I am upset that I called on Saturday for help and no one returned my phone call. I had to call back on Monday and get everything lined up. Other than that the gentleman were extremely helpful and fast friendly and did an amazing job. Even lined someone to come in and give me estimates on fixing and painting my walls that are torn apart. I have used this company several times at different homes and they always do a great job. If you guys are not going to work on weekends please fix to voice mail or your website. Your website says you are available 24/7 and also gave an alternative number which I called and left a vm on as well! Despite being a little disappointing on timing and no return calls everything else worked out great. They did a great job.

I would say their rates are average with other plumbing company but they are more dependable than any plumbing company I have ever used. Every plumber that has come out has been excellent. Will continue to use them and recommend them to other people.

Needed two older hot water heaters replaced with tankless hot water systems. Called two large regional chain plumbing companies for quotes, and they were prohibitively high. Called Crouch and Sons based on a recommendation on Neighborhood website, and they were swamped. But they came out 3 days later and gave me an estimate that was half of the previous estimates. They installed both systems in 1 day, doing a fantastic job. I couldnt be more pleased, and am glad Ive found a local plumbing company I can trust.
