I hired Todd and his team to replace a hot water heater in my condo and am happy with the result. After some delays in finding the right part, he had his colleague, Sean, come out to finish the job. Overall, they made a good team and got the job done.

Our gas furnace stopped working in the middle of a snow storm. Todd came out on short notice and did his magic. Very professional, reasonable rates, and most of all - honest. Highly recommend!Update 9/7/2023: another great experience with this company. AC stopped cooling. Office staff was very courteous (actually answered the phone promptly) and technician came out immediately the very next morning.Sean was super honest, patient and thorough, always looking after our best interest (we have an older unit and several options were given). House is cool again (90s this week) and wife is happy.Second very positive experience from beginning to end with this company. I would not call anyone else for our HVAC needs.

Todd Flanagan now owns and runs this company. They are local in Fairfield and do quality work. Ive been using them for 20 years and they always come through in a pinch. Jason and the office staff are very easy to work with. Crews work neatly and are capable. They not afraid to consult with the senior players if they get stumped. I like that they dont spin their wheels.Prices are not cheap but you get what you pay for. When it comes to plumbing and electrical work I dont fool around with the low cost provider.

Excellent customer service.We had a water pipe burst last week, in less than 5 minutes they had someone at our house to turn off the water. Within the next hour they had come up with a solution to get water on in the rest of the house as they know we have 3 young children.I would highly recommend them to anyone.Thank you for taking such good care of our home and family.

We put in an emergency call to Ray Flanagan Heating & Plumbing on Memorial Day since our sewer line was backing up and starting to flood back into one of the bathrooms in our house. They had a responsive dispatch service that answered the phone, and immediately contacted the on-duty technician, Todd. He arrived within about an hour after we called, immediately diagnosed the problem and did some temporary work to restore some drain capability. Throughout this time, he explained what he was doing and finding, and also was very careful to not make a mess.Due to the extensive problems, he had to come back with other equipment the next day, and arrived promptly to look at the sewer line to the street. When it was clear it had to be excavated and replaced, he lined up the landscaper and arranged to fix the pipe and restore the yard the next day. Everything was completed and covered by mid-day.Todd was amazing! His responsiveness, friendly demeanor, and dedication to getting this job done were remarkable. He turned a stressful situation into one that he managed and finished out quickly and expertly.Ray Flanagan has a new loyal customer based on our outstanding experience with Todd and his crew!
