Three J maintenance, Joe did great work & was a pleasure to do business with.He was prompt and professional, as well as extremelyAccommodating.Our job involved electrical work/ install new lights, running wiring, remove & install sinks, as well as a few other jobs around the house. Communication was excellent & outlined the work, as well as the cost up front there was no hidden surprises, and all work was done on time as promised.We plan on using Joe again in the near future for another project.On a personal note, it’s a nice feeling to know that in this day & age of so called professionals that don’t even make the time to call you back - after leaving many messages, etc. that there is a reliable professional Three J / Joe, to call upon.

I reached out and spoke with Joe Linder he was very responsive and professional. I had him install new mailboxes at my apartment complex located in Florence SC. He exceeded my expectations! The mailboxes came out better than I imagined. He built two custom mailbox posts designed to hold 5 mailboxes per post I’ll definitely be using Three J Property Maintenance again!

I wish I could rate more than 5 stars! We have had people scam us, rig things, etc. Thank God that we met Joe. He is honest and will NOT rig anything. He is extremely professional. We will not use anyone else but his company to do anything around our house. We are so pleased with our bathroom!
