Used Baker Property Preservation Co to repair a leak in my house exterior that molded through the wall, rotted through the wood framing, and rotted a hole in the drywall large enough let sunlight pass through.First and foremost these are honest people you can trust. This small business cares about your house like its their own. The fix was scheduled quickly, mold remediated and confirmed with testing, repair completed in a timely manner that allowed me to stay in my home, and the completed stretch is now honestly the best constructed section of wall in my house. The pricing was fair and upfront and they arent afraid to spend an extra couple of hours to make sure the finish is done right.I have no hesitation contacting this company if I find Im in over my head on home repair again.

The Baker Property Preservation Co did a great job renovating the house! What a transformation with attention to details inside the house and outside with a new deck. Ben and Sharell were professional, collaborative, patient, and flexible. My sister and I will forever appreciate Ben’s advice at the onset- let’s focus on what is required for the renovation first and then what is desired. Because of their professionalism and trustworthiness, we were able to meet our remodeling needs from a distance because we lived a few hours away from the property. They provide all the services you need for your home or business quickly… when I asked if they would be able to help with multiple different jobs inside and outside our home, the answer every time was yes.
