Our technician, Sean, was great. I would have given 4 star just because initially I felt like I was being told that I didnt know what I was talking about. Buy from there the service only got better. Sean went through the checklist and figured some a couple solutions. Both which were very viable. He was always upfront on communicating and kept us in the loop on what he was doing and why. I really appreciated when my husband was sleeping, Sean made care to not talk so loud so as not to wake him. That was unexpected. Recommended? Yes. Any plumbing issue I will call these guys.

Sean did an outstanding job for us. He is very knowledgeable and authenticity.He fixed our house regular in about an hour. He is a pro at what he does. We were super worried about the dripping house regulator as we had a flood in our basement a year and a half ago. He went above and beyond to check our hot water heater to make sure it was up to code. His knowledge and authenticity is over the top.He is Seriously a pro at what he does. I had Big Cat out to do a couple of jobs for me. Barrett Bidwell and Wyatt Pearson did a great job cleaning our air ducts and dryer vents. And at the same time we had Dakota Pearson and Sean McGraw do a lot of plumbing stuff for us (replacing a billion sharkbites for more reliable options and fixing where the water comes in the house and setting up a shut off valve there in case anything ever happened before other shut off valves, as well as replacing two faucets in the kitchen). All four of these guys were friendly, helpful, and efficient at their jobs. They would get consent before opening anything and asked my preference when anything had options. I am new to town and am happy to have found Big Cat. Scheduling has been a breeze and every person from the ones on the phone, the folks doing the inspections and making bids on the jobs, and the ones doing the work have been great to work with. Plus my dogs didnt bark all day so they clearly felt safe too!

Beyond amazing!!came out to do a quote and ended up fixing my garbage disposal and my dripping sink for no cost super kind. Very friendly!! little booties in the house cause it had been raining. They came that afternoon and said we can have a new system installed in 1 day and they were able to do it the next day. I was skeptical about getting the job done in one day but I had no reason to be skeptical. They absolutely got everything done in one day! The crew was amazing incredibly friendly and professional. If I could give 8 stars, I would. My A/c broke down and they managed to squeeze me in short handed during the worst heat wave of the year. The first person I spoke to on the phone was so nice and compassionate. She was the sweetest and understood my concern for my animals. Marcos came out, cleaned my entire machine, fixed the pump, and gave me some great advice on how to take care of my system for the future. He was so incredibly helpful and nice. I will use this company for all my heating, cooling and plumbing from here on out. Well done!Shortly after, my water heater had to be replaced. Once again, Big Cat came through with the best service. Josh is a gem.And again…This time I need plumbing replaced and my yard has to be excavated. You all are so helpful and accommodating. I don’t think I would ever use another HVAC or plumbing company. After getting an astronomical quote for a rebuild from another company, Big Cat provided clear guidance on codes and system functionality along with a much more economical solution. Rather than rebuilding the entire plumbing system around my hot water heater, Mason identified the issue as the PRV, which was likely original to the house (1982) and completely blown out. I was able to accept the quote and have him back for installation two days later. The PRV immediately brought the system pressure down from 120 to 65. 🎉 Of course this older home decided to be cantankerous and started making a high pitch squeal when the water turned on or off, but only after he left. Big Cat made it a priority to get Mason back to my house both of the next two days, including the evening of Thanksgiving to try a couple of different solutions. I was so grateful that Mason was able to come back and work through the problem with me. He was able advise about some other plumbing upgrades I hope to complete in the next couple of years and I know that I will be completing those with Big Cat.Big Cat’s dedication to excellent workmanship and customer service is clear and they have a knowledgeable and caring team member in Mason.

Big Cat Plumbing came out to replace my old sewer line. Josh came out and did the estimate, he was very professional and polite. The day came for them to begin work, and Coby and Joe arrived after a courtesy text to let me know they were on their way. They explained what they were doing, answered all my questions and got to work. Very polite, professional and kind guys. They were finished in a day, but there was a small glitch that came up, which wasn’t their fault. Amazingly, they came back the following day and fixed the problem! Well above and beyond what they could have done!! As I said, it wasn’t their fault, so they could have left it to me to try to fix or charged me extra. I was so very pleased with their work and helping out extra to make sure everything was right!! The second day, Aiden came out to work also. Again, he was very polite, professional and a nice guy. I’ll always call Big Cat if I ever need any plumbing or heating needs. Thank you for such a great experience!

I called up Big Cat because theyre local to Florence CO and I needed an A/C system. There representative Ridge came out and give me suggestions on what we should do. He then worked out some prices of different options.In the end we went with the full furnace AC system. The estimate was free and he was very friendly and my Dogs loved him.Alex and Barrett came out to the house for cleaning and sealing of the duct system in preparation for a new AC furnace unit. The guys were courteous and polite. They took time to answer any of my questions. And were great with the dogs.The next day Ron and Eddie came out to the house and installed the furnace and AC system.They too were friendly and professional in their work and answered any questions I had. The job took some time to do but they got it done and it works great.The crew at Big Cat are excellent to work with. The next day I had a problem they came out in 30 minutes and took care of it No questions no problems. I will not hesitate to recommend or call them back for any other service needs that I have.Thanks.

