I shot them a message one day, and by the following day, they were at my doorstep. They tackled my drain issue promptly and with the utmost professionalism. Chase Brothers Plumbing remains my preferred choice for all things plumbing related. I reached out to them, set up an appointment, and they showed up promptly as agreed. They quickly ruled out two issues that, while sounding serious, were simply typical noises from aging pipes. They identified the third issue (garbage disposal) and presented several repair options. Ultimately, we decided to replace the garbage disposal unit. The total fee was fair, and the entire task was completed in about an hour. Their technician, Michael, had excellent responses to all our queries and clearly had a deep knowledge of plumbing work. This experience has cemented Chase Brothers Plumbing at the top of my list of plumbing contractors. Much appreciated!

Updated: The owner responded to my review after I posted my initial thoughts. They gave us a credit and just returned today to resolve further plumbing issues. Chase Brothers Plumbing has a very professional crew, which was a delightful change of pace from the stream of disappointing contractors Ive dealt with in the past. This was my first encounter with this company and the experience was thoroughly pleasant. They arrived exactly when they said they would and attended to several minor issues. They prioritized the urgent problems and arranged another visit to address the remaining ones. The first part of the repair went smoothly. Isaiah fixed a leaky shower, a P trap on the second floor, and a faucet, and Michael replaced the plastic to copper on the hot water heater, all for a reasonable fee of $400. For the second visit, they returned to fix a vent on the hot water heater. I was surprised by the price they quoted, which was more than $400 for replacing 5 feet of vent pipe. The workmanship could have been better. However, they havent yet contacted me about the last repair, which Im fine with. Overall, my experience with Chase Brothers Plumbing has been mostly positive. The professionalism and punctuality of their crew, particularly Isaiah and Michael, is commendable.

I simply cant express enough positive sentiments about Michael. I scheduled a last-minute appointment with Chase Brothers Plumbing when my utility sink was filled to the brim with water and my regular plumber was unreachable. It appeared that my main sewer line was obstructed, possibly due to tree roots, and likely damaged. Michael tirelessly labored for three long hours on a Friday night, not calling it quits until the water was efficiently running throughout my house without any issues. Michael even assisted me in cleaning up the aftermath of the sewage that had entered my basement during the unclogging process. He was excellent at detailing every step and his fee was incredibly reasonable. I will definitely be recommending Michael from Chase Brothers Plumbing to others in Fairfield.

They have skillfully put in tankless water heaters at both locations, repaired a tricky slab leak at my residence, put in hot water recirculation lines, and most notably, performed hydrojet cleaning on my kitchen drain when it was severely blocked. Every aspect, from setting up appointments to their communication, professional attitude, expertise, high-quality work, and cleanliness, has been nothing short of outstanding. Michael promptly coordinated with another firm to help dry the water-soaked subflooring. He then proceeded to mend the leak, and even assisted us with an issue in another bathrooms shower.
