It is hard to find a Review on River Valley that isnt 5 Stars. I finally called them to come out to my place in the mountains and had an excellent experience with the service visit. I can see why they have the ratings they have.Corey was on time, fast, and efficient. He answered a ton of questions that I had about my old house plumbing, and was very helpful in giving me options on other issues that I wanted to address in the future beyond my original need to get better water flow in my upstairs shower. Turned out, it was a bad shower valve that had a big plug in it (that was an original manufacturers defect). Finally got way better flow and now my family doesnt have to run around in the shower to get wet.I wasnt aware that they also did HVAC services as well, to include new installs, replacement installs, and service calls on these systems. I now think I may go with these folks for any future needs I will have for my home furnace, as well.Thanks River Valley for a great service call! You guys rock.

Good day to you All and Thank you, we are new to the area and we were in need of a plumber. We contacted a couple of places in Canon City and waited and waited for someone to call us back. I contacted River Valley Plumbing and Heating and within a couple of hours, we had a responce from them and they sit us up with a Plumber (Mike Nightie). We have to say that Mike was everything that we had hoped for. He completed the help we needed (hotwater heater repacement). Mike was very professional about everything he did and let us know exactly what was going on during this process. Plus he was very pleasent to talk with as well! All we can say at this moment is, Thank You! Rest asure you can depend on River Valley Plumbing to get you the help that you need. Hopefully they will send you out Mike Nightie or someone that is as good as he was. We now have River Valley sending us out a furance tech. to check out our furnace. On Dec. 1, 2023 our boiler decided to go out on us. Like one of the coldest days of the season so far! It was getting colder fast...The River Valley office staff said they would try and get someone out but it may be later in the evening as they were getting lots of calls. But they would do their best to get someone out. True to their word...as Cody called and came out later in the day but still during normal duty hours. Cody was just AWESOME and found the problem fast. Honestly, within 30 minutes from his departure it started pouring snow and the house was once again warm and toasty. My wife and I are so very thankful for River Valley Plumbing and Heating, the office staff, and to the technician Cody who is a true professional. and I wish to thank you all for your fast response with such short notice... We appreciate wach one of you.

I had a drain pipe from my kitchen that broke into 2 pieces in my crawl space. Rory from River Valley replaced the line that broke and he replaced the drain pipes under the kitchen sink so that the system functioned better than it has in 20+ years! All of this at an affordable price too! I will have River Valley replace the remaining drain system in my home soon. Thank-You Rory for getting us up and running again!This is an update to my previous review because I had River Valley Plumbing replace the remaining drain pipes in my home in addition to the one that was an emergency replacement. Rory, Dominick and Taylor from River Valley Plumbing completed the work on this occasion. They were punctual, professional and completed the replacement of the remaining drain pipes in my home in less than 8 hours. The quality of the work would be what I would rate as excellent. This is the second project that I hired River Valley Plumbing for and once again, they didn’t disappoint! They truly care about their customers and want them to be happy with the quality of the work. I genuinely appreciate the hard work that was put into this project. Thank-You again for the excellent service!

My mother and step father just got their boiler replaced by river valley after it caught on fire in their basement! Dom came over the night of the fire to shut off the gas and make sure everything was disconnected. After just a few days a crew worked for 10 hours straight to get their boiler replaced right after Christmas Day, and to see the stress leave my mother was so gratifying. I am very thankful for their hard work and great communication throughout the replacement process.

I contacted River Valley regarding an issue with our finicky church boiler. Amy took my information and as she stated, their highly trained technician called me back in short order. We set an appointment for Corey to come by and he was right on time. He brought in diagnostic tools and within 45 minutes, he had the complicated system running perfectly. He even made the repair without having to install any new parts. He even tweaked a few things we had not asked him to do. Above all, River Valley charged us their regular rate and the bill was between a third and a fourth of what we usually pay. The Pastor, board and church treasurer could not be happier with Cory and River Valley. Great job, thank you very much.

Just bought a house and my furnace went out. I called a company for the springs and they gave me a horror story about needing a 7500$ furnace and how my family was going to died from carbon monoxide poisoning. Was told to get a second opinion. Lindsey from river valley showed up and checked out our system. He checked everything over, got my system running in 20mins, then did a thorough check and used a sniffer. Will used them again for sure. Cant speak highly enough.

He actually listened to my thoughts about my requirements and did not just try to sell me the typical system. Their price was inline with competitors and their installation was professional. The personnel are friendly and personable. So far so good with the furnace, as it is performing as expected; but I cannot comment about any long term quality or reliability yet.

Awesome company. From scheduling to the service call being on time, workmanship, and knowledge, you can’t go wrong. And unlike a lot of plumbing and HVAC companies, they focus on servicing and repair work. We had a repair needed on our Rinnai tankless water heater and Cory took care of it with no problem. Also had great advice on an air conditioning question.

My swamp cooler started leaking after Dom left. He came back after hours. Came back the next day after hours. Got down on his hands and knees to clean up the mud he tracked in from his boots. True story! Didnt charge me extra time. These guys have heart and wont steer you wrong.