Service and install was second to none. Ridge was our advisor and has been timely, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. We liked that Ridge and his team focused on the unit and components that would be correct for our home. He listened to our needs and discussed several options and the pros and cons of each. He has been readily available for any questions we have had throughout the process, even after the install was completed. Ron and Eddie completed our install and were timely, professional, and transparent as well. Our HVAC needed significant retrofitting and Ron explained what needed to be repaired and the reasons for it. Ron and Eddie ensured everything was functional and explained maintenance and service/parts warranties clearly before they left. Did some work for my mother who had a bad sewer line. First guy came out and spent hours working on the line and found it was too far gone to snake. Didn’t charge anything at all even though they spent several hours trying.They were able to get a crew in to replace the line. It took far longer than they planned due to the line being hard to find, however, they charged less than their estimate. These guys could have easily taken advantage, but stuck to their word and provided great service.

I would like to thank Big Cat Plumbing for being responsive, fast, professional and trustworthy. I recently had a new furnace and AC installed in my home. My salesman Rich, went the extra mile helping me secure the very best product for a price that fit my budget. I will be honest, they are only slighty more expensive than some other companies I had gotten quotes from but, at the speed they were able to get the job done and having the best products in stock it took about 5 days from purchasing to completing install. They know the industry and their products so well, I was extremely comfortable choosing them over the other companies out there. I would like to also give a shout out to my install team. I have never seen a company more dedicated to customer service than night Cat, let alone a plumber. The plumber communicated with us constantly throughout the process and presented us with options and possible solutions. Our toilet was having issues flushing and within two hours they had a technician at our door. Their technician stayed after hours to make sure it worked. When he tried everything he could, he made sure his supervisor showed up first thing in the morning. In the end, Big Cat figured out that is was an issue with the city water mane and was able to alert them to what could have been a much more severe issue. Every interaction we had with Big Cat from the initial phone call, which was incredibly friendly, to the moment our job was fixed was top notch. I could not recommend this company more.

12-18-24 Had 3 repairmen, Barrett was one, come by to work on clearing the dryer vent-30ft long and replace our broken bathroom exhaust fan. The exhaust fan was more involved as the repairman had to crawl into the attic which has 12 inch thick insulation( we have a one story 60s ranch home) so the replacement of the fan was way more involved than I anticipated and the guys did a good job, even though they had to come back becuz they missed the fact-due to not having a tight seal on the fan box, it was not drawing air out of the room-wouldnt suck & hold a square of tp paper. Found becuz there was a half inch gap around the fan box, they had to come back & temporarily placed cardboard gasket till they can fix the drywall. In 2022-The repairman, Adam, was professional and friendly and explained well what was going on so we could make a fair decision on which direction we wanted to go. Pricing was fair for the repairs I needed on my outdoor hose faucet slow leak-at the turn on and off valve, bathroom faucet installation and possible tub drain replaced. Adam showed me how the tub drain actually worked as it was different from my previous house and how I could clean it-hair removal to avoid build up (I was constantly having to use drain cleaner every 60 days for slow water draining) so I then I realized it did not need it to be replaced, it actually was in good working order (was the push down style) saved me money! I had used Big Cat before for repair on our main sewer drain pipe under the basement floor, and since it qualified for the new technology being used, they were able to repair it with a liner and therefore did not have to tear up the basement floor-awesome!. They are always prompt and excellent at repairing with fair pricing as plumbing repair goes. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Had multiple projects done. They had to replace large sections of the drain piping, service my tankless hot water heater, replace the furnace, and clean out the heating ducts. Had multiple techs do all of this work and every one of them were very professional and did excellent timely work. As the work was completed we were given photos of all the work done, even including shots of the heating ducts. No gimmicks, hype, misleading info. Straight and to the point, answered all questions. I would highly recommend them, you might pay a little more but you have the security in knowing that it was done correctly and in a timely fashion. The ladies manning the phones at the office were very easy to work with and very willing to assist you.

I have had a repair person out every winter for years now. They patch over the issue, my heat went out again yesterday and Ridge Whitesel came out from Big Cat and he found the real issue fixed it for the long term and had us warm again within two hours of coming out. I cant thank him enough!!! He was kind to my kids and pets and he showed me the issue and explained it to me with the broken part. Ill absolutely recommend him to anyone!

Barrett & Dakota showed up promptly when they said they would. They were clean professional & went right to work cleaning our ductwork that had been installed many years ago. They also completed an Aeroseal Duct Sealing that sealed many leaks & made a noticeable difference in our airflow immediately. We will absolutely utilize Big Cat whenever the need arises & highly recommend getting the Aeroseal completed on your system.

Weve had to use them 2x this year for a leaking hot water heater and to replace a very old furnace.There were quite a few different technicians that came and everyone was friendly and professional, and reasonably priced.Even when they ran into extra issues with our stubborn old furnace, they stuck to their originally quoted price.And GREAT communication. You never wondered about anything. They texted and emailed before they showed up and sent pictures of who was on their way.We would highly recommend them. A real gem of a team!

I cannot speak highly enough of Big Cat Plumbing, Heating & Cooling! My furnace stopped working during the last snow storm on a Friday evening of course. Luck led me to Big Cat Jaime, Jen and Maudie. In the middle of a snowstorm early Saturday morning Big Cat sent Jaime who was at my house by 10am. Jaime was friendly, informative (took pictures and explained what was broken and what she was replacing) and had the furnace fixed in no time. Shout out to Jen and Maudie for all the behind the scenes coordination on a weekend!!! 10/10 would recommend!!!!!

Matt was my professional that showed up and blew our expectations out of the water!! Not only did he give us exactly what we were looking for with regards to our hot water heater issues, but also checked the rest of our HVAC system and found multiple issues that the home builder had installed wrong. There was complete transparency with pricing and work detail included in the price. You can’t find service like this anywhere anymore and I would gladly refer them to everyone I know!!
