I had to have my AC looked at today. Nelson showed up and was very professional and polite. He performed all his checks on my system and gave me the news. It could have been worse and he explained the process of the work that was going to be performed when he returns. We had great conversation while he worked. He even checked back in to make sure everything was still good. I have a maintenance plan with Quality so I did save a little money on this visit and the next. I highly recommend them should you ever need maintenance or a new unit. All of their techs are knowledgeable on the products in their line of work.

Tried to find a plumber in the Hartsville area at 1pm on Fri afternoon, not one available. Called Quality Service and they scheduled Clyde to come Sat morning. Honest, reliable and great customer serviceI really have to say something about Quality Service Co. From beginning to end it was the best customer service experience that I have ever had. I truly mean that. For years my Air Condition has not be keeping up and my light bills have been high. Less than 4 years ago I bought a 3 ton unit and paid a contractor to install it. They ran new lines and installed a Goodman unit which is still under warranty. This year was the hottest yet so I contacted Quality Service Co. and met Dwight Milliken, Home Solution Advisor. Rather than just trying to sell us a new unit he went to his car got his coveralls and went under my house to see exactly what was wrong. It appears that the other contractors that worked on my new AC Unit neglected to tell us that my duct in the crossover was torn and had water in it! We were shown videos of the damage. In fact, it appeared that it had been done wrong from the factory. Dwight Milliken gave us a fair estimate for repairs and we didn’t need to replace the unit. Everything went exactly as planned. Our installation technicians Deven and Brett arrived right on time. Both of them were professional and made sure I knew exactly what was going on. After the repair they explained in detail what they’d done and showed video of the replacement work. They were polite, didn’t mind questions and were genuine and friendly. I don’t remember when I last had such excellent service. It’s so hard today to find people that you can trust. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing A/C repairs or replacement.

Update: Still am super satisfied with the quality of service. All staff are amazing.All staff are knowledgeable and courteous. They were also patient to listen to my questions, then explained until I understood fully about my heating problem and solution. The service technician, Domingo, was honest, kept his word several times about the service/job and the price. The price quoted was the end price, honest business practice, definitely. Domingo is highly intelligent although so down to earth. They even gave me a courtesy call the next day. Making sure the unit was running right and asked if I had any questions. I truly appreciated working with them. I will be calling this company again.

I work for a local hospice and we had a patient who’s AC unit went out 30 mins before end of day. The office was frantic, the patient is on heavy o2 and it is only getting warmer out. On a hope and a prayer, I called and spoke with Charlene (Sharlene) and asked if there was anyway they could help. She called her mgr Matt. Within 5 minutes, he was on his way to help this family. I have never experienced such kindness. Without thinking twice, he was on the interstate on the way to this family’s home to help them with nothing expected in return. Just out of the goodness of his heart. If anyone needs heating and air assistance, these are the ppl to use! I pray good karma on every one of their employees. My name is Josh McDowell and Im the counter sales rep for Border States in Florence, SC. We have used yall for several years now, for all of our HVAC needs. Yall have always been super nice and helpful and do regular maintenance and checkups on our system. I am very hot natured, so I use the AC at the counter a LOT. I have never had a complaint and anytime something has gone wrong, yall were quick to respond and repair. Today we had one of our regular maintenance checkups and the 2 techs that showed up were Clyde and Nelson. Clyde and Nelson both seemed very knowledgeable and were very polite and efficient. They came in, patiently waited while I helped a customer and then introduced themselves. Once they introduced themselves, we told them to make themselves at home and let us know if they needed anything. I barely even noticed they were here, and they were very quick and clean. I spoke with them both after they finished to sign the forms and everything and we had a little conversation throughout. I wont go into what the convo was about, but it let me know that these gentlemen are considerate, caring, and just all-around stand-up guys. I really appreciated their help and the nice convo after was just a bonus. Thank you for your consistency in always doing a great job and going the extra mile when its needed.

Dominique was so knowledgeable, even though my units are dinosaurs. What makes this exceptional is one unit is 16 yrs old, second is 13 yrs old. I’ve been nursing them along trying to keep them going. They got both units going and still are since last summer! I know all the various problems and therefore knew what he told me was legit -not just trying to sell services. All at good price.

