Each of your direct onsite employees (Michael, John, and Brian) and your office support staff as well as all of the subcontractors were exceptional. They were responsive, timely, polite, communicative, and attentive to ensuring the work was done to the highest standard and took great care implementing the project in a difficult very constricted work area. Again, I appreciate all of the support throughout the project and will happily refer others to you whenever possible.

We recently contacted Rolls mechanical to get a quote on some ductwork repair.Called the office and they let me know someone from residential would call me. Within 5 minutes the phone was ringing. They set me up with an appointment really quick.Zach came out to look at the job to give me a quote. He was on time for the appointment and real courteous. I was expecting a big job and he said he would only need to replace a small section. Later that day he called with the quote and we set up the appointment to have the job done within a couple days.The day of the repair Zach & Brendon showed up on time and had the job done within a few hours.I will be contacting them for any future work needed and highly recommend them for anyone else.Thank you

The Rolls people were great to work with. They installed my new generator explained the operation to me. Couldnt have gone smoother. That worked so well i had their plumbing crew fome over and update s lot to my plumbing as well. That too went perfect. Ive known LJ Rolls a long time snd they always did a first class job.

We at Lipari Foods had brought Rolls in for one specific area, and now they are our go to for HVAC in our cooler warehouse as well as our plumbing needs. We wish to highly recommend Rolls Mechanical for any residential plumbing one may need.The head of Rolls’ residential division, Mike, is someone we had worked with at another company. We were very impressed with him from the start because he took the time to listen, examine the plumbing, explain the work that would need to be done and the reasons why, and answer all of our questions. Mike earned our respect and trust.Recently we needed to hook up to Lansing Board of Water & Light when our well became unusable for potable water. We are very loyal to those we come to respect and trust. As a result, upon discovering Mike was now working at Rolls, we went with Rolls for the LBWL water hookup.Our entire experience with Rolls was excellent. Mike handled all of the arrangements with a local company for the tie-in and coordinated with the LBWL and township. In addition, Mike recommended a well company for us to obtain estimates to either repair the well or close and cap it, knowing that we could have decided to repair the well rather than use Rolls to tie into the LBWL water main. The work inside the house completed by the Rolls plumber was professionally done and also excellent.Whenever we need plumbing work in the future, we will call Mike at Rolls. We have no doubt the Rolls residential plumbing division will provide the same level of professionalism, knowledge, and personable experience we received.
