Derik was very professional and was able to work us into his busy schedule. He’s knowledgeable, answered all questions I had, and made sure everything was clear before he left. It’s a gross job but he makes sure to not make a huge mess and gets it done quickly. I have made sure to recommend him to others and the next time I have an issue he’s the first one I’m calling.

The technician, Derik, from PlumbCo was really wonderful! And so easy to work with. Super responsive. He is by far the most professional plumber I’ve ever worked with in Fairfield. He found the problem and fixed it — and because I was out of state, he sent me pictures without me even asking in order to explain the problem. He was also very kind and easy to talk to. I can’t recommend him and PumbCo highly enough!

Derek was able to get to our house within a couple hours of our plumbing trouble. He was upfront about the cost if he came the same night versus the next morning and followed our wishes. He was quick and efficient and got everything moving again so we could be comfortable in our home!

Awesome! Very friendly and quick. I called every plumber in town and no one called me back in 4 days. I called plumbco first and he got back to me within 30 minutes but he didnt have the proper equipment. Called him again after 4 days because none of the other plumbers answered and he came to help even though he wasnt sure if he had the proper equipment. Great guy, very professional!

I agree with the other reviewers. Derick came out and scoped and identified a tricky problem we had with our septic. Friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with and no plumbers crack!

After calling a few of the top listed plumbers here in FF with no response I decided to say F-it and call the last one listed, Plumb-Co. Derik answered and said he could swing by later in the day to check out our sink drain issue.He did just that and gave a plan to fix the issue, but because of scheduling wouldnt be able to replace what we needed til the following week.I said that would be cool if he could just unclog whatever is there for now so we could at least have a sink to rinse dishes for a few days til he could replace whatever janky piping the previous owner set up.BOOM. He said hed be back in 10 with his auger snake. Which he was. Unclogged the sink. Then we scheduled out a week later to change up our drain pipes.Fast forward a few days later for the big job and he calls...Hey Leon, my schedule shifted, can I actually swing by today to fix the sink piping?Of course dude!Derik was in and out in under an hour. Replaced our entire kitchen sink drainage to the main, PLUS adding a vent in the piping to reduce the negative vacuum effect so our sink just flows freely into the main.As a homeowner, and with multiple family members in the trades, Derik crushed it.Absolutely will hire again.

We had a leak in our basement origins unknown to us, we were very worried and nobody answers their phone anymore but plumbco did right away, he got to our house the day after we called and fixed the clogged drain immediately at a reasonable price and gave us a longterm solution as well, we will definitely be calling the next time we need anything done, thank you for your prompt service!