We had our AC unit go out after 18 years and Nelson came out and checked out our old unit and gave us a quote on a new one. He was very knowledgeable and very kind! He also called before he came and let me know his ETA which was a big help when your a busy mom. He was able to get us a new unit and installed very quickly. We have been using Quality Service for at least 5 years. Our heating system died on the coldest day of the year which happened to be on Sunday. A salesman was out on Monday morning and ordered a new unit. Matt and his guys were here early Tuesday morning to install. We trust them so much that we had a whole house generator installed about 2 years ago. We are under a maintenance plan on both units. If there is ever any question, I know I can get in touch with Matt day or night. The service guys are always professional and courteous. I never want to use anyone else!

The entire Quality Service team really did a great job replacing my heating and air condition system. They arrived on time for the initial inspection and the next day to replace the unit. They were all very thorough in their work and in their explanations of it to me. Everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to to. During the installation, I felt comfortable with the strangers in my home...thats a big deal for a female home alone. They cleaned up what very little mess they made afterwards. A supervisor promptly arrived to check off on a job well done. Duncan came back a few days later to give me all the paperwork, before and after pictures, and make sure I was still happy with all the work that had been done...and I was/am. Jessica-in the office- called the next day to confirm the warranty was all set up and see if I had any questions, comments, concerns. No one WANTS to replace their heating and air condition unit, but if you HAVE to, this is the company to call. I was very pleased with each of them during every step of the process and Im very pleased with the product I got and the work that was done.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, EXCELLENT TECHNICIAN. Allen D. was very professional and extremely knowledgeable in fixing the air conditioner. He assessed the problem, provided the estimate and started work immediately. This air conditioner quit working on April 15th and I had two different contractors come to fix it and neither one got the job done in 75 days. Quality Service Co. was quick, honest and precise. I had only called them about two hours before Allen arrived. From initial phone call to completion of work was less than six hours total time. Allen didnt waste any time, but the amount of work required to complete this repair took about three and one half hours. Allen took the time to check and double check the repair was done right and unit working properly. I wish I would have called Quality Service Co, 75 days ago. Highly recommended Company and Technician. I cant thank them enough.

Receptionist was very polite and responsive, and got me added to the list, mentioning that the Tech would be out sometime in the afternoon after 1:30pm. Would first of all like to thank Brett Smith for the outstanding customer service. Contact was made with Quality Service larte evening the day before. I received a phone call from Brett, acknowledging my request and confirming the time he would arrive the next morning to look at my Unit. Brett was promptly on time, provided my husband and i with a quote and yhe work was done witinn an hour. Christian was excellent. I called after hours, the lady with the call service was very sweet, gathered the info and gave me the name of the technician that would call shortly. In about 10 minutes Christian called, I told him the problem. If it had not been storming he would have come on but we scheduled for the next morning. About 15 minutes before the appointment time, he called to make sure everything was still on. He was here at the scheduled time, diagnosed and fixed the problem. We will definitely use this company again and we will make sure our family and friends know about your company.

After calling QSC per a recommendation from a co-worker, they were able to come out later the same day to fix my air conditioning. The service techs were friendly, professional and great to work with. They quickly diagnosed my issue and were able to fix it. Would highly recommend!Update 8/20/2019: AC went out again due to a blower motor, QSC was again quick to come out, diagnosed the problem quickly and even had the new motor on the truck for a quick repair. Great service, knowledgeable staff and fair pricing.

I cannot say enough about Quality Service Company and their technicians. Specifically Matt and Casey. This summer the air conditioning on the 2nd floor of my sisters house stopped working. Matt came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem and got it working all-in-one day. Only to find out this past week that he experienced a family tragedy that day, just like I had. His professionalism during his personal stuggle was just amazing. Fast forward 6 months to this past week when the heat on the 1st floor broke. After 27 hrs, the home warranty company had not found anyone to come out and said I could try myself if I wanted. So I turned to Quality Service again and Casey was at the house 45 min later. After diagnosing the problem, and having coming out multiple times because the supplier sent the wrong parts, he was able to finally fix the problem. Im not sure who was more upset ...me or Casey... he was genuinely upset we had to wait so long to have everything fixed. The entire situation was out of his control. Quality Service doesnt even begin to express this company!!! From the office staff...Mandy, to the boss Allen, the techs Matt and Casey (and his assistant)...and everyone else behind the scenes,,,THANK YOU!!! I will always call you for our HVAC problems and will absolutely recommend you to anyone who is in need.
