Our experience with M&D overall was very good. The only problem we had was getting the job scheduled. It took 4 weeks before they started. We were given 2 earlier start dates that got postponed. I’d say that was the frustrating part; we just couldn’t get a firm date. If you do use M&D, I highly recommend that you keep in close contact with the office. Tyler in particular was extremely helpful and great to work with (and he deserves a raise!). The construction team that worked on our project did an excellent job. They were very professional and paid attention to the details. The project turned out great!

There are not enough words to articulate how wonderful this process and results of this bathroom remodel have been. David is an honest, trustworthy, top notch owner who is in constant contact with his customers and continuously checks on progress daily. His many years of building and the his advice has been invaluable. The crew working- Miguel and Alex- wow. Between David and the crew, my exact vision was brought to life with two men who are “craftsman”. You do not see this type of quality work and customer care anymore these day.A year ago we first met M&D through a friend who used them for their kitchen remodel and we were able to get our acacia steps installed, which the actual flooring company was not able to find nor do. M&D saved the day and gave us a beautiful custom banister and steps to match our wood floors. This company is not just your typical remodel company, this is high end service and I will use them as often as possible for the future

It’s been 2 months since the folks at M&D Construction replaced 17 windows and 2 doors at my home. We were very pleased with the experience. The house is quieter, warmer and cooler, with a lower electric bill, and has withstood torrential rain and wind with no leaks. Also, it looks great.Starting the project, I received 5 other estimates for window companies and other contractors, and found that they were very non-specific about what products they would install. They also told me it would take at least 4 weeks to get the windows. Who would buy something without knowing what it was and exactly what it looked like?The other companies couldn’t tell me a brand or point me to an online data sheet for R values.The other companies were also, at a minimum, THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS HIGHER than M&D Construction (the highest company was 6k over).Nice.M&D was ready in 2 weeks, but willing to wait for me to get things straightened up and move things around.We have animals and I asked that the staff be mindful of that while working.They were.M&D completed the job in 2 days (including cleanup).Needless to say, but M&D has become my go-to for construction and any home improvement projects.Ruben and his team have my full confidence.

MND Construction came out for a siding estimate for our rental house in Fayetteville. I spoke more with the staff, realizing that the inside repairs and siding were out of my budget. They immediately told me they do a lot more than siding, went into the house, took measurements and also took a lot of time to speak with me about my concerns. I went to their business, picked out samples and spoke with one of the owners. We went over every detail that we could think of and set a date for the kitchen remodel, water heater closet to be finished, and some odds and ends needed to get the house complete. See, our rental was trashed by the last tenants. They left a filthy mess for us to clean up and after several months, we were ready to finish the final steps in the whole house remodel. We have experienced some of the areas worst contractors who speak to our every needs during the estimate process and then do poor work or dont even finish the job. MND was the opposite! The house is beautiful! Thank you so much for what you did for us. Weve already recommended you to friends and family and they have seen the work you did and have asked for your contact info. Youve helped us realize something Ive wished several times in the past 10 years - there has to be an honest contractor in our area that is skilled and willing to do the work in an honest way. I think you have proved that point for me.

I am pleased with the contractors that came out to install my carpet and replace my baseboards. I would love to give M&D a five start rating but I had some issues with lack of communication and appointment times changing. Once I spoke with David and voiced my concerns about lack of communication, he was in direct contact with me from that point until my service was complete. I do appreciate that David, that meant a lot. The quality of work I received from the two teams were exceptional and I have no complaints, they did a really good job on my carpet. If they can workout the communication issues, this will be the go-to Construction company in Fayetteville.

Overall a great experience. Wife and I love our new roof. Office staff is very friendly and professional. Crew was on time, friendly, and did good work. One thing I was most pleased with was clean up. Crew picked up all debris and personnel trash. I found very little debris or trash after job was complete (only three nails, a couple of soda can tabs, and a few small pieces of old roof material). Wife and I would definitely do business with M&D again for other home improvement projects.

The team was fantastic, from putting on new siding and installing new windows. They did awesome on my privacy fence. When doing the Floors Miguel was very attention to detail when cutting and laying the floors, and replacing water damaged subfloor around the hearth. The installation of new granite kitchen counter tops was great, and Miguel returned to install all the under sink plumbing. There were delays pending late arrival of materials. Over all, all crews did a fantastic job.

