tell the bed stories so I just felt like I had to share this good experience from a local company

    I have used this company before and had to use them again for a drain line being stopped up. Coby and Eli came to my Grandmothers house and did an GREAT JOB! They stayed till the line was unstopped and completely running out of the pipe (as you can see in the pictures that I received from the office manager Angie), been able to do laundry and dishes with no problems NOW ). I would recommend Coby and Eli for your next job!! Very pleased with Coby and Eli WORK ETHICS!!!!!!!

    Carlos saved me 1000$ i called other plumbers and their experts said 1200$ to replace my water heater and an additional 60$ service call.. Carlos from MPE came out ,called whirlpool and had the part shipped directly to my home at no charge and fixed my water heater. Great service would definitely recommend to anyone.
