We were working on a job in a customers basement and found a pipe that was about to burst to the outside faucet. We had the homeowner reach out to BrightHouse and they were prompt, courteous, and affordable. Homeowner was pleased and it made us look great by referring a company that did a great job. We plan to keep referring BrightHouse to our customers in the future.

Dan, Gretchen, and the crew were wonderful to work with on a sewer line replacement. I received multiple bids from companies around the area, and Bright House not only came in the lowest, but they were also able to get to me the quickest - and they did an amazing, professional job. They showed up when they said they were going to, and they did exactly what was agreed upon for the price originally quoted and completed in the amount of time they said upfront.Therefore, I highly recommend Bright House for sewer repair in and around the Saint Louis area after my fantastic experience with them - they even had a professional landscaping crew come in behind their work and professionally grade our yard - all in a days work! We couldnt be happier with the work they did. The only hiccup I encountered was some slight difficulty upfront in communication and getting a bid on the job (I did have to call a second time), but in the end, it was definitely worth it, and Im very thankful for this business in the STL area. We will use them again in a heartbeat.

Jesse responded to my voice-mail right away. After submitting the video of my sewer lateral issue, he was able to provide me an estimate within the hour. Bid seemed fair as well. Look forward to working with Brighthouse in the future.

I had a problem with a Rinnai tankless water heater. Jesse, an employee of Brighthouse, was able to come over quickly out of their normal service area and troubleshoot my issue. It was determined that I needed a new heater and he really got after getting me a replacement within days. He negotiated with Rinnai so I did not pay as much as a full replacement. He was always professional, kind, and as informative as I desired.

Definitely recommend! I called BrightHouse on a Friday, and a plumber was at our house on Monday morning. They texted me the day before, and again when the plumber was on the way. Tom was our plumber. He was pleasant to speak with, thorough, and quick. I will be using BrightHouse for any plumbing needs in the future.

I have used BrightHouse for small work (faucet issue) all the way up to replacing my hot water tank. The team was on time, professional and the job was done right.
