I came home to find water in my basement in St. Charles. It was not 100% clear where the water was coming from. Andrew from Zoom drain came out and located the problem and fixed it the same day. I would use them again for any plumbing issue.

Technician Masen Blakemore from Zoom Drain is highly recommended. He arrived the morning after the issue was reported. He assessed my sink and explained that service was not needed to return cold water to the sink. The recently installed cold water shut off valve was hidden behind the drywall when installed; and had been turned off post installation by another handyman. Additionally, Masen provided excellent customer service by explaining how to correct potential building code plumbing issues and provided quotes for future plumbing work that I did not immediately need. He showed up on time, was prompt and courteous in addressing my issues, and explained how to prevent plumbing issues in the future, and did not charge for the assessment. Zoom drain comes highly recommended if all of their technicians are like Masen.

We called ZoomDrain to snake out our kitchen sink, which was not draining properly. Masen was our technician and got the drain snaked and draining quickly again. He also explained thoroughly what the problem was in a way that was understandable. We would use ZoomDrain again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience with Zoom drain. When water suddenly was pouring out of basement cabinets and out the back of our house we knew we were in a real pickle. Adam, the owner, was quick to schedule a free diagnostic of our issue. He got us the quote that same day and within 48hours they had people at our home fixing the problem. They were professional, prompt, and polite. Would definitely recommend them if you are in need of a knowledgeable and reliable plumber.
