I had a great experience! Had them come out on a Sunday morning to fix a broken water pipe in my crawlspace. Thankfully, the fix was relatively easy and did not take very long. the cost for a Sunday call and fixing a broken pipe was incredibly reasonable, I’m actually shocked It wasn’t more expensive!

Scott came out to give us a quote and explained everything to us A to Z about high efficiency furnaces, what would qualify for rebates, tax refunds, what would give us the best usage with our gas and electric bill. We had another company come before and none of this was explained. We received literature and a quote I was very pleased with! They were well below the other company and that included our chimney liner. Our work was scheduled convenient for us and completed in less than a full day. We are very happy with Staleys.

I was recommended this company by another professional in the area when I lost my heating in the middle of a recent snowstorm. I am SO GLAD to have found them. Mike B was a lifesaver - & he talked me through everything he was doing while he did it, which I really appreciated. [Not for nothing, he also pointed out a couple other issues that weren’t immediately critical, but definitely required attention, so I was able to deal with those on my own time, *before* they became an emergency. Fantastic!] I’d worked with other companies in the area, but these guys responded faster & just went above and beyond with both technical service & consideration. They’ll be my choice the next time I have any issues they can deal with. HIGHLY recommend!

Began with wanting to replace a toilet myself, but soon discovered I needed my main shutoff valves replaced as well as the valve connecting the toilet, so decided to call a professional.Staley’s was able to give me an appointment pretty quickly and helped coordinate the shutoff of my water with the town. The serviceman assigned (Mike) was awesome. Very friendly and easygoing and gave me all kinds of extra information and tips for the future. And in general was just a pleasant guy to have around.Job was completed quickly - replaced my valves and installed the toilet, also disposing of the old one (guy on thumbtack wanted extra for that!)And the invoice finally arrived today and the total was extremely reasonable. I’ve used one other professional outfit that charged flat rates for the specific job, and while that may be better in some cases, the cost of this work was much lower than I had anticipated. For the toilet install piece, it was significantly cheaper than hiring a handyman from thumbtack which definitely surprised me. The appointment was also much sooner than any independent/handyman guy could give me.Overall great experience and Im happy to have a go-to plumbing company in the area that I can depend on for friendly and affordable service. I recently moved to a new home and asked Staley’s to check out the HVAC system to be sure it was ready for winter. Travis did a great job. He inspected everything inside and out, fixed a couple of issues, answered all my questions and left me with a written report of his findings. He returned in the next few days to replace the air cleaner filter. Staley’s employees do great work and are always professional and courteous.

We used Staleys before for an issue with our water heater, so when we needed some help with our furnace, we knew who to call. They are on time and extremely easy to schedule with- quickly, too! Everyone we interact with is friendly and thoroughly explain the situation so that we know whats happened and why it might be occurring. They came today, worked efficiently, and performed quality maintenance and installed our new thermostat. Their prices are super reasonable, too. I would 100% recommend them to anyone and will definitely be calling them with any future maintenance.

Recently called upon Staleys twice. First to replace a water heater, and secondly to repair a humidifier thats part of the furnace. In both instances the techs were polite, professional, and personable. They were quick to respond & provided helpful information. The latest was Florian, who not only resolved the humidifier issue, but also discovered a leaking condensate pump that required replacement. Had he not been diligent this probably would have gone unnoticed. Ill definitely use Staleys in the future!

Called Staley’s to service my furnace and thermostat during zero degree weather. They committed to making it out in a very reasonable time frame. Technician quickly identified the issue, replaced thermostat wiring, performed preventative maintenance on the furnace, and installed the new thermostat I had on-hand. Always good to have a quality company like this around when you need them. Not to mention the price was extremely fair. 10 out of 10 I would recommend.

I called Staley’s to inspect my whole home, humidifier. I was not sure if I needed a new one or if this could be fixed. The technician, Florian, was right on time. He inspected and unclogged the system and changed the filter and was very honest that I did not need to replace it. He also showed me how to do this myself every year, as well as wrote some instructions on my receipt that is top notch service! I would recommend Staley’s to anyone.

Amazing! They were able to easily repair my in-warranty 4 1/5 year old water heater that was leaking water and heavily corroded when several others said the only solution was a new water heater. It ended up being just a simple dip tube replacement. Very reasonable pricing as well. So glad to have found honest and professional plumbers in the area! Highly recommended. I know who Im calling the next time I need work, I wont price compare at all. I needed my furnace fixed on house we just bought but arent in yet, I could have waited until Monday but we wanted to keep painting. I digress, they came out Friday night, had to go back to the shop to get the blower motor, returned and got it done quickly. The guy explained everything, was incredibly helpful for 10pm on a Friday. I hated taking him away from his family but he was more than willing to continue, youre the customer, its up to you. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Im budgeting for a new furnace and will call them to install, without a second thought. Well done, it makes moving to this area a lot better knowing they are around to help.

Different companies gave me various items that would be required for a new system. I asked other companies about these requirements and always came up with more variations. Staley provided me with accurate, reliable information. The product has been performing flawlessly since installation. We purchased a Lennox and are very pleased with the entire package. I cant say enough about the quality of this company. We moved into a home that needed some plumbing help so I called a few local companies. I ended up going with Staleys because the estimate was lower but also because Greg was so helpful on the phone. He took the time to discuss my iron reduction options and within a week had a crew out to install a new water heater and a whole-home iron reduction system. The water was drastically better (aka perfect) overnight. Tony and Kevin were polite and professional.Last week I had them out to do a list of things that took the entire day to complete. They moved the gas line for the dryer, changed outside spigots, converted a spigot to softened water, replumbed the laundry room sink and washer among other things. That was the first time that I had trusted a company to work in my home all day not knowing what the bill would be. When the invoice came in it was itemized, easy to understand and most importantly very fairy for an entire days worth of work. Tony and Kevin worked from the time they got here to the time they left, they dont mess around. Highly Recommend!

I want to thank the crew at Staley. I arrived at my office in Holly this morning and our Air Conditioning was not operating. Not a good situation as it was forecasted to be 90*. I called and they were able to send someone out right away. They arrived within 30 minutes of my call! They had things working in about an hour and the price was very reasonable. Other places told me up to two days. That just doesn’t work when you need Air right away. I highly recommend them, Allan at Holly Tire & Auto Service.
