Nathan was quick to respond when we needed emergency sewage cleanup in our apartment after hours. He was very thorough and made sure to sanitize everything and dispose of any bio hazards. He even went out of his way to toss our couches out to the dumpster when they got ruined by the sewage water. We were very thankful for his quick response time, and the efficient cleaning he provided. It was a huge weight off our shoulders during a highly stressful situation! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who’s needing these kinds of services. I hope to never have another sewage emergency, but if I do, I would definitely give them another call!

Wonderful experience! As soon as the truck pulled up, I knew I had called the right place. Chris and Shawn were clean, professional, polite, friendly, hard working, etc., etc. Everything was explained to me, and likewise, they listened to what I wanted done. My carpeting is almost white, so the traffic areas were a problem, but everything turned out better than all of us expected. The carpet truly looks like new! I am so happy with the job they did, and I would recommend Spectrum to everyone. Oh, and the price was very reasonable!

Chris the technician was friendly, helpful, honest, and even helped look for my wayward cat. My carpets look amazing, Chris was able to remove stains I thought would never come out. Chris also cleaned our dining room chairs and eliminated water stains from the upholstery. He suggested he cleaned the stairs, and it was worth it. Had a sewage overflow issue in our apartment and Nathan came and spent over 2 hours trying his best he could to clean up the issue and suck up anything left in the pipes and drain that backed up. Thank you for all the hard work Nathan and the speedy response time!

I chose this company because it was pet friendly and eco-friendly in regards to carpet cleaning. I corresponded strictly through email with the company. Thier responses were quick, effective, and very thorough. On the day of my scheduled appointment (My appointment window was 8:30am-10:00am) the technician arrived at 9:15am and I was surprised that like other companies they didnt wait until the end of the appointment window to show up. The technician was very kind and very informative. I had 2 rooms and a hallway to be cleaned. I was quoted $99 and was wondering if there were going to be hidden extra fees like other companies I had spoken with ( like $99 for cleaning but if it need deep cleaning then thats another .50 per sq/ft or if you would like us to pre-treat your carpet before we clean to help release dirt particles that is an extra.35 per sq/ft). The technician came asked if I had any trouble areas, told me that they dont guarantee the carpet to look like its brand new but they do remove the dirt. He worked efficiently and did a great job! 1.5 hours later my charge was still only $99 my carpet look 1000% better my trouble areas were almost completely gone. He pre-treated the carpet, deep scrubbed my trouble ares (high traffic), cleaned all the area completely and my carpet look practically brand new (and thats saying something considering my carpet is a very light beige/ivory). I will definietly use them again and would totally recommend them to others!!

Prompt service and friendly staff; however, didnt see much of a difference in the carpet as I have in the past, possibly because carpet is over 25 years old!
