They were professional and extremely accommodating from start to finish. Anna, who takes the calls and dispatches the technicians was so polite and helpful! She was able to send someone out almost immediately. Our technician LG was knowledgeable, helpful and honest! He explained what was going on as well as showed me the issues he found along the way. He listened and was very thorough, even doing a complementary inspection my hot water heater in the attic and informed me that it looked great and had no issues. Professionalism and honesty are rare these days so we really appreciate these two. We were given an estimate promptly and the quote was very fair. I will recommend them in the future as well as use them whenever need be.

We had been having some issues with our plumbing for quite sometime. Today, we made the decision to contact roto-rooter and were scheduled an appointment upon contact. The company sent us an angel by the name of Carl. Carl came from Columbia to Florence and got here in no time. He was very knowledgeable about our issue and removed the clog which was causing us problems in less than 15 minutes. Not only did he remove the clog, he fixed another issue we were having with slow draining sinks and tubs. Its such a blessing to run into people who are professional and possess great customer service. Before leaving my home he prayed over it and asked God to bless it. I really appreciate the energy he brought into our home. He has to be a major asset to your company. I did inform him that he needs to be cloned :). Thank you so much sending such a great guy!!! Layton and his team did a great job clearing significant build up of grease in the pipes which led to an overflowing tub and other issues. He even showed me the results with his wire camera. He also fixed my toilet leak that resulted in 70 gallon of daily water waste.All is great now. Glad I called these guys

Layton and Jerry were very professional. He apologized for being late they went straight to work. Diagnosing the problem and giving us a quote of $552. They completed the job same day and also let us know how much it would be if we had problem in the future if we tied in with city water. We really appreciate them showing up, because lot of places are not reliable these days.

Ms. Karen, who answered the phone, and Chris, the technician, were truly amazing! With a Saturday emergency on my hands, they were sensitive to my emotions. I called around 11:30 and Ms. Karen said someone would arrive between 2 and 4; Chris arrived around 2:30 and she called to let me know he was on the way. He gave me all possible options to fix my situation and was so polite and professional. He even wore little booties over his shoes as not to mess up the carpet. If y’all had another hour to read, I’d type more! Ms. Karen and Chris have made Roto-Rooter my plumbing company of choice!

When I called in a panic, I had a serviceman (Kenny) at my house the same day! My problem was accurately diagnosed and resolved with rapid professionalism! I was contacted several times by the office to make sure everything was fixed and to ensure I had no more existing issues that were not resolved by the service. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone and I definitely would not hesitate to use them again should I have any further issues!

Our very first time using Roto-Rooter. With our luck the issue happened to be on a Sunday! Called first thing in the morning and they were quickly to respond. Had someone out very fast! Brian is absolutely AMAZING!!! Very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Willing to take his time explaining the problem as I dont really know much about plumbing. He was able to fix the issue and recommended what needed to be fixed to prevent further problems. Highly recommend this company!! They are FANTASTIC!!! Will request Brian in the future!!
