I called Mr Rooter Plumbing to install my new Bosch dishwasher. Miles came to look at the dishwasher and told me that I needed to get an outlet put in before he could install the dishwasher. Miles pulled out old dishwasher and took it, he lined up Mr Electric to put in the outlet, then Miles installed the new dishwasher. Miles was very friendly and did a great job.

Luke managed our project and did an amazing job helping us navigate our nightmare of a situation! One clogged sink led to discovering cracked pipes under the basement floor, which led to finding asbestos in tile we didnt even know was covered (a 1 day project turned in to over a month due to remediation, etc.). He helped me navigate our insurance claim which allowed us to get the whole job covered - something I didnt even think was possible! He went the extra mile. The plumbing and drain team were all great - efficient and friendly.

Had an appointment for hydro getting after snaking my kitchen sink didn’t work. Glenn was awesome, when he arrived instead of just hyrojetting right away, he suggested snaking the vent pipe first. Once he started my sink was draining properly almost immediately. Not only did he get the job done, he saved me a few bucks in the process. Will definitely use again.

Great experience We actually had two issues. The first one, appeared to be fixed, but we still had problems with the work that Michael and Brad did. They fixed it, but then another problem started up .We called and within a few hours, Trevor was at my home. He checked it out and said that the toilet drain needed to be snaked.Then you sent out one more tech, and he was there to snake the drain. He was very professional (as were all the tech)He said that snacking the drain would absolutely not solve the problem. He said that we need a new toilet. He explained why. It maid total sense to us. He said that there was no where enough water flushing power to make the waste go down.We are still weighing our options. Weve thought about doing all three toilets in our home. All three are probably the original ones.We will let you know in the next couple of days.We are not looking at any other companies. We are just considering the cost for all three at the same time.Thanks for you professional service. When I noticed that my water bill had doubled, I knew there was a leak somewhere. It was a Sunday morning when I found it in the basement bathroom. Kirkwood Plumbing was near to me, so I gave them a call. The lady on the phone was soothing and reassuring and immediately calmed me when she said Jacob was coming immediately. He took care of the situation, talked me through everything and patiently answered all my questions. He was totally upfront about pricing and what I needed . Never once did he pressure me in anyway. They’re my go-to from now on if I ever again need to be “rescued”!

Had a plumbing emergency and they were able to come out on a Sunday. Two plumbers came in an easily identifiable work van. They also had on professional company shirts and hats. They called when on their way, introduced themselves, put booties over their shoes and went to work assessing the job immediately after I showed them the leaking shut off valve. We tried our best to stop the leak the night before using anything and everything we had on hand. The guys didnt even complain about what we had done as the temporary fix and it wasnt pretty. I hardly even knew they were even here because they were so quiet and even when things didnt go as planned as few projects in100 year old homes go they were cool, calm and collected, not to mention well mannered. They kept me up to date as they went along, as well as, provider me a price before they went to work. They solved every issue that I had plus the few that popped up along the way. Thank you so much for a job well done and for sending professionals to do the job, they are hard to come by. I highly recommend this company and appreciate the availability of service on a Sunday!

The technicians were great but the communication from the office was not adequate or accurate. You arent given a cell number for your project manager so there is a bit of disconnect. I prefer smaller companies where I can call the owners or project managers to discuss precise timing and project details. They dont make communication effective for the customer but I was impressed with 5/6 of the technicians. They were competent , considerate and professional. The company just needs to figure out how to have a call center while also letting customers reach project managers directly and allow technicians to call customers with their ETA. More consideration for the customers time would go a long way, since they have a lot of strengths in other areas.

I looked up Mr. Rooter hesitantly at first but when Brandon got here it was like talking to an old friend who I could trust and there were multiple price points to choose from depending on what was needed and how far I wanted to take it. Called to have an issue resolved that other plumbers had done. They found several things were not correct and needed to be redone. They were able to do it that day (it was a major job). It was done very professionally and neat. Dustin Parren was in charge and made sure everything went smoothly. He checked in with me all during the process. He relieved a lot of stress. They are coming back to do other projects. I can’t say enough good things about this company and its employees.

We had a main line backup on a Saturday night. We called our home warranty company which is supposed to cover line blockages. They were useless, they had no idea if and when they could get someone out here to address it. We called Mr Rooter at around 11:00 a.m. on Sunday. They said they could have someone out between 12:00 and 4:00. Brandon came a bit after 1:00 p.m. He was fast, friendly, and efficient. He exhibited polite professionalism the entire time he was here. He finished cleaning up a bit after 2:00 p.m. we could not have been more pleased. The Mr Rooter business card is already on our fridge. They are highly recommended. Be sure to ask for Brandon!

He was kind, professional, and patient while explaining the problem and answering questions. They were also kind enough to work with me on payment, accepting 50% down and the other 50% to be paid by Friday (payday) . Oh, and the 90 day service warranty is an added bonus / peace of mind. The entire experience Start to finish was painless and pleasant, as far as plumbing mishaps go. If Im ever in need of any other plumbing services, Ill definitely start with this company. 10/10

Absolutely the best experience you could possibly imagine. We had to have our concrete basement floor broken up to remove all the Cast iron drain pipes and replace them with PVC. This was a huge undertaking where several Mr Rooter employees were involved. Every single one of the project workers was courteous, decent, skilled and hard-working. I had a unique situation were what turned out to be a 4 PVC backwater valve lid had been broken and an extention fitting was just setting loosely over the hole. This was in a about 4 foot pit/well with an about 12 sewer cover on it. I called Mr.Rooter for an estimate for fixing this. Glenn Roeder took a good 15 minutes to figure out what exactly he was looking at. Then he took a long rot iron tool from is truck and was able to remove the lid after about 30 minutes of tedious effort. Once this broken lid was removed Glenn took the time to help me figure out the exact part and brand. Since this was technically a visit for a bid he asked if it seemed fair to me that I pay a less than $200 diagnostic fee. I was happy to do this since the day before I was quoted by local competition that it would cost between $6800 to $8000 to dig up and replace this part.Mr. Rooter you can be sure I will be sharing this story many times. You have a true gem in Glenn Roeder. He shows how much he cares about your customers situation and thinks outside the box in to achieve a solution. Thank you!

Instead of replacing the leaking shut-off valves, he just cleaned them so they were working like new and then he completed our faucet and drainage.
