I had a ceiling fan installed today in my studio. The installer’s name was Andre, and he did a fantastic job. He arrived on time and quickly got to work once I showed him where the old fan was being replaced. The original fan only had one remaining blade; the lights didn’t work either. He also disposed of the old fan. I am a happy camper!😊

I’m so thankful for this family style teamwork of care technicians all working together for my needs. As we all know, when there is a plumbing issue at our homes, that clearly qualifies as an emergency. I called Jordan & Sons plumbing last week for such a matter and they were promptly there the next morning. The service tech took care to correct the problem all while keeping my home clean and tidy. When J&S tells you they are going to do something they do it, and when they tell you they’re going to be there they are on time. I don’t use them bc they are the cheapest. I use them bc they are the best and most reliable. As Ben Franklin stated, “The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of low price is forgotten.”

I want to comment on my five star rating. My issue was not fixed and they came back and waived the trip fee for me. Andre was so thorough in trying to find a solution to my issue. Unfortunately it ended up being with the appliance itself and not anything with plumbing. I was not charged for this second trip. Jordan & Sons Plumbing and Electrical and Andre are fair, do the right thing, and truly good humans. We need more businesses like them! Thank you again!

Had an issue with my water heater and it needed to be replaced. I called and spoke with Mr. Anthony Jordan and he had a technician at my home within 30 minutes. They were able to diagnose my problem and had a new water heater installed the very next day. Thank you Mr. Jordan for your Prompt and Professional Service. Please Thank the technician who came to the house as well, he was very knowledgeable and professional as well.

I called Jordan & Sons this morning (after calling down the line of plumbers listed on Google) and not only did they answer unlike EVERY other place that was “open”, they were at my house within an hour. The two guys gave us details on what was going on, as well as price quotes for fixing or replacing our tankless water heater. We decided to go the replacement route. When they returned it was the same two men that previously arrived. They were polite and professional. They left the work area immaculate and everything looks and operates great so far.I do feel that the price was a little on the high side ($3000 for a replacement and labor) and that the service call should’ve been rolled into the work we had done since we did get it done the same day, as that is common practice for most businesses like this- but overall I feel like they did a great job. If anything changes, I’ll update!

Jordan and Son’s Plumbing was contracted through Duke Energy as part of a service plan I have with Duke Energy. A representative contacted me early this morning informing that a technician would be at my location soon as he completed his first assignment. As expected, the technician arrived an began diagnosing my plumbing needs. His attitude was professional and polite, clean work area, found the septic clog and taped the area off as a precautionary measure. He was engaging in conversation and guided me through the process. The technician (Ian) was very pleasant.I wasn’t pleased with the estimated pricing of sub contracting with Sellers for pumping the septic tank but I had two choices, either used there service or not and I chose not. The overall experience with Ian was very pleasant.

Only been in Florence Sc for 5 years and only had to use a plumber once prior to using Jordan & Sons.was not happy with the prior services and since using Jordan and Sons I will only use them.They have a customer for life and will recommend them to everybody I know who’s in need of these services!! They have cleaned out my dryer vent,replaced a gas fireplace and just recently had to have them come out at night on an emergency call to fix a broken pipe to my hot water heater. They are efficient,very professional and courteous at a great price that won’t break your wallet.Awesome company all around 10 stars in my book!!!

The technicians did exceptional work, especially brian who realized after attempts to repair the tankless hot water tank with new several parts that it was beyond repair and requested the manufacturer to replace it with a new one since it was still under warranty. Only company willing to come out on Sunday to repair a busted water pipe! They earned my business and are priced reasonable. They wear covers on the shoes to prevent carrying dirt into your home. I have used them several times for various jobs and will continue to in the future.
