They were quick to come out the next morning and work to clear out the (unfortunately complicated) clog that we had. Service date November 5, 2024.On November 5, 2024, my basement flooded with sewer water. Travis, the plumber, and JB, the restoration technician, were friendly and knowledgeable. Their education helped me understand what was needed to get my basement repaired. I will be using Roto-Rooter for all my plumbing needs.EditService date November 13, 2024Due to the sewer water backup on November 5, 2024, I had to replace my new water heater. I was very concerned about future floods, so I wanted as much of my household appliances off my basement floor. The technician, Carl, was very informative and said that the preventative measures I had in mind would not prevent any future sewer water backups. He also informed me that the tankless water heater would be twice the cost of the conventional water heater and he would try his best to get my water heater off the floor. Carl either purchased or built a metal stand to accommodate my needs. I am very satisfied with the process of repairing my water heater and educating me on preventative measures saved me thousands of dollars for a system that would not stop the sewer water backup.

Told me they would come do the PVC work for a shower drain if a broke the concrete. Broke the concrete and was told they could come out for a free estimate and probably do the work the same day. Thought “great couldn’t be any easier”. Then they came out for the quote. Tech shows up, insist I have to do a bunch of other work that does not make sense, did no work on the pvc, and charged me $99 dollars. Terrible communication and no attempt to fix the situation.They reached out to me and refunded the $99 I was charged, I had another plumber call me and told me the pvc work would really be around $300-$400. They did work hard to resolve the situation and I am very grateful for that.

Let’s start by saying, amazing service! I received a phone call prior to my appointment window to ensure I was available. When scheduling the appointment window, the woman I spoke with was very polite and patient. Travis came out to our house due to our washer backing up when draining. He was able to fix the issue quickly. Travis was lovely to work with, he is polite and respectful. After he cleared the pipe, he showed and explained the issue. During which he also explained they have a complementary video tech who can come out to video the line.I called about 5-6 companies today and Roto-Rooter was the only ones to answer on the first try or to call back. Pricing may be higher than other companies but the professionalism and work ethic is SOOO WORTH IT. Lastly, they were able to get someone here same day! That alone is fantastic!
