The technician, Josh Allen, called ahead to provide me with an ETA and he was able to fix my leaking valve as well as other issues that needed to be resolved. Lost power to my heat pump water heater after the power flickered. They got back to me quickly, , was able to send a tech out within an hour and was able to complete a diagnostic with the manufacturer on the phone. I needed a new control board and the manufacturer overnight it to Kennebec Plumbing and Heating and they installed it the next day which took about over an hour. I have other plumbing needs which I’m planning to schedule with Kennebec Heating and Plumbing Inc.

The first time I called I had a leak under my kitchen sink.Jessica was very helpful in scheduling my appointment and delightful to talk to. She assured me that Justin Fortier would notify me ahead of scheduled time as to how soon he would be there. Justin was very curtious and very patient with me as I pestered him with questions about the job. He found the problem quickly and fortunately was an easier fix than I thought it would be. At that time I asked if he could also do the yearly cleaning/checkup on my boiler. An appointment was set up immediately after I called and told them it would be due in June. Steve came here on 4-11-2024 at 8 30 am, he came in to see what needed to be done(a rodent had chewed on my hot water line flex pipe) and went strait to work to fix the problem Steve went over and above his responsibility by spraying some spray foam that rodents dont like that I had bought and applied for me. he was very professional and polite and I would recommend him and your company. I also want to say that the young Lady that answered the phone was very nice (and I called 3 or 4 times on the 10th) and she also went over and above to get someone out here to fix my problem. they both did a wonderful job and should be commended. I had them problem solve an issue and they were determined to make sure our family of 6 had consistent heat!! In a world where almost everyone is dishonest, they are the shining light! To be honest I wasn’t easy to deal with and jumped the gun and I greatly regret that, they could have been frustrated with me and left us high and dry but they were sympathetic, hard working and honest!
