I never used this company before and was extremely pleased! He arrived promptly - even sent me a text with the time he would arrive - and got to work immediately. He was polite, professional, helpful and courteous. He not only corrected the problem quickly with my hot water tank, but he also provided me advice on how to extend the life of my water heater and showed me things I could do myself. I was a very happy customer and will use him again!

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. Casey came out and gave us an estimate that was fair and manageable for a new water tank. When coming to install he was ridiculously kind, conscious of my sleeping toddler during nap time even when I didn’t mention or ask him to be, and cleaned up and put back everything that he needed to move to do the job. I love knowing we have a reliable plumber in my area and will never hesitate to call them again!

I solicited quotes from over 10 companies. Most quoted estimates over $5500 to install a tankless water heater and wanted to charge me over $200 for obtaining a permit (which actually cost only $70). In addition Casey was willing to sign an independent service agreement defining his and my responsibilities on the project. I paid him half up front and final payment post installation and approval by County Building Dept. Install was completed in about 4.5 hours including removal of old heater and cleaning/sweeping area. County inspection occurred the next day with approval and a suggestion to attach a C-PVC tube or copper to the pressure relief valve fitting due to the high heat of water in case of incident melting PVC tubing. Told Casey of the potential issue and he returned the next day to replace PVC with copper tubing. Very impressed with Caseys work ethic and efficiency. Will use Hartland Plumbing again for any plumbing needs. Wayne, Brighton

I called Hartland Plumbing this morning. I had little hot water and suspected problems with the hot water tank. Casey returned my call within 10-15 minutes and arrived within two hours. He asked a lot of questions and explained how to monitor my hot water tanks performance and how to pinpoint one possible cause of my hot water shortage. He was professional and thorough and clearly answered all my questions. The hot water tank needs some maintenance, and Hartland Plumbing will be doing this work. Down the road, if I decided to go to an on demand system or replace the tank I currently have, this company is the one Ill call. Casey is professional, thorough, and I highly recommend.

Casey was was just awesome. Hired them to replace our sump pump and the garbage disposal. He was were very prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and completed the job very quick while also providing information about a few other things.Wore a mask the entire time he was in the house, which was great given the current circumstances.Definitely will call them again if/when required.

Casey did a big plumbing rough-in install for our new master bathroom and he was an immaculate professional from start to finish. He installed the drains, vents, and supply lines for a toilet, tub, shower, double vanity, and washing machine in just a couple days. Punctual, stuck to the price of his quote, always listened to any questions or concerns I had about the job. First inspection failed due to a dubious technicality and Casey came back out THAT DAY to fix it and get reinspected the next day. I cant recommend him highly enough!