M&D Construction installed my roof in 2017. Flash forward 6-years. Technically out of the full 5-year warranty (Shingles are lifetime on materials) but I had a small leak. Ruben came out today and identified the issue quickly and sealed it up free of charge. THIS IS A COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR WORK, EVEN 6-YEARS AFTER. It ended up being a small area that needed additional caulking around the plumbing pipes coming out of the roof to allow air to come in to allow faucets, toilets, etc. to drain into the sewer. He explained all this to me and showed me that they were still intact and in good condition but where the water was likely getting under the flaps during heavy rains. I asked if he could look at some other areas I had concerns and he did, even those that they did not work on. He didnt try to sell me anything else but we left the possibility open for future projects I may have. I will be using M&D in the future and I can recommend them to other. Thank you Ruben and M&D for being a company I can trust.

Great quality, friendly staff.They moved inside the house, knocking down walls, put in a sliding glass door, brick work stoop and steps. Complete kitchen remodel, bathroom with the most spacious 2 head shower, relocated my laundry room, painted my house, new floor, new fireplace.If you need work done inside or out give M&D a call!

We hired M&D construction to completely replace our roof. The process was simple. They came out and assessed the roof and provided a written estimate. They provided samples of the materials they would be using and the steps they would take to complete the roof. The price was lower then we budgeted for, which was great! The crew came out in the morning and by nightfall the roof was completely finished. They replaced the decking and completely installed the new roof in a day. The crew took maybe one break for lunch. They came back and cleaned up on a second day. Overall it was a great experience for us. The roof looks great the crew was efficient and respectful throughout the process.

I initially hired MND to do a roof replacement. The roof came out great, they showed up on time, and got the job done quickly. The price was the best price out of 5 companies as well. We were so happy that we hired them to come back and add a 20x24ft deck to our house. Once again, they were on time, did the job quickly, the price was great and the quality was excellent. I have 3 big dogs and they worked with me to plan for keeping the dogs in their part of the yard and they thoroughly cleaned up to make sure my dogs wouldn’t get hurt. I felt comfortable going with this coming as it was clear we both knew what was going to be done. The job was to fix some trim, replace a large window and repair the some siding. The job was quoted for 2 days and was completed in that time. The workers were respectful and cleaned up when they were done. The work was excellent and the price was very fair. Hired them to install new attic stairs in my garage and to repair a hole in the ceiling where I stepped through. I bought the stairs myself and let them handle the installation. They took out the old stairs and hauled them away (they were too short, didnt reach the floor), installed the new set and repaired a 3x3 section of drywall. They applied mud and tape to the seam and then reapplied the texture (mop?) to the ceiling. New stairs are rock solid and you cant even tell there was a hole in my ceiling. Great work.

Mr.Ruben checked all details, measurements, took into consideration our budget. Other companies we had before were trying to sell us the new siding for the whole house, which was way out of budget. MD instead provided us honest review and repair where actually needed. The price in total was very fair: we paid something upfront and then after the job was completed. Financing is also available. The work started a week later after rainy days are gone. The work team was on time. They worked 2,5 days straight till late, despite the low 30F outside. The quality of work: simply great, they give 5 years warranty. By the time the team was done, they cleaned up the work area. Their manager came to make sure everything is good to go.As the one who been looking for someone to fix the siding for a few months, I highly recommend MD👍

Great customer service from the receptionist, sales, finance department (sync bank), and the crew.I had all the windows replaced in 1965 brick home. They demo the center post on old double hung windows and replaced with a single window unit with horizontal slide pane. No more vertical ^ windows. As well, all the trim work inside and out aluminum trim sealing the exterior. Family likes the upgrade.I have a few more projects that M&D will be called again. They work with me and my inspiration to upgrades for the 1965 home that been in my family since the 90’s.

I have used M&D twice for full house window replacement. They were so great at our old house that I didnt bother shopping around for our new house. Everyone involved was great, from Ruben coming out to view the scope of the job and price it out, to the install team knocking out the job incredibly fast. They are all great, friendly, and very professional. I cannot recommend them enough!

You have to call these guys before purchasing a home. They came out the next day and gave us a free estimate. Really good deal compared to the other rates in town. A lot of skill, knowledge, experience. As first time home buyers we had a great experience. Professional and military friendly.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! We had our roof replaced today (11/17/2020) and JORGE H.’s crew did a PHENOMENAL job!!! They ALL were ON TIME, professional, polite, and informative. They kept us updated on what they were doing and had my husband come up and see different areas as they were working on them. All I can say is WOW!!!!! The after-job cleanup was PERFECT! They raked, blowed leaves, used a rolling magnet and made sure there was nothing left nail wise or debris wise. Our roof was started AND completed in ONE day!!! Today!!! AND it was not a half-a$$ rush job! (Pardon my language) I’m so impressed! I HIGHLY recommend this crew and this company! The office staff were helpful and pleasant when my husband phoned and also when he went in to the office. Patty is wonderful and there is another young lady Tiffany, who was amazing as well!!Recommended ! Recommended! Definitely! 10 stars!!!!Ps: Ruben is THE BEST!!!!!!!
