From beginning to end; J&C Plumbing Service was awesome. I called on Thursday and they came out the next day. Mr. Jason and his staff was a delight to speak with. We received services from J&C through American Home Shield. There was miscommunication with American Home Shield about the actual cause of our garbage disposal not working (plumbing vs. electric) that resulted in more than one visit. Throughout the process, however, the gentleman who serviced our home both times was friendly and knowledgeable. J&C vowed to get to the bottom of the issue for us and explained all of their actions in detail to my husband and me. We think the issue has now been resolved. We are very pleased with their work and customer service!

Thanks to the team from J& C plumbing! As usual, my jobs always have complications, as did this time, did too. The team was straight forward about cost, expectations, and explanations of job needed to be done. They listened to my concerns and were respectful of my home, and cleanedup after job was completed! They worked hard and steadily, to try and complete job in one day ( unfortunately unexpected problems occurred and took a few hours the next day to complete). The cost was within the estimate quoted. Strongly recommend this team for your plumbing issues!

AHS sent out J&J Plumbing to look at my water heater problem. Jason was very responsive, showed up on time and immediately troubleshot the water heater issue. I ended up needing a new one; his technician (Justin) was overly professional, polite and did a good job. I would certainly use them again.

I can’t recommend J&C Plumbing enough. I called on Monday and they came out Tuesday and completed the work in about an hour. Quality work and a very reasonable price too. I’ll be calling them again for my new sink install coming up soon.

Had a new well pump installed fast when mine burned out. Had a problem with it a few days after and the owner called me after hours on the weekend, and came immediately after to get it right. Jason Keaton and j&c plumping company has helped me on several occasions and have always completed the job and charged half the price quoted by other companies and finished in half the time of other companies. As a business owner myself, you get employees that you think will be great and end up biting you in the end. It happens to everyone. The fact that he is willing to go back and take care of the problems at hand, without question is what he is supposed to be doing as the owner. So, he is going beyond what is needed. If you dont complain to him, he cant fix it. Then people in his personal life want to bash his business and take money away from feeding his children is ridiculous. We all have that one family member that is spiteful and will try anything to hurt you...well this is his...it isnt even his family. They married into the family. Dont believe everything you read on all reviews. Weed through the reviews and find out who he really is and call and see for yourself....he will prove to you that he is a great plumber and business man, as well as family man.

Had a toilet leaking from the underneath the bowl. I knew it needed a new seal. They called ahead and arrived on time for me to meet them from work. Fixed it in about an hour. Price wasnt bad either

Hot water heater went out and I called J&C out to fix the issue. While there they also found where I had a leaking line under my house that was causing some of the dirt foundation to wash out that could have made my house sink in that area. They fixed that and my hot water issue in the same day! My water bill has gone down and my hot water works like never before! Not including the money that my house sinking could have costed me!! Life saver no doubt! Thanks J&C!!

I Would Like To Thank Mr.Jason Personally Myself On A Job Well Done & Such A Great Well Mannered Crew He Has Sitting Behind Him I Called Mr Jason & He Explained To Me How Busy He Was At That Exact Moment But Still Continued & Stayed On The Phone With Me As I Explained My Toilet Line & Kitchen Pump Line Issue To Him As It Neared My Brothers Birthday & All The Family Was Coming Over For A Big Southern BBQ & Right At The Second Mr.Jason Helped Me Come Up With An Appointment & I Ended Up 1st On His List The Next Day Long Story Short Mr.Jason Was 15 Mins Early & Did An Amazing Job On Not Only The Toilet & Kitchen Lines But Checked & Made Sure All My Other Lines Was Good As Well So If You Have A Plumbing Issue Big Or Small I Truly Recommend You Call The Best J&C Plumbing & Speak With Mr.Jason Thanks Alot
